During actual use, fine adjustment can be performed during installation of the external wallboard segment 1 through the arrangement of the trapezoid angle steel 17, accuracy of the position of the external wallboard segment 1 is guaranteed, if the plug-in unit 19 is directly connected with the second connecting angle steel 16, as the distance between the upper baffle 6 and the top of the external wallboard segment 1 is 40 mm-60 mm, the length of the plug-in unit 19 needs to be lengthened, so that the plug-in unit 19 is an elongated member, and when the plug-in unit 19 bears vertical load, deflection deformation may occur.
During actual use, the trapezoid angle steel 17 is connected with the second connecting angle steel 16 through bolts, and the trapezoid angle steel 17 and the second connecting angle steel 16 are all long holes through which the bolts pass, so that the connecting node of the trapezoid angle steel 17 and the second connecting angle steel 16 is a sliding hinge support, the trapezoid angle steel 17 is welded with the plug-in unit 19, and the plug-in unit 19 is plugged in the pre-buried hole 12, so that the connecting node of the trapezoid angle steel 17 and the upper baffle 6 is a fixed hinge support, the safety of the external wall panel section 1 is ensured, the anti-seismic performance of the external wall panel section 1 is good, a good sliding phenomenon can be achieved when an earthquake happens, and the collision between the rigidity and the rigidity can be effectively avoided.
In actual use, the insert 19 is a segment of rebar.
During actual use, the two adjacent external wall panel sections 1 are connected into a whole through the arrangement of the oblique angle steel, so that the integrity of the U-shaped precast concrete external wall panel after forming is improved, and meanwhile, a stable triangular support structure is formed among the oblique angle steel, the first connecting angle steel 14 and the second connecting angle steel 16, so that the external wall panel sections 1 are more firmly connected with the wall body 20, and the accuracy of the external wall panel sections 1 in the vertical direction is ensured.
During actual use, the slant angle steel is connected with the first connecting angle steel 14 and the second connecting angle steel 16 through welding or second connecting bolts, and is preferably connected through the second connecting bolts, because the welding and welding process of high-altitude operation is complex, the second connecting bolts can finely adjust the position of the external wallboard section 1 in the installation process, the installation accuracy of the external wallboard section 1 is guaranteed, and the construction flexibility is high.
During actual use, the through holes are all long holes, and the purpose is to finely tune the positions of the externally hung wallboard sections 1 so as to meet construction requirements.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the first pre-buried positioning element 9 and the second pre-buried positioning element 10 are all splicing pre-buried elements, the splicing pre-buried elements include a pre-buried section 9-1 pre-buried at the bottom of the inner side of the first side plate 3 or the second side plate 4 and an insertion section 9-3 located right below the pre-buried section 9-1 and inserted into the first positioning hole 7 or the second positioning hole 8, the pre-buried section 9-1 and the insertion section 9-3 are vertically arranged and are connected through a reserved steel plate 9-2 arranged horizontally, and the reserved steel plate 9-2 is tightly attached to the bottom of the first side plate 3 or the second side plate 4.
During actual use, the first embedded locating piece 9 is firmly connected with the first side plate 3 through the arrangement of the embedded section 9-1, and meanwhile, the inserting section 9-3 is limited through the arrangement of the reserved steel plate 9-2, so that the inserting section 9-3 is prevented from being reversely pressed into the first side plate 3 when the inserting section 9-3 receives vertical load.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the first positioning hole 7 and the second positioning hole 8 are insertion holes, the insertion holes are inner holes of insertion sleeves 7-1 vertically embedded in the first side plate 3 or the second side plate 4, reinforcing ribs 7-2 for reinforcing the insertion sleeves 7-1 are arranged on the outer side of the insertion sleeves 7-1, and the insertion sleeves 7-1 and the reinforcing ribs 7-2 are integrally cast with the first side plate 3 or the second side plate 4.
