Abstract

本发明公开了一种降低奶牛乳房炎发病率的保护膏,所述保护膏的成分为籽瓜汁液的浓缩膏。该保护膏由籽瓜汁液浓缩得到,所用材料来源于植物,其种植及加工对环境影响很小,对环境友好,无刺激性,能大大降低奶牛乳房炎的发病率,提高了牛奶质量,提高奶牛养殖户的经济效益,也为籽瓜综合利用提供了借鉴。

技术领域
本发明属于禽畜用药技术领域,具体地,涉及一种降低奶牛乳房炎发病率的保护膏。
背景技术
奶牛乳房炎是危害奶牛养殖业常见疾病之一。全世界约有2.2亿头奶牛,其中约有1/3的奶牛患有各种类型的乳房炎。
奶牛乳房炎是乳腺受到物理、化学、微生物等刺激所发生的一种炎症变化,是一种多因素疾病。
现在规模化奶牛养殖场均采用挤奶机,由于受到挤奶机性能、参数设置、电压等影响,挤奶机真空度会产生波动。真空度过高或者真空度不规则变化会使乳头皮肤和乳头括约肌受损,乳头外翻的情况会加重,使奶牛乳房受细菌感染,从而发生奶牛乳房炎。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种降低奶牛乳房炎发病率的保护膏。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种降低奶牛乳房炎发病率的保护膏,所述保护膏的成分为籽瓜汁液的浓缩膏。
籽瓜(Citrullus lanatus var.megulasnemus Lin et Chao),又称打瓜,葫芦科,一年生草本植物,因拳打而食和含籽量多而得名,圆形,表皮光滑,浅绿,有深绿色条纹,瓜瓤白色或淡黄色,是一种极具地域特色的低糖瓜类。
本发明将籽瓜汁液的浓缩膏状物作为保护剂用于奶牛乳头部位,明显降低了奶牛乳房炎的发病率,提高了籽瓜的经济价值。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的降低奶牛乳房炎发病率的保护膏,由籽瓜汁液浓缩得到,所用材料来源于植物,其种植及加工对环境影响很小,对环境友好,无刺激性,能大大降低奶牛乳房炎的发病率,提高了牛奶质量,提高奶牛养殖户的经济效益,也为籽瓜综合利用提供了借鉴。

籽瓜购自甘肃省白银市平川区籽瓜种植户。
实施例1
一种籽瓜浓缩膏,制备方法如下:
籽瓜去籽,粉碎,过滤,收集籽瓜汁液,将籽瓜汁液浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.35之间的膏状,灌装,蒸汽灭菌30min,即得降低奶牛乳房炎发病率的保护膏。
应用效果试验
1试验材料
药物:实施例1的籽瓜浓缩膏,聚维酮碘
奶牛:甘肃、宁夏奶牛养殖场共356头奶牛
2试验方法
将356头奶牛随机分为聚维酮碘组(39头)和聚维酮碘+籽瓜浓缩膏组(317头)。
在泌乳奶牛挤完奶后,用5wt%聚维酮碘药浴液药浴聚维酮碘组和聚维酮碘+籽瓜浓缩膏组每头奶牛的4个乳头基部,再将聚维酮碘+籽瓜浓缩膏组奶牛的四个乳头基部浸入籽瓜浓缩膏,移除,即可。
3试验结果
由上表可知,泌乳奶牛用聚维酮碘药浴液药浴后,再使用本发明实施例1的籽瓜浓缩膏,明显降低了奶牛乳房炎的发病率。
