本发明属于空气净化器技术领域,具体涉及一种远程控制空气净化器。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,工业的发达,人们对于生活的要求越来越高,二环境污染日益严重,引起人们担忧。近些年,空气净化器在生产和生活中,得到广泛的推广,然而一般简单的空气净化器已经不能满足人们的需要,对于空气净化后的质量程度也提高了许多要求,此外对于空气净化器的功能也不能仅仅满足于空气净化。
公告号为CN202725033U,公告日为2013年2月13日的中国实用新型专利公开了一种移动音乐空气净化器,包括空气净化器主体和音乐播放器,空气净化器主体包括净化器壳体,音乐播放器安设在净化器壳体上或内。较佳地,音乐播放器嵌设在净化器壳体上。音乐播放器具有通用接口,通用接口安设在净化器壳体上。移动音乐空气净化器还包括Wi-Fi无线模块,空气净化器主体还包括空气净化控制装置,空气净化控制装置和音乐播放器分别电路连接Wi-Fi无线模块。空气净化控制装置电路连接音乐播放器。空气净化器主体是光触媒空气净化器。本实用新型的移动音乐空气净化器设计巧妙,结构简洁,不仅能够实现空气净化,还能播放音乐,从而调节气氛,适于大规模推广应用。但是,该实用新型提供的空气净化器除了提供了音乐播放器之外,功能单一,无实质性提高过滤后的空气质量,且无法提供加湿器的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种远程控制空气净化器,操作方便、使用灵活、有效提高净化后的空气质量,且提供了加湿器的功能,保证环境的温湿平衡。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种远程控制空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体内包括左箱体和右箱体,所述左箱体下方设置有进风口,所述进风口通过管道连接有风机,所述风机上方依次设置有初级过滤网、复合过滤网组、高级过滤网,所述高级过滤网上方设置有云处理模块,所述云处理模块的一端与中央处理器相连,所述中央处理器分别连接至左箱体和右箱体,所述云处理模块的另一端与移动设备通过网络传输,所述左箱体的顶部设置有出风口,所述右箱体内设置有水箱,所述水箱上方连接有雾化器,所述右箱体的顶部设置有加湿口。
优选地,所述左箱体下方的侧面上分别设置有进风口,多个所述进风口分别通过管道连接至风机,所述风机设置有多个。
优选地,所述复合过滤网组包括吸湿层、活性炭层、纳米银离子层,所述吸湿层设置在靠近初级过滤网的一侧。
优选地,所述初级过滤网、复合过滤网组之间设置有散流板,所述复合过滤网组和高级过滤网之间设置有散流板。
优选地,所述散流板上设置有散气孔,所述散气孔内一体设置有X型支架,所述型支架上安装有单向垫片。
优选地,所述单向垫片的横截面呈弧形,所述单向垫片的外径与散气孔的内径一致。

本发明的有益效果:操作方便、使用灵活、有效提高净化后的空气质量,且提供了加湿器的功能,保证环境的温湿平衡,具体如下:
(1)、将净化器本体分为左箱体和右箱体,左箱体主要作用是净化空气,而右箱体的主要作用是空气加湿,左右箱体的独立设置,有利于分工明确,设置加湿器的目的是保持室内温湿平衡,其中初效过滤网采用60目超细滤网,主要过滤空气中的头发丝,及大的颗粒物,此外,设置了云处理模块,有利于简便空气净化器的固定式操作,可以在移动端上远程操控,提高空气净化器的利用率,以及提高了信息传递的时效性;
(2)、设计多个进风口,用于提高大面积吸收空气内污染空气源,提高空气净化的转换效率;
(3)、设计吸湿层、活性炭层、纳米银离子层,用于提高空气净化的质量,有效去除室内竟可能多的污染物;