During actual use, the pressure granted by the bearing force applied by the upper load to the first positioning hole 7 can be reduced through the arrangement of the plug-in sleeve 7-1 and the reinforcing ribs 7-2, and meanwhile, the on-site secondary paying-off is performed when the upper external wallboard section 1 is installed, so that the operation difficulty of workers is simplified, and the installation accuracy is improved.
The construction method of the U-shaped precast concrete external wall panel shown in fig. 8 comprises the following steps:
step one, base construction: constructing a base for installing a bottom wallboard section on the outer side of the bottom of the wall body 20, wherein the base is a concrete base, and the top of the base is provided with an inserting locating hole for inserting the first embedded locating piece 9 and the second embedded locating piece 10;
step two, constructing a combined wallboard: the construction of a plurality of externally hung wallboard segments 1 which are assembled to form the combined wallboard is respectively carried out from bottom to top, and the process is as follows:
Step 201, constructing a bottom wallboard section: hoisting a bottom wallboard segment into place, and inserting a first pre-embedded positioning piece 9 and a second pre-embedded positioning piece 10 in the bottom wallboard segment into the insertion positioning hole in the first step;
step 202, constructing a next externally hung wallboard segment, which comprises the following steps:
step 2021, hanging the externally hung wallboard segments: hoisting the external wallboard section 1 in place, inserting a first embedded locating piece 9 of the external wallboard section 1 into a first locating hole 7 of an adjacent external wallboard section 1 below the first embedded locating piece, and inserting a second embedded locating piece 10 of the external wallboard section 1 into a second locating hole 8 of an adjacent external wallboard section 1 below the second embedded locating piece;
step 2022, connecting the external wall panel segment with the wall: connecting the lower baffle plate 5 of the externally hung wallboard section 1 with the wall body 20 through a first connecting piece, and connecting the upper baffle plate 6 of the externally hung wallboard section 1 with the wall body 20 through a second connecting piece;
step 203, repeating step 202 for a plurality of times until the construction of the combined wallboard is completed.
During actual construction, a plurality of external wall panel segments 1 are constructed from bottom to top, so that the construction difficulty is reduced, and the installation accuracy is improved.
During actual construction, the external wall panel section 1 is convenient to install and adjust in site construction, construction progress is quickened, and construction cost is saved.
In the actual construction, in the first step, the base is used as a base connected with the bottom wallboard segment, so that the first external wallboard segment is accurately installed, and a solid foundation is provided for the upper combined wallboard.
In actual construction, the cross section size of the base is the same as that of the external wall panel section 1, the upper baffle 6 is arranged on the base, and the upper baffle 6 is connected with the lower baffle 5 of the first external wall panel section through oblique angle steel.
During practical construction, when the external wall panel section 1 is hoisted, four-point hoisting is adopted, and the hoisting machinery is respectively connected with the first positioning hole 7, the second positioning hole 8 and the two hoisting holes 22, so that the balance of the external wall panel section 1 in the hoisting process is ensured, and the phenomenon of overturning is avoided.
In this embodiment, reinforcing connectors 21 arranged parallel to the first side plates 3 are disposed between two adjacent external wallboard segments 1, the second connector of each external wallboard segment 1 is a lower connector for fixing the lower part of the reinforcing connector 21, and the first connector of each inserted wallboard segment is an upper connector for fixing the upper part of the reinforcing connector 21; the first connector of each of the plug-in panel segments is securely connected to the second connector of the adjacent plug-in panel segment 1 therebelow by the reinforcing connector 21; each reinforcing connector 21 and the first connector and the second connector connected with the reinforcing connector form a reinforcing connector, and two adjacent external wall panel sections 1 are fastened and connected into a whole through the reinforcing connector.
After the external wall panel segments of step 2022 are connected to the wall, the first connector of each of the plug-in wall panel segments is securely connected to the second connector of the adjacent external wall panel segment 1 therebelow by the reinforcing connector 21.
