Description

本发明涉及一种电灯。本发明的这种电灯包括:一个玻璃灯泡,以真空气密的形式封闭着,灯泡中配置有电气元件;载流导体,与电气元件相连接,其中各载流导体的钼质的端部伸出灯泡外,该端部采取防止氧化的保护措施。
从美国专利4,015,165可以了解到这种电灯的情况。
电灯一般经常采用具有钼质端部的载流导体,因为金属钼耐高温,而且在热胀系数方面与硬质玻璃配合得很好,与石英玻璃(即SiO2含量以重量计至少为95%的玻璃)热胀系数相差无几。
但钼有这样的缺点,即在室温下就已经很容易氧化,因此不可能与例如灯座的接线端子形成良好的电接触。
按照上述的专利文献内容,将载流导体端部封闭和固定在由抗氧化金属制成的金属套管中。然而,这些套管及其装配工作提高了电灯的造价。
上述专利文献已经公开了使用具有贵金属(例如镍、铂、钯、金等)被覆层的载流导体端部。这类被覆层不仅代价昂贵,而且还可能与钼起反应而形成熔点比电灯制造过程中可能采用的金属低的合金。
美国专利3,012,167公开了具有这种铂被覆层的载流导体的钼端部的应用。
本发明的目的是提供本说明书开端所述的这种电灯,这种电灯载流导体的端部能容易地具备防止氧化的保护作用。
按照本发明,上述目的是通过令载流导体端部覆上氮化钼的表皮而实现的。
氮化钼表皮层易于形成,不仅在室温下储存的过程中而且在例如高达200℃左右的高温下也能有效地防止氧化。我们还发现,氮化钼表皮层在具有10%重量比的氯化钠溶液中浸渍三星期而不会氧化,但是钼在上述氯化钠溶液中一天就会因氧化而变兰。
钼在高温下暴露在氨气中就能容易地获得氮化钼表皮层。在600-850℃温度和1巴的压力下处理若干分钟(例如15-20分钟)就已经能起充分的保护作用。经过处理的钼可以在同样的环境中或在例如氮之类的保护性惰性气体中冷却。
经如此处理过的钼在碳质坩埚中加热到2400℃,于是氮化钼分解,从而通过在“ONMat    Stroehlein”测试仪上进行导热率测定可明确地显示:按上法而形成有700微米厚的氮化钼层的钼引线含有300百万分率(ppm)的氮。
尽管由于氮化钼表皮层而使载流导体端部起防止氧化的保护作用,但受保护的端部部分仍然可按一般方法进行加工,例如将其焊接到用以实现例如灯泡真空气密密封的钼箔上。在受保护的端部上仍然能与灯座的各接点形成良好的电连接。连接处的电阻比载流导体端部为铂或镀铂时只大几个毫欧。
灯的电气元件可以是处在可电离气体中的一对电极,不然也可以是处在例如含卤素的惰性气体中的白积体。灯光可以有一个或几个密封点,载流导体即通过该密封点通到外部。由例如石英玻璃或硬玻璃制成的灯泡可与反射体结合起来构成灯/反射体组合件。
附图中示出了本发明电灯的纵向剖视图。
附图中,电灯1有一个以真空气密的形式封闭着的玻璃灯泡2,灯泡2中装有电气元件3。载流体4与电气元件相连接,其钼质的端部5伸出灯泡外。端部5采取了防止氧化的保护措施。为此,端部5有氮化钼表皮层。
附图中,各载流导体都带有白积体的导体臂和焊接到其上的钼箔。带钼表皮层的端部5用作灯的灯头插脚,也焊接到钼箔上。灯1用粘结材料12固定在反射体10中,反射体10有一个反光表面11和一个罩板13。
图中所示的灯/反射体组合件可用于例如重点照明、探照灯或照相、录象或拍摄影片等。

Claims (1)

1、一种电灯,包括:
一个玻璃灯泡(2),以真空气密的形式封闭着,灯泡(2)中配置有电气元件(3);
若干载流导体(4),与电气元件(3)相连接,各载流导体钼质端部(5)伸出灯泡外,该端部采取了防止氧化的保护措施;
其特征在于,端部(5)具有氮化钼表皮层。
