本发明属于汽车零部件管材用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机。本发明公开了汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机,包括递进式进料机构、管料检测机构和倒角机构,上料斜面的底部处设置有接管装置,接管装置包括固定接管件和滑动接管件,接管装置的两侧处设置有移动倒角器,接管装置的底部处设置有出料盘。本发明的有益效果是:可以对整个管件的管径检测、外表面光滑度检测以及倒角处理进行一体化系统性加工操作,提高整个加工效率,提高产品质量。

汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机
技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件管材用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机。
背景技术
目前对于汽车零部件的管件加工中,需要对管件进行倒角处理。整个倒角处理过程中还需要对管件的管径大小已经管件的外管面的光滑度进行初步的检测。目前的整个一系列的加工检测过程都是有人工来进行操作,并没有一个完整的加工设备来进行整体式加工。此类的人工操作步骤繁琐,需要多名员工来协同操作完成,而且操作效率低下,不能够有效的、系统的进行加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题,提供一种可以对整个管件的管径检测、外表面光滑度检测以及倒角处理进行一体化系统性加工操作,提高整个加工效率,提高产品质量的汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机,其技术方案如下:
汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机,其特征在于,包括递进式进料机构、管料检测机构和倒角机构,机械爪从切管机上抓取管料后送入到递进式进料机构,所述的递进式进料机构包括进料底盘和顶盘,所述的进料底盘通过递进气缸在顶盘的垂直面上滑动,进料底盘和顶盘的顶面具有一致的斜度,所述的管料检测机构包括管径检测机构和外管光滑度检测机构,所述的管径检测机构包括转杆,转杆设置在顶盘的顶面上部处,转杆的两端处连有转动机构,转杆上设置有检测圆盘,检测圆盘上对应开设有管径检测槽,管径检测槽内设置有检测感应器;所述的外管光滑度检测机构包括设置在推料滑轨上的推料块和检测通道,检测通道内设置有光滑度检测感应器,推料块推动管料进入检测通道后进入到倒角机构的上料斜面,上料斜面的底部处设置有接管装置,接管装置包括固定接管件和滑动接管件,接管装置的两侧处设置有移动倒角器,接管装置的底部处设置有出料盘。
优选方式为,所述的移动倒角器上开设有便于定位和加工的定位加工槽。
本发明提供的汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机,递进式进料机构的主要作用是可以使得一次抓料、送料后可以立刻进行下一步的检测步骤,而且不会由于送料过多而造成进料时管件的堆积,影响检测的结构。管径检测机构是用于大致检测管件管径的的,可以对管件进行大致的管径检测,排除掉不符合的管件。外管光滑度检测机构主要是用于检测管件外表面的光滑度,排除不符合的管件。接管装置主要是用于固定管件,为管件的倒角加工做好准备。
本发明设置了定位加工槽,主要是使得倒角定位的时候更加的方便,可以使得管件沿着定位加工槽进入到移动倒角器中,从而更方便完成定位。
本发明的有益效果是:可以对整个管件的管径检测、外表面光滑度检测以及倒角处理进行一体化系统性加工操作,提高整个加工效率,提高产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图6具体说明实施例:
汽车零部件管材的自动切管和倒角加工设备,其特征在于,包括切管机1、传送装置2和倒角机3,所述的切管机1包括底座11,所述的底座11上设置有切轮装置12和定位块13,两个定位块13之间形成切槽14,所述的定位块13上开设有进料定位孔15,所述的进料定位孔15呈菱形状,进料定位孔内设置有4个管道16,4个管道呈花瓣状分布于进料定位孔内,两个定位块上的进料定位孔连成的直线与切槽垂直,所述的定位块的底部设置有滑块17,所述的滑块17连有拉杆18,拉杆连有气缸;所述的传送装置2包括传送支架21,所述的传送支架21上设置有导轨22,导轨22上设置有滑块23,滑块23连有滑块气缸,滑块23的底部连有360度转向机构24,360度转向机构24的一端处连有机械爪25,机械爪25的前端设置有形状与进料定位孔相同的抓料口26;所述的倒角机3包括递进式进料机构31、管料检测机构32和倒角机构33,机械爪从切管机上抓取管料后送入到递进式进料机构,所述的递进式进料机构31包括进料底盘311和顶盘312,所述的进料底盘311通过递进气缸313在顶盘的垂直面上滑动,进料底盘和顶盘的顶面具有一致的斜度,所述的管料检测机构32包括管径检测机构321和外管光滑度检测机构322,所述的管径检测机构321包括转杆323,转杆323设置在顶盘的顶面上部处,转杆323的两端处连有转动机构324,转杆上设置有检测圆盘325,检测圆盘上对应开设有管径检测槽326,管径检测槽内设置有检测感应器327;所述的外管光滑度检测机构322包括设置在推料滑轨上的推料块328和检测通道329,检测通道内设置有光滑度检测感应器,推料块推动管料进入检测通道后进入到倒角机构33的上料斜面331,上料斜面的底部处设置有接管装置332,接管装置包括固定接管件333和滑动接管件334,接管装置的两侧处设置有移动倒角器335,接管装置的底部处设置有出料盘336。
优选方式为,所述的移动倒角器335上开设有便于定位和加工的定位加工槽337。
在使用的时候,首先把把4根管件通过进料定位孔放置在切管机上,然后使用切轮装置把管件切成所需长度。然后,传送装置的机械爪抓取管件后,把管件送到进料底盘上。进料底盘通过递进气缸把管件输送到顶盘上。然后转杆在转动机构的带动下进行转动,从而使得一个管件进入到检测圆盘上的管径检测槽中。管径检测槽一般呈V字形,而检测感应器一般设置在管径检测槽的底部,当管件进入到管径检测槽中时,管件的底部处与检测感应器之间有一个距离,检测感应器会把这个检测到的距离输送到控制器中与设定的数值进行比对,从而来完成对管件的筛选。筛选后的管件经过推料块的推动进入到检测通道中,检测通道中设置的光滑度检测感应器可以对管件的外表面进行感应扫描,把感应扫描后的数据与设定值进行比对,从而完成管件的筛选。筛选后的管件进入到上料斜面,然后经过上料斜面进入到接管装置中,接管装置固定管件,然后移动倒角器进行移动定位,使得管件的两端进入到移动倒角器内进行倒角加工。加工完成后,滑动接管件滑动,使得管件进入到出料盘中。

1.汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机,其特征在于,包括递进式进料机构、管料检测机构和倒角机构,机械爪从切管机上抓取管料后送入到递进式进料机构,所述的递进式进料机构包括进料底盘和顶盘,所述的进料底盘通过递进气缸在顶盘的垂直面上滑动,进料底盘和顶盘的顶面具有一致的斜度,所述的管料检测机构包括管径检测机构和外管光滑度检测机构,所述的管径检测机构包括转杆,转杆设置在顶盘的顶面上部处,转杆的两端处连有转动机构,转杆上设置有检测圆盘,检测圆盘上对应开设有管径检测槽,管径检测槽内设置有检测感应器;所述的外管光滑度检测机构包括设置在推料滑轨上的推料块和检测通道,检测通道内设置有光滑度检测感应器,推料块推动管料进入检测通道后进入到倒角机构的上料斜面,上料斜面的底部处设置有接管装置,接管装置包括固定接管件和滑动接管件,接管装置的两侧处设置有移动倒角器,接管装置的底部处设置有出料盘。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车零部件管材的自动倒角机,其特征在于,所述的移动倒角器上开设有便于定位和加工的定位加工槽。
