本发明涉及一种超长Z型檩条防变形结构,包括Z型檩条本体,所述Z型檩条本体的一侧安装有L型角钢;所述L型角钢的竖直面与所述Z型檩条本体的竖直面固定连接;所述L型角钢的水平面与所述Z型檩条本体的翼平面处于同一平面上。本发明的超长Z型檩条防变形结构保证了Z型檩条正常使用及有效降低安装、二次维护更换的费用,提高建筑维护构件的使用和安全。

本发明涉及金属建筑构件技术领域,具体涉及了一种超长Z型檩条防变形结构。
背景技术
钢结构在我国的应用大约始于20世纪80年代初期,经过近二十多年的迅速发展,现代化工业建筑、大跨度公共建筑的发展和钢结构的广泛应用及其施工技术的都有明显提高,钢结构建筑主要用于工业厂房、仓库、体育馆、展览馆及活动房屋、加层建筑等,尤其在工业厂房应用中,它具有轻质、环保、节能、高效、工业化程度高、施工方便等诸多优点。目前,国内每年都有生活垃圾焚烧厂钢结构建筑工程,而生活垃圾焚烧厂钢结构建筑工程是目前焚烧厂类工业建筑中广泛应用的一种钢结构。
在用于生活垃圾焚烧厂类发电项目及物流仓库类项目等屋面墙面开间距离过大的工程中采用的Z型檩条构件经常长度超长,在吊运及安装过程时易导致下翼缘沿口处产生扭曲变形。
发明内容
针对现有的超长Z型檩条在吊运及安装过程时易导致下翼缘沿口处产生扭曲变形的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种超长Z型檩条防变形结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种超长Z型檩条防变形结构,包括Z型檩条本体,所述Z型檩条本体的一侧安装有L型角钢;所述L型角钢的竖直面与所述Z型檩条本体的竖直面固定连接;所述L型角钢的水平面与所述Z型檩条本体的翼平面处于同一平面上。
进一步的,所述L型角钢的竖直面与所述Z型檩条本体的竖直面通过螺栓连接,方便安装与拆卸。
进一步的,所述L型角钢的竖直面与所述Z型檩条本体的竖直面均设有螺栓孔,并分别对应,使得L型角钢与Z型檩条本体安装更加紧密、牢固。
进一步的,所述螺栓孔均与所述螺栓配合,保证L型角钢与Z型檩条本体的连接稳固。
从上述内容可以看出,本发明的有益效果:
本发明将Z型檩条与L型角钢连接并形成T型截面,有效保证超长钢结构Z型檩条下翼缘沿口处在吊装及安装时不因钢结构Z型檩条过长而导致下翼缘沿口处扭曲变形;同时,通过L型角钢增强Z型檩条下翼缘沿口处的侧向强度,有效减少超长Z型檩条下翼缘沿口处在侧向吊装及竖向安装时不会发生侧向扭曲变形,增强了Z型檩条下翼缘沿口侧向吊装及竖向安装时的抗扭曲变形能力,不会导致Z型檩条下翼缘沿口在侧向吊装及竖向安装时发生侧向扭曲弯曲。本发明的超长Z型檩条防变形结构保证了Z型檩条正常使用及有效降低安装、二次维护更换的费用,提高建筑维护构件的使用和安全。

进一步的,所述L型角钢的竖直面与所述Z型檩条本体的竖直面通过螺栓6连接,方便安装与拆卸。
进一步的,所述L型角钢的竖直面与所述Z型檩条本体的竖直面均设有螺栓孔5,并分别对应,使得L型角钢与Z型檩条本体安装更加紧密、牢固。
进一步的,所述螺栓孔5均与所述螺栓6配合,保证L型角钢与Z型檩条本体的连接稳固。
本发明的有益效果在于:
