Abstract
本发明提供了一种硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,由以下重量份原料制得:高密度聚乙烯树脂150‑180份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物60‑66份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物25‑36份、丁酸异丁酯11‑18份、磷酸二氢铵20‑24份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯9‑15份、氮化硼5‑9份、聚酰亚胺8‑14份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯4‑9份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷12‑18份、炭黑14‑20份。本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的性能,阻燃等级可达V‑0级,燃烧时不易产生烟尘,可适用于高低压电力电缆使用。

本发明属于电缆领域,具体涉及一种硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料。
背景技术
硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆是一种敷设用动力传输线或移动电器用连接电缆,其具有耐热辐射、耐寒、耐酸碱及腐蚀性气体、防水等特性,电缆结构柔软,辐射方便,高温(高寒 )环境下电气性能稳定,抗老化性能突出,使用寿命长,广泛用于冶金、电力、石化、电子、汽车制造等行业。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,满足其使用的复杂环境,具有优异的阻燃优点。
硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂150-180份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物60-66份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物25-36份、丁酸异丁酯11-18份、磷酸二氢铵20-24份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯9-15份、氮化硼5-9份、聚酰亚胺8-14份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯4-9份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷12-18份、炭黑14-20份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂160-170份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物62-66份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物26-36份、丁酸异丁酯12-16份、磷酸二氢铵21-24份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-14份、氮化硼5-9份、聚酰亚胺8-14份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯6-9份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷13-18份、炭黑14-20份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂163份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物63份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物29份、丁酸异丁酯13份、磷酸二氢铵22份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯12份、氮化硼8份、聚酰亚胺11份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯5份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷14份、炭黑16份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂172份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物63份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物32份、丁酸异丁酯12份、磷酸二氢铵21份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯11份、氮化硼8份、聚酰亚胺10份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯6份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷14份、炭黑18份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂170份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物62份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物31份、丁酸异丁酯14份、磷酸二氢铵21份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10份、氮化硼7份、聚酰亚胺11份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯8份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷18份、炭黑19份。
由本发明护套料按常规方法所生产的护套料应用于电缆中,可以显著提高外护套的阻燃性能。本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的的性能,阻燃等级可达 V-0级,燃烧时不易产生烟尘,可适用于高低压电力电缆使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,由以下重量份原料制得,高密度聚乙烯树脂163份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物63份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物29份、丁酸异丁酯13份、磷酸二氢铵22份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯12份、氮化硼8份、聚酰亚胺11份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯5份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷14份、炭黑16份。
将实施例1将各原材料在高速混合机上混合18min,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料。
实施例2
硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,由以下重量份原料制得,高密度聚乙烯树脂172份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物63份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物32份、丁酸异丁酯12份、磷酸二氢铵21份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯11份、氮化硼8份、聚酰亚胺10份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯6份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷14份、炭黑18份。
将实施例2将各原材料在高速混合机上混合18min,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料。
实施例3
硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,由以下重量份原料制得,高密度聚乙烯树脂170份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物62份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物31份、丁酸异丁酯14份、磷酸二氢铵21份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10份、氮化硼7份、聚酰亚胺11份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯8份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷18份、炭黑19份。
将实施例3将各原材料在高速混合机上混合18min,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料。

高密度聚乙烯树脂150-180份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物60-66份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物25-36份、丁酸异丁酯11-18份、磷酸二氢铵20-24份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯9-15份、氮化硼5-9份、聚酰亚胺8-14份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯4-9份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷12-18份、炭黑14-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂160-170份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物62-66份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物26-36份、丁酸异丁酯12-16份、磷酸二氢铵21-24份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-14份、氮化硼5-9份、聚酰亚胺8-14份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯6-9份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷13-18份、炭黑14-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯树脂163份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物63份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物29份、丁酸异丁酯13份、磷酸二氢铵22份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯12份、氮化硼8份、聚酰亚胺11份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯5份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷14份、炭黑16份。

高密度聚乙烯树脂172份、氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯共聚物63份、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物32份、丁酸异丁酯12份、磷酸二氢铵21份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯11份、氮化硼8份、聚酰亚胺10份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯6份、甲基二氯环己基硅烷14份、炭黑18份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘控制电缆护套料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制得:
