Background
In the prior art, in order to enable a patient to sit up conveniently, a back bed board is usually designed to be in an upturned structure. With the back bed board turned upwards, the patient sits up. If the patient is a normal patient, the patient can grasp the balance by himself and prevent the patient from sliding down. As shown in fig. 1 and 2: a sickbed capable of preventing a patient from sliding down comprises a bedstead 1, and a back bed board 2, a hip bed board 3 and a leg bed board 4 which are sequentially arranged on the bedstead 1, wherein the back bed board 2 is upwards turned up under the pushing of an electric push rod.
The rotating shaft I5 is arranged at the center of the bottom of the hip bed plate 3, the rotating shaft I5 is supported on two sides of the bed frame 1, the hip bed plate 3 can turn back and forth by taking the rotating shaft I5 as the axis, and the structure is similar to a teeterboard.
The rear end of the bottom of the hip bed board 3 is provided with a gear I6. The front end of the back bed board 2 rotates by taking the second rotating shaft 7 as the axis, and the second rotating shaft 7 is supported on two sides of the bed frame 1. When the back bed board 2 is turned up, the second gear 8 is driven to rotate through the second rotating shaft 7, the second gear 8 can rotate to drive the first gear 6 meshed with the second gear to reversely rotate, the first gear 6 is pressed to move downwards while rotating, and then the hip bed board 3 is driven to turn backwards, namely to incline backwards by a certain angle (see fig. 2), so that the hip of a patient can be prevented from sliding forwards, and the seated patient is thoroughly prevented from sliding downwards. When the back bed board 2 is reset, the hip bed board 3 is also reset.
The sickbed with the structural design has the function of preventing the patient sitting up from sliding downwards, the turnover of the hip bed board 3 is linked with the turnover of the back bed board 2, the sickbed automatically turns backwards along with the turnover of the back bed board 2, a driver is not required to be additionally arranged for driving the hip bed board 3, and the turnover time is accurate, so that the sickbed has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, low cost and the like.
In specific implementation, the second gear 8 is located above and behind the first gear 6, the first gear 6 is a large gear, and the second gear 8 is a small gear. The transmission ratio of the gear II 8 to the gear I6 is preferably between 8 and 12. The backward overturning angle of the hip bed board 3 is not too large, otherwise, the comfort of the patient is affected. When the back bed board 2 is turned up to the maximum angle, the hip bed board 3 is turned back by 12-15 degrees.
As shown in fig. 3: in order to improve the running stability of the sickbed, the invention optimizes the connection structure of the gear I6 and the hip bed board 3, and specifically comprises the following steps: the first gear 6 is arranged on the hip bed board 3 through a gear frame 10. The hip bed plate 3 is provided with a chute 12 at a position corresponding to the gear rack 10, and the chute 12 extends along the length direction of the hip bed plate 3. The top of the gear frame 10 is provided with a slide block 11, and the slide block 11 is in sliding fit in the slide groove 12. When the slide block 11 slides back and forth along the slide groove 12, the first gear 6 can be driven to move together. A return spring 13 is arranged in the chute 12 between the front wall of the chute 12 and the slide block 11, and the return spring 13 always applies elastic force on the slide block 11. When the back bed board is turned up and descends to drive the first gear 6 to be meshed with the second gear 8 for transmission, the distance between the first gear 6 and the second gear 8 can be changed to a certain extent due to the front-back turning of the hip bed board 3. If the distance between the two is too small, the clamping phenomenon can occur, and if the distance between the two is too large, the tooth stripping phenomenon can occur. Through the structural design, the first gear 6 can be adjusted forwards and backwards by a certain amplitude after being stressed, and the first gear 6 is always meshed with the second gear 8 under the action of the return spring 13, so that the running stability of the sickbed is greatly improved.
Elastic cloth 9 is respectively connected between the hip bed plate 3 and the back bed plate 2 and between the hip bed plate 4, and each elastic cloth 9 extends from one side of the hip bed plate 3 to the other side. By arranging the elastic cloth 9 in the neutral position between the hip bed plate 3 and the back bed plate 2 as well as between the leg bed plate 4, dust, impurities and the like can be prevented from entering the bed body, and the stable and reliable operation of the internal mechanism is ensured. The elastic cloth 9 has elasticity and does not influence the overturning of the hip bed board 3.
The sickbed can prevent the patient from sliding down, can drive the hip bed board 3 to automatically turn over backwards when the back bed board 2 turns up, and has the function of preventing the seated patient from sliding down.
