本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。涂料一般起到保护和装饰的作用。
随着电子科技的发展,电子产品已经成了我们生活中不可或缺的一部分,例如手机、电脑等。其中,特别是笔记本电脑,已经是我们办公的必不可少的工具了。由于使用频繁且长时间使用后会温度升高,因此需要在笔记本电脑的外壳上涂覆一层涂料,起到保护作用,使其耐磨损且耐高温,同时,能具备耐紫外线性能更好。

本发明的目的是为了提供一种耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料及其制备方法,该笔记本电脑外壳涂料具有耐高温、耐磨损、耐紫外线、防火等良好性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:脂肪族多异氰酸酯58-70份、环氧树脂35-45份、钛白粉5-15份、流平剂1.2-3份、紫外线屏蔽剂0.4-1份、增稠剂1-4份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、抗氧剂0.1-2份、消泡剂0.5-2份、分散剂1-3份、颜料0.5-1份、乙醇10-20份、水5-15份。
以上所述的耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:脂肪族多异氰酸酯64份、环氧树脂40份、钛白粉10份、流平剂2份、紫外线屏蔽剂0.7份、增稠剂2.5份、阻燃剂1.2份、抗氧剂1份、消泡剂1.2份、分散剂2份、颜料0.8份、乙醇15份、水10份。
进一步的,所述脂肪族多异氰酸酯为正己烷二异氰酸酯。
进一步的,所述紫外线屏蔽剂为纳米氧化锌。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷。
所述的耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将各组分在高速混合机中以转速220r/min搅拌50min,即得所述耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料。

耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:脂肪族多异氰酸酯58份、环氧树脂35份、钛白粉5份、流平剂1.2份、紫外线屏蔽剂0.4份、增稠剂1份、阻燃剂0.5份、抗氧剂0.1份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂1份、颜料0.5份、乙醇10份、水5份。其中,所述脂肪族多异氰酸酯为正己烷二异氰酸酯;所述紫外线屏蔽剂为纳米氧化锌;所述阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷。
本实施例的耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将各组分在高速混合机中以转速220r/min搅拌50mi n,即得所述耐高温耐紫外线笔记本电脑外壳涂料。实施例2
