人参15-20份、当归12-15份、桃仁10-12份、干姜15-20份、甘草15-20份、枸杞子12-16份、肉桂10-12份、丁香8-10份、砂仁5-8份、葛根5-10份、酸枣仁10-15份、玫瑰12-18份、茯苓10-12份、黄精8-10份、山楂10-12份、山药12-15份、大枣15-18份、桂圆15-18份、益智仁8-10份、白芷8-10份、桔梗5-8份、鱼腥草8-10份、夏枯草5-8份、槐花10-12份、金银花12-15份、玉竹6-8份、佛手8-10份、芡实12-15份。
一种上述外用酒剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)原料药粉碎成粉末，灭菌；

山楂以甘药佐之，化瘀血不伤新血，开郁气不伤正气；山药补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精；大枣味甘性温、归脾胃经，补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性；桂圆能补脾益胃，养血安神；益智仁温脾止泻摄涎，暖肾缩尿固精；茯苓气味淡而渗，其性上行，生津液，开腠理，可利水渗湿，健脾，宁心；砂仁气味辛温而芬芳，香气入脾，辛能润肾，有化湿开胃温脾的功效；芡实益肾固精，补脾。
白芷解表散寒，祛风止痛；桔梗利五脏肠胃，补血气，除寒热风痹；鱼腥草清热解毒、消肿；槐花凉血止血，清肝泻火；夏枯草清肝泻火，散结消肿；金银花清热解毒，消炎退肿；玉竹养阴润燥，生津止渴，用于肺胃阴伤，燥热咳嗽，咽干口渴，内热消渴；葛根清风寒，净表邪，解肌热，用于表证发热，项背强痛；甘草补脾益气，调和诸药。
酒为百药之长，即可活血，又可将诸药药汁浸泡出来，一药二用。
本发明具有以下优点：
本发明配方讲究君臣佐使配伍，用药精良，无一味多余药材，也无一味毒药，酒精燃烧后，利用酒火的热力，使毛孔张开，可以兴奋皮肤扩张毛孔推动药力渗入肌肤病灶，达到疏风解表，加速血液循环的目的，同时在火酒药的三重作用下，达到局部外用药以治疗和缓解肌肉紧张，扶正驱邪通筋活络，消肿止痛，恢复机体功能的效果。本发明的中药组合物具备补气养血，温经散寒，通经活络，调和阴阳的功效，具有防病保健，缓解肌肉疲劳的作用；本发明的酒剂为外用，使用方便，避免了口服时口味差、引起不良反应的问题，药物渗透力强、无毒副、无刺激性作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明，但本发明不受下述实施例的限制。
实施例1药酒制备
原料(重量份)：人参15份、当归12份、桃仁10份、干姜15份、甘草15份、枸杞子12份、肉桂10份、丁香8份、砂仁5份、葛根5份、酸枣仁10份、玫瑰12份、茯苓10份、黄精8份、山楂10份、山药12份、大枣15份、桂圆15份、益智仁8份、白芷8份、桔梗8份、鱼腥草10份、夏枯草8份、槐花10份、金银花15份、玉竹8份、佛手8份、芡实15份。
制备方法：
(1)原料药粉碎成200目粉末，1000千拉德辐照灭菌；
(2)将原料药粉与60°白酒以1:3重量比混合，10℃密封浸泡45天；
(3)将步骤(2)以450目滤网过滤，得澄清酒剂。
实施例2药酒制备
原料(重量份)：人参20份、当归15份、桃仁12份、干姜20份、甘草20份、枸杞子15份、肉桂12份、丁香10份、砂仁8份、葛根10份、酸枣仁12份、玫瑰18份、茯苓12份、黄精10份、山楂10份、山药15份、大枣15份、桂圆18份、益智仁8份、白芷8份、桔梗5份、鱼腥草8份、夏枯草5份、槐花12份、金银花12份、玉竹6份、佛手10份、芡实12份。
制备方法：
(1)原料药粉碎成300目粉末，800千拉德辐照灭菌；
(2)将原料药粉与65°白酒以1:5重量比混合，15℃密封浸泡30天；
(3)将步骤(2)以450目滤网过滤，得澄清酒剂。
实施例3药酒制备
原料(重量份)：人参18份、当归12份、桃仁12份、干姜18份、甘草18份、枸杞子16份、肉桂12份、丁香9份、砂仁8份、葛根8份、酸枣仁15份、玫瑰15份、茯苓12份、黄精10份、山楂12份、山药12份、大枣18份、桂圆18份、益智仁10份、白芷10份、桔梗5份、鱼腥草8份、夏枯草5份、槐花12份、金银花12份、玉竹6份、佛手10份、芡实12份
制备方法：
(1)原料药粉碎成400目粉末，500千拉德辐照灭菌；
(2)将原料药粉与67°白酒以1:4重量比混合，20℃密封浸泡15天；
(3)将步骤(2)以450目滤网过滤，得澄清酒剂。
实施例4效果验证
征集50名志愿者，其中10名为对照；采用实施例2中的药酒进行背部按摩，每周1次，每次按摩30min，以涂抹酒精度为65°的白酒为对照，按摩前及连续4周后检测颈部、肩部、背部、腰部肌肉僵硬程度，计算平均值，结果如表1所示。由表1数据可知，与白酒相比，药酒能大幅度降低肌肉僵硬程度，尤其是颈肩和腰部，具有较好的缓解肌肉紧张，通筋活络疗效。

Claims (5)

1.一种缓解疲劳的外用中药酒剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料药浸泡在白酒中制成：人参15-20份、当归12-15份、桃仁10-12份、干姜15-20份、甘草15-20份、枸杞子12-16份、肉桂10-12份、砂仁5-8份、葛根5-10份、酸枣仁10-15份、玫瑰12-18份、茯苓10-12份、黄精8-10份、山楂10-12份、山药12-15份、大枣15-18份、益智仁8-10份、白芷8-10份、桔梗5-8份、鱼腥草8-10份、槐花10-12份、夏枯草5-8份、丁香8-10份、金银花12-15份、桂圆15-18份、玉竹6-8份、佛手8-10份、芡实12-15份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的外用中药酒剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）原料药粉碎成粉末，灭菌；
（2）将原料药粉与酒以一定重量比混合，密封浸泡一定时间；
（3）将步骤（2）过滤，得澄清酒剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（1）中粉末细度为过200-400目；灭菌方式为500-1000千拉德辐照灭菌。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（2）中原料药粉与酒的重量比为1:3-5；浸泡时间为15-45天，浸泡温度为10-20℃；白酒的酒精度为不小于60°。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（3）中滤网细度为450目。
