杜仲：味甘、微辛，性温。归肝、肾经。具有补肝肾、强筋骨、降血压、安胎等功效。
补骨脂：味辛、苦，性温。归肾、脾经。具有补肾壮阳、固精缩尿、温脾止泻、纳气平喘的功效。
淫羊藿：味辛，甘，性温。具有补肾壮阳、强筋壮骨、益气强心、祛风除湿的功效。
熟地黄：味甘，性温。归肝、肾经。具有补血滋润、益精填髓、质柔润降等功效。
首先，本发明从调理脾胃开始，利用山药、茯苓、枸杞子滋养脾胃，五脏同调，改善现代人虚不受补的体质，让现代人的体质更利于吸收其他有效成分，然后利用陈皮、山楂、黄芪、党参疏肝理气，解肝郁，补气固表，最终才让现代人通过杜仲、补骨脂、淫羊藿、熟地黄中的有效成分肝肾同补，精血同升，补肾效果更好；
然后，本发明通过红花、牛膝活血化瘀、疏通经络，同时利用黄芪、党参补气，不但气血同补，事半功倍，还能进一步改善现代人虚不受补的体质，更利于现代人吸收补肾的有效成分，合理补肾；
再然后，本发明通过牛膝、枸杞子、麦冬、玄参补肾阴，然后结合杜仲、补骨脂、淫羊藿、熟地黄补肾阳，年轻人可补肾阴虚，中老年人则不但可补肾阳虚，还可补肾阳而不伤肾阴，也可阴阳双补；
最后，本发明中采用非名贵药材，补肾效果也更为温平，更利于现代人体质地进行温补、平补，而非峻补，同时，也在保证了保健养生效果的同时，成本较现有技术中采用人参、鹿茸等名贵药材的保健酒相比更为低廉，更利于让现代人大众接受。
进一步，还包括以下组分和重量份：白术0.5～1.5份，当归0.5～1.5份，大枣1.5～2.5份，石菖蒲0.5～1.5份，蜂蜜2～3份。
白术：味苦、甘、温。归脾、胃经。具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、固表止汗、安胎等功效。
大枣：具有补虚宜气、养血安神、健脾胃等功效。
当归：味甘、辛，性温。归肝、心、脾经。具有补血、活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的功效。
石菖蒲：具有化湿开胃、开窍豁痰、醒神益智的功效。
进一步调理脾胃，补血益气，另外蜂蜜不但可以润脏腑、调脾胃，还可以提升保健养生酒的口感。
进一步，还包括以下组分和重量份：小茴香0.3～0.7份，巴戟天0.5～1.5份，黄精0.5～1.5份，断续0.5～1.5份，桑葚0.8～1.2份。
小茴香：味辛，性温。归肝、肾、脾、胃经。有散寒止痛，理气和胃的功效。
巴戟天：味甘、辛，微温，归肝、肾经。补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。
黄精：味甘，平，归脾、肺、肾经。润肺滋阴、补脾益气。
断续：味苦辛，性微温。具有补肝肾、续筋骨、调血脉的功效。
桑葚：味甘，性寒。具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效。
进一步提升疏肝理气、肝肾同补、气血同补的功效。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明：
实施例1
一种保健养生酒，其组分和重量份为：黄芪90g，党参80g，山药100g，牛膝160g，枸杞子160g，茯苓50g，杜仲50g，补骨脂50g，淫羊藿50g，红花50g，麦冬30g，玄参50g，陈皮50g，山楂200g，熟地黄50g，高粱酒2000g，小麦酒2000g，苦荞酒2000g，糯米酒2000g，玉米酒2000g，白术50g，当归50g，大枣150g，石菖蒲50g，蜂蜜200g，小茴香30g，巴戟天50g，黄精50g，断续50g，桑葚80g。
实施例2
