本发明涉及通信工程技术领域，尤其涉及一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置。
背景技术
在通信工程施工时，经常用到线缆收放装置，现有的线缆收放装置，在对线缆收线和放线完毕后，不便于更换卷线筒继续进行放线或收线，容易影响工程的进度，耽误时间，同时在收线时，不能使线均匀的缠绕在一起。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，包括底座，所述底座两端均垂直设置有套筒，两个所述套筒内均插接有支撑杆，两个所述支撑杆中部的位置设有第二轴承，两个所述第二轴承内轴面连接有液压杆，两个所述液压杆的输出轴上均固定连接有夹板，两个所述夹板相对内侧抵接有卷线筒，其中一个所述支撑杆中部的位置设有安装箱，所述安装箱内设有电机，所述电机的输出轴与液压杆固定连接，两个所述套筒的相对外侧固定连接有第二支撑板，所述第二支撑板上方平行设置有与支撑杆固定连接的第一支撑板，所述第一支撑板上开设有螺纹孔，所述第二支撑板上设有第一轴承，且第一轴承与螺纹孔在同一水平线上，所述第一轴承与螺纹孔之间设有第一螺纹杆，所述第一螺纹杆上设有转轮，两个所述支撑杆上端固定连接有遮阳板。
优选的，所述底座呈等腰梯形状。
优选的，两个所述支撑杆上端的位置均设有第三轴承，两个所述第三轴承之间设有第二螺纹杆，所述第二螺纹杆上设有移动块，所述第二螺纹杆螺纹贯穿移动块，所述移动块上设有限位机构，所述移动块下端设有穿线环，所述第二螺纹杆另一端连接有摇把。
优选的，所述限位机构包括开设在遮阳板下端的限位槽，所述移动块上固定连接有限位杆，所述限位杆上端滑动设置在限位槽内。
优选的，所述转轮上设有防滑纹。
本发明提出的一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，有益效果在于：通过液压伸缩杆与第一螺纹杆相配合，便于对卷线筒进行跟换，操作简单快捷，有利于加快工程进度，穿线环与移动块的配合，便于在绕线时，使线缆绕的均匀紧密，避免卷线筒空间的浪费，遮阳板可以对线缆起到遮阳挡雨的效果，底座呈等腰梯形状便于将卷线筒滚上或滚下底座，有利于对卷线筒进行跟换。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2，一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，包括底座13，底座13呈等腰梯形状，底座13两端均垂直设置有套筒4，两个套筒4内均插接有支撑杆7，两个支撑杆7中部的位置设有第二轴承11，两个第二轴承11内轴面连接有液压杆8，两个液压杆8的输出轴上均固定连接有夹板9，两个夹板9相对内侧抵接有卷线筒10，其中一个支撑杆7中部的位置设有安装箱6，安装箱6内设有电机5，电机5通过外部电源进行供电，电机5的输出轴与液压杆8固定连接，两个套筒4的相对外侧固定连接有第二支撑板3，第二支撑板3上方平行设置有与支撑杆7固定连接的第一支撑板1，第一支撑板1上开设有螺纹孔12，第二支撑板3上设有第一轴承2，且第一轴承2与螺纹孔12在同一水平线上，第一轴承2与螺纹孔12之间设有第一螺纹杆15，第一螺纹杆15上设有转轮21，转轮21上设有防滑纹，在需要对卷线筒10进行更换时，通过扭动转轮21，转轮21带动第一螺纹杆15转动，使第一支撑板1下降，将会使支撑杆7下降，将卷线筒10放置到底座13上，液压杆8收缩，实现对卷线筒10的松弛，底座13呈等腰梯形状便于将卷线筒10从底座13上滚下来。
两个支撑杆7上端固定连接有遮阳板16，两个支撑杆7上端的位置均设有第三轴承20，两个第三轴承20之间设有第二螺纹杆19，第二螺纹杆19上设有移动块17，第二螺纹杆19螺纹贯穿移动块17，移动块17上设有限位机构，限位机构包括开设在遮阳板16下端的限位槽22，移动块17上固定连接有限位杆23，限位杆23上端滑动设置在限位槽22内，移动块17下端设有穿线环18，穿线环18内设有橡胶垫，可以防止绕线时，对电缆造成损伤，第二螺纹杆19另一端连接有摇把14，将线缆从穿线环18中穿过，转动摇把14带第二螺纹杆19转动，使穿线环18左右移动，将线缆均匀的缠绕在卷线筒10内。
在使用时，将线缆从穿线环18中穿过，电机5带动卷线筒10对线缆进行缠绕，转动摇把14带第二螺纹杆19转动，使穿线环18左右移动，将线缆均匀的缠绕在卷线筒10内，当卷线筒10内绕满后，需要对卷线筒10更换时，通过扭动转轮21，转轮21带动第一螺纹杆15转动，使第一支撑板1下降，将会使支撑杆7下降，将卷线筒10放置到底座13上，液压杆8收缩，实现对卷线筒10的松弛，然后将卷线筒10从底座13上滚下来。

1.一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，包括底座（13），其特征在于，所述底座（13）两端均垂直设置有套筒（4），两个所述套筒（4）内均插接有支撑杆（7），两个所述支撑杆（7）中部的位置设有第二轴承（11），两个所述第二轴承（11）内轴面连接有液压杆（8），两个所述液压杆（8）的输出轴上均固定连接有夹板（9），两个所述夹板（9）相对内侧抵接有卷线筒（10），其中一个所述支撑杆（7）中部的位置设有安装箱（6），所述安装箱（6）内设有电机（5），所述电机（5）的输出轴与液压杆（8）固定连接，两个所述套筒（4）的相对外侧固定连接有第二支撑板（3），所述第二支撑板（3）上方平行设置有与支撑杆（7）固定连接的第一支撑板（1），所述第一支撑板（1）上开设有螺纹孔（12），所述第二支撑板（3）上设有第一轴承（2），且第一轴承（2）与螺纹孔（12）在同一水平线上，所述第一轴承（2）与螺纹孔（12）之间设有第一螺纹杆（15），所述第一螺纹杆（15）上设有转轮（21），两个所述支撑杆（7）上端固定连接有遮阳板（16）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，其特征在于，所述底座（13）呈等腰梯形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，其特征在于，两个所述支撑杆（7）上端的位置均设有第三轴承（20），两个所述第三轴承（20）之间设有第二螺纹杆（19），所述第二螺纹杆（19）上设有移动块（17），所述第二螺纹杆（19）螺纹贯穿移动块（17），所述移动块（17）上设有限位机构，所述移动块（17）下端设有穿线环（18），所述第二螺纹杆（19）另一端连接有摇把（14）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，其特征在于，所述限位机构包括开设在遮阳板（16）下端的限位槽（22），所述移动块（17）上固定连接有限位杆（23），所述限位杆（23）上端滑动设置在限位槽（22）内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信工程用通信线缆收放装置，其特征在于，所述转轮（21）上设有防滑纹。
