本发明涉及光催化空气洁净风柜机,包括风柜机本体,所述风柜机本体内腔底部的左侧和右侧均固定安装有风机,所述风柜机本体的内腔中固定安装有复合式滤网盒和净化箱,所述风机通过T型管道与复合式滤网盒连通,所述复合式滤网盒中安装有复合式滤网,所述复合式滤网盒通过直型管道与净化箱连通,所述直型管道中安装有光催化分子筛,所述净化箱的内腔右壁上固定制氧器和负离子发生器,所述T型管道和净化箱中均固定有多个紫外线杀菌灯,所述风柜机本体的外壁左侧安装有香薰槽,所述香薰槽的右端安装有香薰片;本发明采用主动加被动的净化方式,即复合式滤网加光催化分子筛净化,最大程度上净化空气质量,功能多样化。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化设备技术领域,尤其涉及光催化空气洁净风柜机。
背景技术
随着工业和运输业的发展空气污染已经成为人类面临的一大问题,事实上密闭空间的空气污染远比室外的空气污染更加严重,室外空气流通性好,加速了病毒、灰尘等有害物质的扩散,而室内空气流通性差,病毒、病菌集聚,危害人体健康,空气净化器已经成为人类的新宠,只有保证了合格的空气质量,才能确保我们的健康。
但是现有的空气净化风柜机存在以下缺点:一是空气净化处理手段单一,导致空气净化不彻底:二是结构复杂,风道复杂,导致安装和维修时间过长;三是功能单一,不利用推广和使用。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供在光催化基础上增加紫外线和过滤处理,采用主动加被动的净化方式,即复合式滤网加光催化净化,最大程度净化空气的光催化空气洁净风柜机。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:光催化空气洁净风柜机,包括风柜机本体,所述风柜机本体内腔底部的左侧和右侧均固定安装有风机,所述风柜机本体的内腔中固定安装有复合式滤网盒和净化箱,且复合式滤网盒设置在净化箱的下方,所述风机通过T型管道与复合式滤网盒连通,所述复合式滤网盒中安装有复合式滤网,所述复合式滤网盒通过直型管道与净化箱连通,所述直型管道中安装有光催化分子筛,所述净化箱的内腔右壁上固定制氧器和负离子发生器,且制氧器设置在负离子发生器的上方,所述净化箱的内腔中心处固定有温度控制装置,所述T型管道和净化箱中均固定有多个紫外线杀菌灯,所述风柜机本体的外壁左侧安装有香薰槽,且香薰槽的右端设置在净化箱的内腔中,所述香薰槽的右端安装有香薰片,所述净化箱的前侧面上固定安装有排风扇。
进一步,所述风柜机本体的底部四个角部均固定安装有万向轮,且万向轮上安装有刹车片。
进一步,所述风柜机本体的左侧壁和右侧壁上开设有与风机对应的进气槽。
进一步,所述风柜机本体的前侧面设有与排风扇对应的排气槽。
进一步,所述风柜机本体的前侧面安装有操作显示屏,且操作显示屏设置在排气槽的下方。
进一步,所述复合式滤网主要由集尘滤网、活性炭滤网和HEPA滤网构成,集成滤网的材质是无纺布;活性炭滤网的材料是活性炭、海绵、无纺布;HEPA滤网的材料是PET+PP。
进一步,所述光催化分子筛具体为纳米级二氧化钛分子筛。
进一步,所述香薰片的材料是有机棉纸、天然精油,通过有机棉纸吸附精油的香味,在风扇作用下散发香味。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明实现了一个光催化空气洁净风柜机利用光催化分子筛对空气进行净化处理,在此基础上,增加紫外线消毒杀菌和过滤处理,同时增加了制氧器和负离子发生器,最大程度的提高净化后的空气质量,另外安装有香薰槽和香薰片,使空气味道更佳清香,采用主动加被动的净化方式,即复合式滤网加光催化分子筛净化,最大程度净化空气,有利于推广和使用。

