技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其是一种抗衰老的中药丸。
背景技术
衰老，乃是指机体各器官功能普遍的、逐渐降低的过程，衰老有两种不同的情况，一种是正常情况下出现的生理性衰老；另一种是疾病引起的病理性衰老，是一种自然规律；但是，当人们采用良好的生活习惯和保健措施，就可以有效地延缓衰老，提高生活质量；中医理论认为，人体的生长、发育、衰老与脏腑功能和经络气血的盛衰关系密切，当机体气血不足，经络之气运行不畅，脏腑功能减退，阴阳失去平衡，均会导致和加快衰老，表现为精神不振、健忘、形寒肢冷、纳差少眠、腰膝无力、发脱齿摇、气短乏力，甚则面浮肿等；千百年来，人们一直在探索健康长寿的奥秘，充满对青春长驻、延年益寿的向往。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种补血益气、养心安神、补肝肾、益精血、强筋活络的中药丸。
该发明配方来自民间秘笈祖传秘方，又经过20多年的改进，经过几百例的患者治疗，总有效率达到95%以上。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的，一种抗衰老的中药丸，其包含主要成分：熟地黄、山茱萸、益智仁、石斛、鸡血藤、黄芪、枸杞子、红枣、甘草、何首乌、牛大力、茯苓、杜仲、龙眼肉、桑葚，它们的重量按份计是：熟地黄８～12份、山茱萸7～11份、益智仁4～8份、石斛4～8份、鸡血藤4～8份、黄芪4～8份、枸杞子4～8份、红枣4～8份、甘草2～4份、何首乌3～7份、牛大力7～11份、茯苓4～8份、杜仲4～8份、龙眼肉4～8份、桑葚4～8份。
上述各组分的重量配比优选为：熟地黄10份、山茱萸9份、益智仁6份、石斛6份、鸡血藤6份、黄芪6份、枸杞子6份、红枣6份、甘草3份、何首乌5份、牛大力9份、茯苓6份、杜仲6份、龙眼肉6份、桑葚6份。
本发明还提供了一种抗衰老的中药丸的制备方法，该方法包括将上述熟地黄、山茱萸、益智仁、石斛、鸡血藤、黄芪、枸杞子、红枣、甘草、何首乌、牛大力、茯苓、杜仲、龙眼肉、桑葚，按重量配比称量后，用粉碎机打成180目，经锅蒸2小时加以辅料用造粒机加工成所需规格的药丸。

何首乌：补肝肾、益精血、乌须发、强筋骨、化浊降温，
牛大力：补虚润肺、强筋活络，
茯苓：利水消肿、健脾止泻、养心安神，
杜仲：利尿消炎、促消化、降血压，
龙眼肉：补益心脾、养血安神，
桑葚：补充营养，增强抵抗力。
