本发明公开了一种新型桌面空气净化器,包括圆形底板和球形壳体;所述球形壳体内设有单片机,且球形壳体内、由下往上依次设有风机、负离子发生器、空气净化装置、洗涤系统和环形加湿装置;所述球形壳体底部设有进风口,上部正面设有出风口;所述球形壳体内侧设有与风机相连的电机;所述负离子发生器与单片机相连;所述洗涤系统用于冲洗所述空气净化装置上的灰尘,包括喷管、喷嘴、接水箱、水泵和连接软管;所述环形加湿装置包括环形加湿水槽,及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与单片机相连的加热丝;所述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。该空气净化器结构简单,设计合理,体积小,外形美观,且还具有加湿空气和净化空气的作用。

一种新型桌面空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器,一种新型桌面空气净化器。
背景技术
目前人们在室内办公时间越来越长,由于室外空气污染问题或者出于室内 节能考虑,人们开窗换气时间越来越少,从而导致室内空气不流通,再加上装 修材料和家具会释放出甲醛等空气污染物,直接危害到人们身体健康。
为了减少室内空气污染对健康影响,人们通常采取盆栽植物、家居型空气 净化器和桌面型空气净化器来净化空气。盆栽植物虽有一定净化空气能力,但 是室内空间大,空气不流通,因此盆栽植物净化后的空气和释放出的活性物质 也难以及时有效输送到用户面前。而家居型空气净化器一般采用侧面进风、顶 部出风的方式,通过空气循环将室内空气转换为洁净空气,虽有较强的净化空 气能力,但是体积大、价格高、耗能大,仅适用于几十平米的空间区域净化, 限制了它在大空间范围中局部区域空气净化的应用。因此,设计一种桌面型空 气净化器十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种用于摆放到桌面上的空 气净化器,该空气净化器结构简单,设计合理,体积小,外形美观,且还具有 加湿空气和净化空气的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型桌面空气净化器,包括圆形底板和设置在圆形底板上方并与圆形 底板共同形成一个容纳腔的球形壳体;所述球形壳体内设有单片机,且球形壳 体内、由下往上依次设有风机、负离子发生器、空气净化装置、洗涤系统和环 形加湿装置;所述球形壳体底部、负离子发生器下方设有进风口,所述球形壳 体上部正面设有出风口,所述出风口由多个开口朝向同一侧的通孔组成;所述 球形壳体内侧设有与风机相连的用于驱动风机转动的电机,且该电机与单片机 相连;所述负离子发生器与单片机相连;所述洗涤系统用于冲洗所述空气净化 装置上的灰尘,包括喷管、喷嘴、接水箱、水泵和连接软管,所述喷管设置在 所述外壳上,且位于所述过滤器的出风方向上,所述喷嘴开口向下且连通设置 在所述喷管上,所述接水箱设置在圆形底板下方,圆形底板上设有若干供水漏 下的通孔,所述水泵设置在接水箱外侧并与单片机电连接,且水泵进水端与接 水箱连通,出水端通过连接软管与喷管连接;所述环形加湿装置包括环形加湿 水槽,及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与单片机相连的加热丝;所述外壳体上设有 用于往环形加湿水槽中注水的注水口;所述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。
具体的说,所述水泵出水端还通过连接软管与注水口相连通。
具体的说,所述注水口和喷管前方的连接软管上各设有一个电磁阀,且该 两个电磁阀均与单片机相连。
更具体的说,所述洗涤系统还包括水过滤器,所述水过滤器横向设置在接 水箱中部上方,所述水泵进水端则与水过滤器下方的接水箱相连通。
优选的,所述接水箱与圆形底板可拆卸连接。
进一步的,所述洗涤系统还包括压差继电器和压差阀,所述电磁阀与所述 水泵连接,所述压差继电器用于检测所述空气净化装置进风端和出风端所受到 的实际压力差;所述压差继电器和电磁阀还分别与单片机相连。
进一步的,所述空气净化装置包括从下往上依次设置的置预过滤器、静电 集尘装置和光触媒滤坝;所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂 层构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置有与单片机相连的UV照射灯。
更进一步的,所述预过滤器包括两层活性炭过滤网和设置在该两层活性炭 过滤网之间的玻璃布。
优选的,所述单片机为STC51单片机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明结构简单,设计合理,体积小,外形美观,还具有加湿空气和 净化空气的作用。
(2)本发明预过滤器拦截空气中的絮状、花粉及较大颗粒物,对空气做初 步除尘。
(3)本发明是增设了洗涤系统,该洗涤系统能够及时检测到其过滤器灰尘 沉积程度,并自动有效的清洗过滤器上的灰尘,可提高空气净化效率,增强空 气净化效果,并且还可有效避免灰尘在过滤器上滋生细菌,提高被净化环境的 洁净度。
(4)本发明静电集尘装置吸附空气中的微小颗粒物,当空气中的微小颗粒 物、花粉、病毒和细菌通过静电吸附区域时,带上静电荷,被牢固的吸附在集 尘片上,同时被6000-7000V的静电杀死炭化,避免了细菌的再次滋生。
(5)本发明UV照射灯照射光触媒滤坝时,纳米级的二氧化钛涂层产生 强烈的催化降解功能,有效的降解空气中的有毒、有害气体,杀灭多种细菌, 并将细菌或真菌释放出来的毒素分解及无害化处理。
(6)本发明负离子发生器释放负离子,使室内空气更加清新。
(7)本发明的出风口中的通孔朝向同一面,可使净化空气向四周分散,避 免了净化空气出风口气流方向朝向天花板,试图净化整个室内空间空气来为用 户提供洁净空气,因而导致的使用效能极低的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但 不仅限于以下实施例。
本实施例的目的是为了提供一种新型桌面空气净化器,如图1所示,一种 新型桌面空气净化器,包括圆形底板1和设置在圆形底板上方并与圆形底板共 同形成一个容纳腔的球形壳体2;所述球形壳体2内设有STC51单片机,且球 形壳体内、由下往上依次设有风机6、负离子发生器5、空气净化装置9、洗涤 系统和环形加湿装置;所述球形壳体2底部、负离子发生器5下方设有进风口3, 所述球形壳体上部正面设有出风口4,所述出风口由多个开口朝向同一侧的通孔 组成;所述球形壳体内侧设有与风机相连的用于驱动风机转动的电机,且该电 机与单片机相连;所述负离子发生器5与单片机相连。
所述洗涤系统10用于冲洗所述空气净化装置上的灰尘,包括喷管11、喷嘴 12、接水箱13、水泵14和连接软管15,所述喷管可横向跨设在所述外壳上, 且位于所述过滤器的出风方向上,并且,为了使清洗更加均匀,该喷管11可设 置为螺旋环绕形结构,而所述喷嘴12呈圆锥体形结构,且开口向下,该喷嘴12 连通设置在所述喷管11上;所述接水箱13设置在圆形底板1下方,可设置为 类似抽屉的结构,以便于安装拆卸和排出杂质,而圆形底板上设有若干供水漏 下的通孔,即可在洗涤系统工作完毕后能够将洗涤液圆形底板1上漏入接水箱 13中;所述水泵14设置在接水箱外侧并与STC51单片机电连接,且水泵14进 水端与接水箱13连通,出水端通过连接软管15与喷管11连接。此外,该洗涤 系统还包括压差继电器和压差阀,所述电磁阀与所述水泵连接,所述压差继电 器用于检测所述空气净化装置进风端和出风端所受到的实际压力差;所述压差 继电器和电磁阀还分别与STC51单片机相连,当压差继电器检测到的实际压力 差大于或小于压差继电器内部预设的设定值时,STC51单片机即可通过压差阀 控制整个洗涤系统的开闭。
此外,为了在实现水资源的循环利用的同时,使其使用效率更高,所述接 水箱13内中上部还横向设置了水过滤器16,漏入接水箱13的洗涤液会通过水 过滤器16过滤,再进入接水箱13下部,而所述水泵进水端则与水过滤器下方 的接水箱相连通。所述接水箱13设置为类似抽屉的结构则是为了便于洗涤液的 更换,以及水过滤器16上部杂质的清理。
所述环形加湿装置包括环形加湿水槽7,及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与单片 机相连的加热丝;所述外壳体上设有用于往环形加湿水槽中注水的注水口8;所 述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。所述水泵14出水端还通过连接软管15与注 水口8相连通,使清洁的洗涤液也可在需要时通过环形加湿装置作为加湿液使 用。而为了使其控制更加便利,所述注水口8和喷管11前方的连接软管上各设 有一个电磁阀,且该两个电磁阀均与STC51单片机相连。
其中,所述空气净化装置9包括从下往上依次设置的置预过滤器、静电集 尘装置和光触媒滤坝;所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂层 构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置有与单片机相连的UV照射灯。所述预过滤器包括 两层活性炭过滤网和设置在该两层活性炭过滤网之间的玻璃布。

1.一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,包括圆形底板(1)和设置在圆形底板上方并与圆形底板共同形成一个容纳腔的球形壳体(2);所述球形壳体(2)内设有单片机,且球形壳体内、由下往上依次设有风机(6)、负离子发生器(5)、空气净化装置(9)、洗涤系统和环形加湿装置;所述球形壳体(2)底部、负离子发生器(5)下方设有进风口(3),所述球形壳体上部正面设有出风口(4),所述出风口由多个开口朝向同一侧的通孔组成;所述球形壳体内侧设有与风机相连的用于驱动风机转动的电机,且该电机与单片机相连;所述负离子发生器(5)与单片机相连;所述洗涤系统(10)用于冲洗所述空气净化装置上的灰尘,包括喷管(11)、喷嘴(12)、接水箱(13)、水泵(14)和连接软管(15),所述喷管设置在所述外壳上,且位于所述过滤器的出风方向上,所述喷嘴开口向下且连通设置在所述喷管上,所述接水箱(13)设置在圆形底板(1)下方,圆形底板上设有若干供水漏下的通孔,所述水泵设置在接水箱外侧并与单片机电连接,且水泵进水端与接水箱连通,出水端通过连接软管与喷管连接;所述环形加湿装置包括环形加湿水槽(7),及设置在环形加湿水槽中并与单片机相连的加热丝;所述外壳体上设有用于往环形加湿水槽中注水的注水口(8);所述单片机还与外界直流电源相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述水泵(14)出水端还通过连接软管(15)与注水口(8)相连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述注水口(8)和喷管(11)前方的连接软管上各设有一个电磁阀,且该两个电磁阀均与单片机相连。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述洗涤系统还包括水过滤器(16),所述水过滤器横向设置在接水箱(13)中部上方,所述水泵进水端则与水过滤器下方的接水箱相连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述接水箱(13)与圆形底板(1)可拆卸连接。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述洗涤系统还包括压差继电器和压差阀,所述电磁阀与所述水泵连接,所述压差继电器用于检测所述空气净化装置进风端和出风端所受到的实际压力差;所述压差继电器和电磁阀还分别与单片机相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化装置(9)包括从下往上依次设置的置预过滤器、静电集尘装置和光触媒滤坝;所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂层构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置有与单片机相连的UV照射灯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种新型桌面空气净化器,其特征在于,所述预过滤器包括两层活性炭过滤网和设置在该两层活性炭过滤网之间的玻璃布。