一种保健养生酒，其组分和重量份为：黄芪100g，党参100g，山药150g，牛膝150g，枸杞子150g，茯苓100g，杜仲100g，补骨脂100g，淫羊藿100g，红花100g，麦冬100g，玄参100g，陈皮100g，山楂200g，熟地黄50g，高粱酒2000g，小麦酒2000g，苦荞酒2000g，糯米酒2000g，玉米酒2000g，巴戟天100g，黄精100g，桑葚100g，白术100g，当归100g，断续100g，大枣200g，小茴香50g，石菖蒲50g，蜂蜜200g。
实施例3
一种保健养生酒，其组分和重量份为：黄芪130g，党参140g，山药250g，牛膝200g，枸杞子200g，茯苓150g，杜仲150g，补骨脂150g，淫羊藿200g，红花150g，麦冬150g，玄参160g，陈皮150g，山楂250g，熟地黄80g，高粱酒3000g，小麦酒3000g，苦荞酒3000g，糯米酒3000g，玉米酒3000g，白术150g，当归150g，大枣250g，石菖蒲150g，蜂蜜300g，小茴香70g，巴戟天150g，黄精150g，断续150g，桑葚120g。
为检验本发明效果，做了临床实验：
实验方法：肾虚表现出的症状多为疲乏无力、腰膝酸软、肢体寒冷、性欲减退、精神不振、衰老等，选取具有以上症状的病例60例，将病例平均分为3组，每组20例，每组中18岁～30岁10人、30岁～50岁10人，第一组服用实施例1制备的保健养生酒，第二组服用实施例2制备的保健养生酒，第三组服用实施例3制备的保健养生酒，服法用量均为每人每日150ml(每日3次，每次50ml)，连续服用60天。
实验结果：
对60例病例治疗前后分别测定血常规中的血红蛋白、白血球，血清T3和T4，肾上腺皮质激素，过氧化脂质，测定数据用平均值±标准差表示，测定数据见表1：

从表1看出：治疗后实施例1～3血红蛋白显著提高，差异十分显著，血红蛋白的升高可表明肾虚患者疲乏无力、腰膝酸软、注意力不集中等症状得到了治疗；治疗后实施例1～3的血清T3和血清T4均显著提高，血清T3、血清T4是反映甲状腺功能的灵敏指标，血清T3和血清T4的升高可表明肾虚患者甲状腺功能提高，肢体寒冷的症状得到了治疗；治疗后实施例1～3肾上腺皮质激素提高，差异十分显著，提高了肾虚患者中枢神经系统的兴奋性，具有治疗肾虚患者疲乏无力、精神不振的疗效；治疗后实施例1～3过氧化脂质显著提高，差异十分显著，过氧化脂质的升高可表明肾虚患者注意力不集中等症状得到了治疗，也具有抗衰老作用。本发明所制备的保健养生酒具有显著的补肾效果。

1.一种保健养生酒，其特征在于：其组分和重量份为：黄芪0.9～1.3份，党参0.8～1.4份，山药1～2.5份，牛膝1.6～2份，枸杞子1.6～2份，茯苓0.5～1.5份，杜仲0.5～1.5份，补骨脂0.5～1.5份，淫羊藿0.5～2份，红花0.5～1.5份，麦冬0.3～1.5份，玄参0.5～1.6份，陈皮0.5～1.5份，山楂2～2.5份，熟地黄0.5～0.8份，高粱酒20～30份，小麦酒20～30份，苦荞酒20～30份，糯米酒20～30份，玉米酒20～30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健养生酒，其特征在于：还包括以下组分和重量份：白术0.5～1.5份，当归0.5～1.5份，大枣1.5～2.5份，石菖蒲0.5～1.5份，蜂蜜2～3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种保健养生酒，其特征在于：还包括以下组分和重量份：小茴香0.3～0.7份，巴戟天0.5～1.5份，黄精0.5～1.5份，断续0.5～1.5份，桑葚0.8～1.2份。