(4)、设计散流板,用于有效分隔不同过滤层,避免经过过滤的空气混合,提高净化效率;
(5)、设计散气孔、单向垫片,用于空气的混流,保证了空气的单向流通;
(6)、设计出水阀、活动门,用于便于排除水箱内残留的水,方便水箱的拿取;
(7)、设计HEPA高效过滤材料,用于提高空气净化的质量,有效去除室内竟可能多的污染物。

本实施例中的一种远程控制空气净化器,将净化器本体分为左箱体和右箱体,左箱体主要作用是净化空气,而右箱体的主要作用是空气加湿,左右箱体的独立设置,有利于分工明确,设置加湿器的目的是保持室内温湿平衡,其中初效过滤网采用60目超细滤网,主要过滤空气中的头发丝,及大的颗粒物,此外,设置了云处理模块,有利于简便空气净化器的固定式操作,可以在移动端上远程操控,提高空气净化器的利用率,以及提高了信息传递的时效性。
左箱体下方的侧面上分别设置有进风口2,多个进风口2分别通过管道连接至风机3,风机3设置有多个。
采用这样的结构,用于提高大面积吸收空气内污染空气源,提高空气净化的转换效率。由于本发明的进风口设置在下方,因此,在左箱体的下侧设置多个进风口,尽可能的扩大污染空气源的吸收。
复合过滤网组5包括吸湿层501、活性炭层502、纳米银离子层503,吸湿层501设置在靠近初级过滤网4的一侧。
活性炭层502采用多孔性椰壳活性炭,活性炭层502的结构呈蜂窝状。
采用这样的结构,用于提高空气净化的质量,有效去除室内竟可能多的污染物。一方面吸湿层能在环境湿度较高时,吸附空气中的水分,为后续空气净化提供保障,同时水分的去除,可以提高后续过滤网的使用效率;采用了多孔性椰壳活性炭由于椰壳活性炭是选用优质椰子壳为原料,经炭化、活化、精制加工,而成,产品绿色环保,对人体和环境是友好的,能有效消除空气中的烟雾和有机物,吸附空气中的异味、灰尘;采用了纳米银离子层,纳米银是以原子结构组成的银粒子,银在纳米状态下,增大了银离子与外界的接触面,其具有很强的杀菌能力,有效去除空气中的细菌和病菌。
初级过滤网4、复合过滤网组5之间设置有散流板12,复合过滤网组5和高级过滤网6之间设置有散流板12。
采用这样的结构,用于有效分隔不同过滤层,避免经过过滤的空气混合,提高净化效率。在本发明中散流板设置了两块,用于分隔第一阶段初效过滤网之后的空气,和第二阶段经复合过滤网组的空气,避免空气在同一个腔体内相互混合,到了第三阶段,会增加高效过滤网的过滤压力,缩短高效过滤网使用效率。
散流板12上设置有散气孔13,散气孔13内一体设置有X型支架14,X型支架14上安装有单向垫片15。
单向垫片15的横截面呈弧形,单向垫片15的外径与散气孔13的内径一致。
采用这样的结构,空气的混流,保证了空气的单向流通。采用了单向垫片,且单向垫片呈弧形,垫片的弧口朝向出风口,在使用过程中,只有从进风口向出风口的方向的空气才能通过散气孔;此外,由于单向垫片的外径与散气孔的内径一致,因此,当有空气从出风口向进风口传递时,弧型的垫片在空气的压力下向靠近散气孔,完全覆盖住散气孔,导致此类空气无法传输,达到了避免空气混流的效果。
右箱体的底部设置有出水阀16,出水阀16通过管道与水箱9连接。
净化器本体1靠近水箱9的一侧设置有活动门17。
采用这样的结构,便于排除水箱内残留的水,方便水箱的拿取。一方面有利于排除残留在水箱内的剩水,且残滞了好几天的水源,细菌滋生不利于空气的加湿,另一方面,活动门的设置,方便了水箱的拿取,方便了水箱的维修换取。
高级过滤网6采用HEPA高效过滤材料。
采用这样的结构,用于提高空气净化的质量,有效去除室内竟可能多的污染物。采用国际公认最好的高效过滤材料,根据其独特的纤维构造,有效抑制空气中的过敏源,如螨尘、花粉、病菌、二手烟、灰尘等微小颗粒,净化效率高达99%以上,最小净化颗粒达0.3微米,达到PM2.5的标准。
