本发明公开了一种空气净化器,所述空气净化器整体呈圆筒状,包括圆筒状内壳体,外壳体,设置在内壳体与外壳体之间的单片机,在外壳体与内壳体之间从下往上依次设置的风机、负离子发生器、环形空气净化装置和环形加湿装置;所述外壳体侧面底部设有进风口,所述内壳体顶部设有出风口;所述出风口上设有环形倾斜多孔结构;所述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。该空气净化器结构简单,设计合理,体积小且外形美观,可用于桌面放置小型物件,且还具有加湿空气和净化空气的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,具体涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
目前人们在室内办公时间越来越长,由于室外空气污染问题或者出于室内节能考虑,人们开窗换气时间越来越少,从而导致室内空气不流通,再加上装修材料和家具会释放出甲醛等空气污染物,直接危害到人们身体健康。
为了减少室内空气污染对健康影响,人们通常采取盆栽植物、家居型空气净化器和桌面型空气净化器来净化空气。盆栽植物虽有一定净化空气能力,但是室内空间大,空气不流通,因此盆栽植物净化后的空气和释放出的活性物质也难以及时有效输送到用户面前。而家居型空气净化器一般采用侧面进风、顶部出风的方式,通过空气循环将室内空气转换为洁净空气,虽有较强的净化空气能力,但是体积大、价格高、耗能大,仅适用于几十平米的空间区域净化,限制了它在大空间范围中局部区域空气净化的应用。因此,设计一种桌面型空气净化器十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种空气净化器,该空气净化器结构简单,设计合理,体积小且外形美观,可用于桌面放置小型物件,且还具有加湿空气和净化空气的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种空气净化器,所述空气净化器整体呈圆筒状,包括圆筒状内壳体、外壳体和设置在内壳体与外壳体之间的单片机;所述外壳体侧面底部设有进风口,所述内壳体顶部设有出风口;所述出风口上设有环形倾斜多孔结构;所述外壳体与内壳体之间从下往上依次设有风机、负离子发生器、环形空气净化装置和环形加湿装置;所述外壳体内侧设有与风机相连的用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与单片机相连;所述负离子发生器与单片机相连;所述环形加湿装置包括环形加湿水槽,及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与单片机相连的加热丝;所述外壳体上设有用于往环形加湿水槽中注水的注水口;所述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。
具体的说,所述环形空气净化装置包括从下往上依次设置的活性炭滤网、聚丙烯无纺布层、白色烤漆网、HEPA滤网和光触媒滤坝;所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂层构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置有与单片机相连的UV照射灯。
更具体的说,所述单片机为STC51单片机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,设计合理,体积小,外形美观,还具有加湿空气和净化空气的作用,并且可用于桌面放置小型物件(如作为笔筒使用等);此外,本发明的出风口设置为环形倾斜多孔结构,可使净化空气向四周分散,避免了净化空气出风口气流方向朝向天花板,试图净化整个室内空间空气来为用户提供洁净空气,因而导致的使用效能极低的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
本实施例的目的是提供一种空气净化器,如图1所示,该空气净化器整体呈圆筒状,包括圆筒状内壳体1、外壳体2和设置在内壳体与外壳体之间的STC51单片机;
所述外壳体侧面底部设有进风口3,且该进风口位于内壳体1底面下方;所述内壳体顶部设有出风口4;所述出风口上设有环形倾斜多孔结构,该结构可使洁净空气以一定角度输送至用户面前,为用户提供个人区域的洁净空气,适合在室内空间的桌面上使用,尤其适用于在室内大空间如集体办公室的办公桌面上使用;所述外壳体2与内壳体1之间从下往上依次设有风机6、负离子发生器5、环形空气净化装置9和环形加湿装置;所述外壳体内侧设有与风机相连的用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与STC51单片机相连;而风机则是直接设置在外壳体底面内侧,负离子发生器5则位于进风口上方,内壳体底面下方,并与STC51单片机相连,用于释放负离子,使室内空气更加清新;所述环形空气净化装置9和环形加湿装置则位于竖直方向上的外壳体与内壳体之间,整体呈环形结构。
所述环形加湿装置包括设置在外壳体内侧的环形加湿水槽7,及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与STC51单片机相连的加热丝,该环形加湿水槽7的内径小于与环形加湿水槽对应的内壳体外径,可使水蒸气与净化空气混合后一并从出风口传输出去;所述外壳体上设有用于往环形加湿水槽中注水的注水口8;所述STC51单片机还与外界直流电源相连。
其中,所述环形空气净化装置(9)包括从下往上依次设置的活性炭滤网、聚丙烯无纺布层、白色烤漆网、HEPA滤网和光触媒滤坝;所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂层构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置有与单片机相连的UV照射灯;当UV照射灯照射光触媒滤坝时,纳米级的二氧化钛涂层产生强烈的催化降解功能,有效的降解空气中的有毒、有害气体,杀灭多种细菌,并将细菌或真菌释放出来的毒素分解及无害化处理。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器整体呈圆筒状,包括圆筒状内壳体(1)、外壳体(2)和设置在内壳体与外壳体之间的单片机;所述外壳体侧面底部设有进风口(3),所述内壳体顶部设有出风口(4);所述出风口上设有环形倾斜多孔结构;所述外壳体与内壳体之间从下往上依次设有风机(6)、负离子发生器(5)、环形空气净化装置(9)和环形加湿装置;所述外壳体内侧设有与风机相连的用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与单片机相连;所述负离子发生器(5)与单片机相连;所述环形加湿装置包括环形加湿水槽(7),及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与单片机相连的加热丝;所述外壳体上设有用于往环形加湿水槽中注水的注水口(8);所述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述环形空气净化装置(9)包括从下往上依次设置的活性炭滤网、聚丙烯无纺布层、白色烤漆网、HEPA滤网和光触媒滤坝;所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂层构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置有与单片机相连的UV照射灯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述单片机为STC51单片机。
