Abstract

本发明公开了一种车轮加工刀具,在刀头两侧分别设置粗车刀具、精车刀具,粗车刀具的主偏角β设置90°~120°,精车刀具的主偏角α设置为85°~95°;粗车刀具与精车刀具的轴向高度差设置为0.2mm~0.5mm;粗车刀具与刀头间距c设置为5mm~8mm,精车刀具与刀头间距b设置为3mm~5mm。精车排屑槽均采用由刀具平面至刀头之间的圆滑过渡面,且过渡圆弧不小于8mm,粗车刀具的前角δ设置为12°~15°,精车刀具的前角γ设置为14°~17°,刀片切削刃为顺时针分布。本发明实现了一把刀具同时完成粗、精车两个工步的加工工艺,加工更高效。

Description

一种车轮机加刀具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工刀具,具体的说是一种加工车轮用的高效刀具。
背景技术
在机械加工中,为了更好的去除毛坯余量以及保证产品的最后尺寸精度,一般的机加过程中都会制定粗车、精车工艺;在车轮加工中也分为粗车加工和精车加工两部分,粗车采用刀尖圆弧半径大的刀片以提高刀具的刚度和稳定性,而精车加工则采用刀尖圆弧半径较小的刀片来保证表面质量和尺寸精度;在现有车轮加工用的刀具中,粗车刀具与精车刀具作为两个独立的部分分别装夹在刀塔上,粗车加工后,刀塔会退回原点进行刀具切换,然后再进行精车加工;在现有加工参数不变的前提下,如何保证加工质量又可以节省加工时间就成为迫切需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种集粗车加工和精车加工于一体的高效刀具。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种车轮加工刀具,包括刀柄,刀头,粗车刀具,精车刀具,粗车排屑槽,精车排屑槽,紧固螺钉。
粗车刀片采用刀尖半径为R3的硬质合金菱形刀片,精车刀片采用刀尖半径为R0.8聚晶金刚石菱形刀片。两把刀片以刀柄的轴线对称分布,通过紧固螺钉将粗车刀具和精车刀具分别固定在刀头上。粗车刀具的主偏角为β,其范围值在90°~ 120°,精车刀具的主偏角为α,其范围值在85°~ 95°。
为保证两刀具在加工垂直于刀柄轴线的端面不发生干涉,粗车刀具与精车刀具在平行于刀柄轴线的方向设置高度差a,a的范围值在0.2mm~0.5mm;考虑到粗车吃刀量比精车吃刀量大,设置粗车刀具与刀头间距c,c的范围5mm~8mm,精车刀具与刀头间距为b,b的范围值在3mm~5mm。
为保证加工过程中顺利排屑,粗车排屑槽,精车排屑槽均采用由刀具平面至刀头之间的圆滑过渡面,且过渡圆弧不小于8mm。
为保证精车刀具与粗车刀具的切削刃位于通过刀柄中轴线的同一平面,粗车刀具的前角设置为δ,其角度范围在12°~15°之间,精车刀具的前角设置为γ,其角度范围在14°~17°之间。刀片切削刃为顺时针分布,这样在加工过程中避免出现主轴来回正、反转切换。
本发明通过将粗车刀具与精车刀具固定在同一刀头上实现了一把刀具同时完成粗、精车两个工步的加工工艺,尤其在进行孔加工时,由于孔加工件的回转特性,本发明可以在刀具不退回原点的情况下直接实现刀具的左偏置和右偏置两个加工功能,由此不仅减少了粗、精车刀具的换刀时间,而且可以实现粗车、精车加工量更好的匹配,减少因为加工量不匹配带来的刀具磨损,提高刀具寿命;由于粗、精车功能在刀塔上同占一个刀位,在实际加工中可将其视为两把刀具使用两个刀补,也可将其视为同一把刀具使用一个刀补,增加了实时调整刀具补偿的多样性;本发明不仅可以应用在车轮加工中,在更多的回转件加工中都有很广的应用前景,同时具有制作简单,成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例1: 一种车轮加工刀具,在刀头两侧分别设置粗车刀具3、精车刀具4,刀具通过紧固螺钉镶嵌在刀头内的刀槽内。粗车刀具3的主偏角β为100°,精车刀具4的主偏角α为90°。粗车刀具3与精车刀具4在平行于刀柄1轴线方向上的高度差a为0.4mm,粗车刀具3与刀头2间距c为6mm,精车刀具4与刀头2间距b为4mm。粗车刀具3的前角δ设置为13°,精车刀具4的前角γ设置为15°;刀片切削刃为顺时针分布。
本发明将原来使用粗车、精车两把刀具完成的加工轨迹集成在一把刀具上,针对实际加工的毛坯件合理分布刀片的角度和相对位置关系可以使用一把刀具同时完成粗车、精车过程,节约刀塔退回原点时间,节省换刀时间,同时也可以节省一把刀具的快速定位时间,加工更高效。

1.一种车轮加工刀具,包括刀柄,刀头,粗车排屑槽,精车排屑槽,紧固螺钉,其特征在于:在刀头两侧分别设置粗车刀具、精车刀具,粗车刀具的主偏角β设置90°~ 120°,精车刀具的主偏角α设置为85°~ 95°;粗车刀具与精车刀具的轴向高度差设置为0.2mm~0.5mm; 粗车刀具与刀头间距c设置为5mm~8mm,精车刀具与刀头间距b设置为3mm~5mm。精车排屑槽均采用由刀具平面至刀头之间的圆滑过渡面,且过渡圆弧不小于8mm,粗车刀具的前角δ设置为12°~15°,精车刀具的前角γ设置为14°~17°,刀片切削刃为顺时针分布。
