技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油领域，特别涉及一种改进型车用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油即润滑脂加油膏，主要用于摩擦副的润滑与保护，应用范围：重载，低速，摇摆运动，露天，间断工作及恶劣环境下。油膏当中固体润滑剂起主要润滑作用，这与润滑脂中基础油起主要润滑作用不同。油膏中的软金属粉末除了起到润滑、减摩作用之外，还能起到吸热的作用，在高温条件下，软金属熔化时吸收大量的热，所以能够耐高温。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进型车用润滑油，具有良好的粘附性高热稳定性；良好的密封性；高压负载，同时具有良好高热稳定性能；优异的润滑性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种改进型车用润滑油，其创新点在于：按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
机油77-86份，对羟基苯甲基醛5-8份，二戊基二硫代氨甲酸盐4-8份，柠檬酸单甲酯4-7份，二叔丁基对甲酚11-14份，桦叶菊萜酸3-5份，烯基二丁酸2-5份，润滑油基油5-9份，分散剂1-7份，盐酸3-6份，聚丁烯基琥珀酸酰胺2-5份，防锈剂4-9份，司本-80为2-4份，氯化石蜡9-15份，三乙酸胺11-15份，间甲氧基苯甲醛3-8份。
进一步的，所述分散剂为丁二酰亚胺和丁二酸脂，两者重量比为2.9：1。
本发明的优点在于：由于依据各原料的特性及合理完善的重量组合，本发明具有良好的抗磨且防锈功能。
本发明的润滑油具有良好的粘附性、高热稳定性，良好的密封性，高压负载，同时具有良好高热稳定性能，优异的润滑性能。

在上述配方中，所述分散剂为丁二酰亚胺和丁二酸脂，两者重量比为2.9：1。
由于依据各原料的特性及合理完善的重量组合，本发明具有良好的抗磨且防锈功能。
本发明的润滑油具有良好的粘附性、高热稳定性，良好的密封性，高压负载，同时具有良好高热稳定性能，优异的润滑性能。