下面结合图1-3对本发明光催化空气洁净风柜机的结构作详细的描述。光催化空气洁净风柜机,包括风柜机本体1,所述风柜机本体1内腔底部的左侧和右侧均固定安装有风机4,所述风柜机本体1的内腔中固定安装有复合式滤网盒6和净化箱7,且复合式滤网盒6设置在净化箱的下方,所述风机4通过T型管道8与复合式滤网盒6连通,所述复合式滤网盒6中安装有复合式滤网9,所述复合式滤网盒6通过直型管道10与净化箱7连通,所述直型管道10中安装有光催化分子筛11,所述净化箱7的内腔右壁上固定制氧器12和负离子发生器13,且制氧器12设置在负离子发生器13的上方,所述净化箱7的内腔中心处固定有温度控制装置14,所述T型管道8和净化箱7中均固定有多个紫外线杀菌灯15,所述风柜机本体1的外壁左侧安装有香薰槽16,且香薰槽16的右端设置在净化箱7的内腔中,所述香薰槽16的右端安装有香薰片17,所述净化箱7的前侧面上固定安装有排风扇18,所述风柜机本体1的底部四个角部均固定安装有万向轮2,且万向轮2上安装有刹车片3,所述风柜机本体1的左侧壁和右侧壁上开设有与风机4对应的进气槽5,所述风柜机本体1的前侧面设有与排风扇18对应的排气槽19,所述风柜机本体1的前侧面安装有操作显示屏20,且操作显示屏20设置在排气槽19的下方,所述复合式滤网9主要由集尘滤网、活性炭滤网和HEPA滤网构成,集成滤网的材质是无纺布;活性炭滤网的材料是活性炭、海绵、无纺布;HEPA滤网的材料是PET+PP,所述光催化分子筛11具体为纳米级二氧化钛分子筛,所述香薰片17的材料是有机棉纸、天然精油,通过有机棉纸吸附精油的香味,在风扇作用下散发香味。
工作原理:使用时,外界的空气通过进气槽5和风机4进入到风柜机本体1的内部,首先通过T型管道8中的紫外线杀菌灯15进行消毒杀菌,然后进入到复合式滤网盒6中,经过复合式滤网9进行过滤处理,再通过直型管道10中的光催化分子筛进行处理,最后进入到净化箱7中,利用制氧器12、负离子发生器13和香薰片17进一步提高空气质量,而后通过排风扇18排放到外界。
本发明实现了一个光催化空气洁净风柜机利用光催化分子筛11对空气进行净化处理,在此基础上,增加紫外线消毒杀菌和过滤处理,同时增加了制氧器12和负离子发生器13,最大程度的提高净化后的空气质量,另外安装有香薰槽16和香薰片17,使空气味道更佳清香,采用主动加被动的净化方式,即复合式滤网9加光催化分子筛11净化,最大程度净化空气,有利于推广和使用。

1.光催化空气洁净风柜机,包括风柜机本体,其特征在于,所述风柜机本体内腔底部的左侧和右侧均固定安装有风机,所述风柜机本体的内腔中固定安装有复合式滤网盒和净化箱,且复合式滤网盒设置在净化箱的下方,所述风机通过T型管道与复合式滤网盒连通,所述复合式滤网盒中安装有复合式滤网,所述复合式滤网盒通过直型管道与净化箱连通,所述直型管道中安装有光催化分子筛,所述净化箱的内腔右壁上固定制氧器和负离子发生器,且制氧器设置在负离子发生器的上方,所述净化箱的内腔中心处固定有温度控制装置,所述T型管道和净化箱中均固定有多个紫外线杀菌灯,所述风柜机本体的外壁左侧安装有香薰槽,且香薰槽的右端设置在净化箱的内腔中,所述香薰槽的右端安装有香薰片,所述净化箱的前侧面上固定安装有排风扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光催化空气洁净风柜机,其特征在于,所述风柜机本体的底部四个角部均固定安装有万向轮,且万向轮上安装有刹车片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光催化空气洁净风柜机,其特征在于,所述风柜机本体的左侧壁和右侧壁上开设有与风机对应的进气槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光催化空气洁净风柜机,其特征在于,所述风柜机本体的前侧面设有与排风扇对应的排气槽。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的光催化空气洁净风柜机,其特征在于,所述风柜机本体的前侧面安装有操作显示屏,且操作显示屏设置在排气槽的下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光催化空气洁净风柜机,其特征在于,所述复合式滤网主要由集尘滤网、活性炭滤网和HEPA滤网构成,集成滤网的材质是无纺布;活性炭滤网的材料是活性炭、海绵、无纺布;HEPA滤网的材料是PET+PP。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光催化空气洁净风柜机,其特征在于,所述光催化分子筛具体为纳米级二氧化钛分子筛。
