The rotary tapping table is positioned in the middle of the base and can drive the anchorage clamping piece to rotate at a certain angle; the pneumatic clamping device is positioned on the right side of the base, so that the automatic clamping of the anchor clamping piece can be realized; the tapping power device is positioned at the rear side of the base and can realize automatic tapping processing of the anchorage clamping piece; the feeding chute is positioned at the left side of the base, so that the automatic feeding of the anchorage clamping piece can be realized. The anchor cable anchorage device has the outstanding advantages of stable performance, high construction efficiency, low cost and small disturbance to surrounding rock, is widely applied to surrounding rock reinforcement construction in various fields such as geotechnical engineering, mine engineering, railway tunnels, highway tunnels, underground structure grottoes, highway slopes, deep foundation pit supports and the like, however, due to the large demand of the anchor device clamping pieces in the anchor cable anchorage device, mass production is required, and certain requirements on machining precision are met, and the existing anchor device clamping piece tapping machining mostly adopts a common tapping machine tool, and is produced in a manual machining mode, so that the following defects exist:
1. the degree of automation is low, so that the production efficiency is low and the labor intensity of staff is high;
2. the production mode of manual processing cannot ensure higher yield of the anchor clamping pieces in mass production.
Therefore, the tapping mode of the current anchorage clamping piece cannot meet the requirements of current efficient production and high-quality production, so that the current automatic tapping equipment for the anchorage clamping piece with high efficiency and high precision is urgently needed.

When the pneumatic clamping device is used, the anchor clamping piece is firstly placed in the feeding chute, the anchor clamping piece slides into the round table-shaped notch at the front end of the workpiece positioning rod, the stepping rotary table rotates for 30 degrees each time, the anchor clamping piece is driven to rotate clockwise, meanwhile, the workpiece anti-falling table ensures that the anchor clamping piece does not fall out of the round table-shaped notch at the front end of the workpiece positioning rod, when the anchor clamping piece rotates to the front end of the workpiece positioning block in the pneumatic clamping device, the air cylinder in the pneumatic clamping device stretches out, the workpiece positioning block pushes the anchor clamping piece to a processing position and clamps, the main shaft of the servo tapping power head in the tapping power device descends to tap the anchor clamping piece, after tapping is completed, the main shaft of the servo tapping power head ascends, the air cylinder in the pneumatic clamping device retracts, the workpiece positioning rod stretches out under the action of the spring and pushes the anchor clamping piece to the position before clamping, the stepping rotary table rotates for 30 degrees, the processed anchor clamping piece rotates to the sector-shaped notch of the workpiece anti-falling table and falls into the base.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high degree of automation, compact structure and simple operation and maintenance, and can effectively solve the problems of low processing precision, low production efficiency and the like in the production of the existing anchorage clamping piece.
