本发明公开了一种水泥轨枕循环刷漆机,包括放置于轨枕生产线的水泥轨枕,轨枕生产线两侧分别设有循环刷漆机,循环刷漆机包括底部的储漆盒,储漆盒上方设有刷漆履带,刷漆履带通过第一履带轮、第二履带轮支撑,并第一履带轮为主动轮;所述刷漆履带靠近轨枕生产线的侧面均匀安装有刷子,随刷漆履带转动,刷子转到底部时浸入储漆盒沾满漆料,转到顶部时刷过水泥轨枕的端部,所述刷漆履带与轨枕生产线运行方向相反。本发明的水泥轨枕循环刷漆机,实现了水泥轨枕智能自动刷漆,缩短刷漆时间,保证刷漆质量,同时又避免了漆料的浪费,成本损耗控制在最优。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轨枕制造领域,尤其涉及一种水泥轨枕循环刷漆机。
背景技术
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,各国对铁路运输的建设,特别是基础设施轨枕的建设开展了广泛而深入的研究。混凝土轨枕是代替木质轨枕来用作铁道轨枕的混凝土制品。由水泥、砂、石、水和外加剂按一定比例搅拌和成混合料注入装有钢丝或钢筋、 轨枕配件的组合式模型内,采用振动成型或加荷振动成型、蒸汽养护、放松钢丝或钢筋、切割轨枕端部等制成的混凝土轨枕产品。
混凝土轨枕生产过程中影响质量的主要因素为混凝土的拌制及振捣、主筋预应力张拉、养护和脱模等几个关键环节。
混凝土轨枕脱模后,需要对两端外露的桁架钢筋进行刷漆处理,以达到防锈的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种水泥轨枕循环刷漆机。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种水泥轨枕循环刷漆机,包括放置于轨枕生产线的水泥轨枕,轨枕生产线两侧分别设有循环刷漆机,循环刷漆机包括底部的储漆盒,储漆盒上方设有刷漆履带,刷漆履带通过第一履带轮、第二履带轮支撑,并第一履带轮为主动轮;所述刷漆履带靠近轨枕生产线的侧面均匀安装有刷子,随刷漆履带转动,刷子转到底部时浸入储漆盒沾满漆料,转到顶部时刷过水泥轨枕的端部,所述刷漆履带与轨枕生产线运行方向相反。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的水泥轨枕循环刷漆机,实现了水泥轨枕智能自动刷漆,缩短刷漆时间,保证刷漆质量,同时又避免了漆料的浪费,成本损耗控制在最优。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1、2所示,一种水泥轨枕循环刷漆机,包括放置于轨枕生产线的水泥轨枕1,轨枕生产线(图中未画出)两侧分别设有循环刷漆机2,循环刷漆机2包括底部的储漆盒3,储漆盒3内储存有漆料。储漆盒3上方设有刷漆履带4,刷漆履带4通过第一履带轮5、第二履带轮6支撑,并第一履带轮5为主动轮,带动刷漆履带4旋转;所述刷漆履带4靠近轨枕生产线的侧面均匀安装有刷子7,随刷漆履带4转动,刷子7转到底部时浸入储漆盒3沾满漆料,转到顶部时刷过水泥轨枕1的端部,重点是将水泥轨枕1两端露出的桁架钢筋进行刷漆作业,以达到防锈效果。为了提高刷漆效率,所述刷漆履带4与轨枕生产线运行方向相反,即刷子7与水泥轨枕1相向运行。
储漆盒3体积大于刷漆履带4的地面投影面积,刷子7沾取漆料转到顶部过程中,滴落的漆料正好由储漆盒3回收,降低了漆料的损耗。

1.一种水泥轨枕循环刷漆机,其特征在于,包括放置于轨枕生产线的水泥轨枕,轨枕生产线两侧分别设有循环刷漆机,循环刷漆机包括底部的储漆盒,储漆盒上方设有刷漆履带,刷漆履带通过第一履带轮、第二履带轮支撑,并第一履带轮为主动轮;所述刷漆履带靠近轨枕生产线的侧面均匀安装有刷子,随刷漆履带转动,刷子转到底部时浸入储漆盒沾满漆料,转到顶部时刷过水泥轨枕的端部,所述刷漆履带与轨枕生产线运行方向相反。
