Description

一种冰箱
本发明涉及冰箱及其冷冻室温度控制开关的固定装置,特别是用于有助于在冰箱冷冻室提供更大空间的冷冻室温度控制开关的固定装置。
一般地,冰箱10包括冷冻室20及冷藏室30,冷冻室20带有开关冷冻室20的门20a。冷藏室30带有开关冷藏室30的门30a。此外,在冷冻室20的一个规定部分提供有温度控制开关外壳40,在这个外壳中装有将冷冻室20的温度控制在一预定水平的温度控制开关41。在温度控制开关41的侧表面安放一个支持件41a,其规定部位固定到温度控制开关外壳40的规定部分。此外,在温度控制开关41的正面形成有正面支持件41b,其规定部位固定到温度控制开关外壳40的规定部分。温度控制开关41带有一调位轴41c且其一端向外伸出一预定长度。此外,在温度控制开关41的规定部分与微机(未示出)之间连有连结电缆42用于传递/接收预定信号。这里将温度控制开关41装在温度控制开关外壳40的上表面的预定位置。温度控制纽44装在调位轴41c上。

冷冻室20内的温度通过调节温度控制纽44所设定水平被维持在一预定水平上。这时与设定温度水平相对应的一预定值被贮在微机中(未示出)。这里,当冷冻室20温度超过一预定值时,温度控制开关41使得压缩机(未示出)可以启动来产生冷气。其后,冷气通过冷气口(未示出)流进冷冻室20,冷气口形成在冷冻室20的后壁的预定部位上,所以冷冻室20的温度维持在一与一精确设定的水平相一致的预定水平上。
然而,为了在冷冻室20内维持一预定温度水平,就提供了温度控制开关外壳40来固定温度控制开关41并具有相对大的尺寸,结果冷冻室20的可用体积令人失望的被减低了。
因此,本发明的目的是提供用于电冰箱内冷冻室温度控制开关的固定装置使得在冷冻室内有更多的可用空间。
为了取得上述目标,根据本发明的冰箱冷冻室温度控制开关的固定装置包括,装在冷冻室后壁的格栅件,温度控制支持件在冷冻室正表面形成且冷冻室常有多个使得冷气流进冷冻室的开口,及一个装在温度控制支持件后面的温度控制开关,温度控制纽插进在其中央部位所提供的调位轴上。
图1A是一透视图示出了装有普通温度控制开关外壳的冰箱的全结构。
图1B是一透视图示出了普通温度控制开关外壳的更详细的结构。
图2A是一透视图示出了装有根据本发明的用于冷冻室温度控制开关的固定装置的冰箱的全结构。

现在参照图2A及2B来解释根据本发明的用于箱冷冻室内温度控制开关的固定装置之结构。
箱100包含冷冻室200及冷藏室300。冷冻室200带有关/开冷冻室200的门200a。冷藏室300带有关/开冷藏室300的门300a。此外,在冷冻室200的后壁上带有格栅件400,格栅件400带有温度控制支持件420,在其中间部分形成有一温度控制按扭开口410。此外,在格栅件400的表面形成有多个冷气口430以便使冷气流过。这里形成在温度控制开关500上的正面支持件510被固定螺栓或类似物固定到温度控制开关与支持件420的后面的预定位置。一个调位轴520可转地与温度控制开关500接合,其外端伸出一预定长度在其上承接温度控制钮540。此外,在温度控制开关500的规定部分与微机(未示出)之间连接有电缆用于传递/接收通过的规定信号。
本发明的用于冰箱冷冻室内的温度控制开关的固定装置之运行将参照图2A及2B来解释。
冷冻室200内的温度水平通过调节温度控制纽540被设置在一预定值。这时,通过设定控制纽所获得的预定值被贮存微机(未示出)中。这里,当冰箱在使用中,如果冷冻室200的温度超过预定值,温度控制开关500使压缩机(未示出)启动来产生冷气,此后冷气通过冷气开口430流向冷冻室200,开口430形成在格栅件400的表面,结果冷冻室200的温度被维持在一预定温度水平,这个水平是通过调节温度控制纽540来设定的。
如上所述,提供一个用于冰箱内冷冻室温度控制开关的固定装置,这个装置可以有助于控制冰箱温度,由此冷冻室的可用体积与普通温度控制开关相比,由于固定了温度控制开关,因而增加了与被省去的温度控制外壳一样大的体积。

Claims (2)

1.一种冰箱,具有安装了温度控制开关的冷冻室,其特征在于所述冷冻室包括:
格栅件,设置在所述冷冻室的后壁上并具有多个在所述格栅件正面形成的开口以便使冷气流入所述冷冻室;
温度控制开关支持件,设在所述格栅件与所述冷冻室后壁之间的空间内;以及
温度控制开关,由固定装置装配在温度控制开关支持件内,与连接电缆和温度传感部分连接,并具有用于手工控制冰箱温度的钮及钮的轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中所述温度控制开关支持件的固定装置,具有多个用于螺栓的槽,以及所述格栅件具有用于所述温度控制开关钮的轴的孔。
