一种螺纹钢切割套丝装置，包括套丝机机体（1），其特征在于：所述套丝机机体（1）刀头中间部位设置了固定夹具（5），用于固定削平刀头（2），使削平刀头（2）与套丝刀头（3）处于同一中心线，联动工作；削平刀头（2）、可以根据作业需求调整削切角度；削平刀头（2）与套丝刀头（3）之间的距离可根据作业情况调节尺度；在机体（1）上设置开关转换器（6）用于调整机械的切削、套丝或者切削与套丝同步的模式。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种套丝机机械设备。
背景技术
近年来，各种住宅楼、商业楼及公建等都在快速大量建造。在建筑领域中，框架结构、框剪结构、框筒结构等结构形式被大量采用，但是作为这些结构的主要受力的竖向及水平向直螺纹钢筋的连接端部不平、加工精度不够，一直是建筑行业的重点和难点，此问题多年来一直未能得到有效解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种能够提高加工效能的螺纹钢切割套丝装置。
本发明是这样实现的。一种螺纹钢切割套丝装置，包括套丝机机体，所述套丝机机体刀头前端设置了固定夹具，用于固定削平刀头，使削平刀头与套丝刀头处于同一中心线，联动工作。
一种螺纹钢切割套丝装置，所述削平刀头、可以根据作业需求调整削切角度。
一种螺纹钢切割套丝装置，削平刀头与套丝刀头之间的距离可根据作业情况调节尺度。
一种螺纹钢切割套丝装置，在机体上设置开关转换器用于调整机械的切削、套丝或者切削与套丝同步的模式。
上述一种螺纹钢切割套丝装置，此方法省去了大量的人工无齿锯切割钢筋，直接用切断机切断钢筋，通过该设备先端部削平，再直接套丝即可。该加工方法没有了噪声污染，节约了大量人工（大约省工80%，即提高功效约5倍），极大地提高了劳动生产率、降低了工人劳动强度，提高了工程质量。（该方法加工的直螺纹钢筋基本上100%合格，全部达到一级连接要求）。
