The preparation method of the sublimation-proof washable decorative film for the textile comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring the components of the anti-sublimation layer, and vacuumizing; coating the anti-sublimation layer on the matte surface of the matte PET release film by using a circular knife blade coating machine, wherein the coating thickness is 0.08-0.12 mm; the drying tunnel temperature for coating the coating machine with the circular knife blade coating is 120-;
(2) uniformly stirring the components of the intermediate treatment layer, and vacuumizing; coating the intermediate treatment layer on the surface of the anti-sublimation layer by using a circular knife blade coating machine, wherein the coating thickness is 0.01-0.03 mm; the temperature of a drying tunnel for coating by a circular knife blade coating coater is 90-120 ℃, and the baking time is 7 min;
(3) uniformly stirring the components of the glue layer, and vacuumizing; coating the glue layer on the surface of the intermediate treatment layer by using a circular knife blade coating coater, and drying to obtain the anti-sublimation water-washing-resistant decorative film; the coating thickness is 0.07-0.1mm, the temperature of the drying tunnel of the round knife blade coating coater is 90-140 ℃, and the baking time is 12 min.
Example 3
An anti-sublimation washable decorative film for textiles comprises a matte PET release film and a glue coating layer coated on the matte surface of the matte PET release film, wherein the glue coating layer sequentially comprises an anti-sublimation layer, an intermediate treatment layer and a glue layer from inside to outside,
the anti-sublimation layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the glue layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
90 parts of polyester type polyurethane glue with the solid content of 35 percent,
2 parts of polycarbodiimide.
The preparation method of the sublimation-proof washable decorative film for the textile comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring the components of the anti-sublimation layer, and vacuumizing; coating the anti-sublimation layer on the matte surface of the matte PET release film by using a circular knife blade coating machine, wherein the coating thickness is 0.08-0.12 mm; the drying tunnel temperature for coating the coating machine with the circular knife blade coating is 120-;
(2) uniformly stirring the components of the intermediate treatment layer, and vacuumizing; coating the intermediate treatment layer on the surface of the anti-sublimation layer by using a circular knife blade coating machine, wherein the coating thickness is 0.01-0.03 mm; the temperature of a drying tunnel for coating by a circular knife blade coating coater is 90-120 ℃, and the baking time is 10 min;
(3) uniformly stirring the components of the glue layer, and vacuumizing; coating the glue layer on the surface of the intermediate treatment layer by using a circular knife blade coating coater, and drying to obtain the anti-sublimation water-washing-resistant decorative film; the coating thickness is 0.07-0.1mm, the temperature of the drying tunnel of the round knife blade coating coater is 90-140 ℃, and the baking time is 15 min.
Performance testing
Properties of the sublimation-preventing and water-resistant decorative films obtained in examples 1 to 3 and those of commercially available decorative films were measured in the following manner, and the results are shown in Table 1.
(1) And (3) water washability test: the washing was carried out 100 times for 60 minutes each in a 40 ℃ washing machine in accordance with JIS L0217103.
(2) Dry cleaning resistance test: according to GB/T19981.2-2005 part 2 of professional maintenance, dry cleaning and wet cleaning of textiles, fabrics and garments, dry cleaning was performed 15 times using the procedure standard for the dry cleaning and the press performance tests of tetrachloroethylene.
(3) Testing the wet heat aging sublimation resistance: the test environment temperature is 70 ℃, the humidity is 95% or more, and the test is carried out for 30 days.
(4) High-temperature thermal aging sublimation resistance test: baking in a blast oven at 100 ℃ for 7 days.
(5) High-temperature thermal aging sublimation resistance test: and (3) carrying out hot pressing on the anti-sublimation water-fast-washing decorative film product on the textile fabric easy to sublimate by using a flat plate pressing machine under the conditions of temperature of 150 ℃, pressure of 0.4mPa and time of 15 seconds, cooling for 30 minutes, and tearing off the matte PET release film to test according to the test standard.

As can be seen from the above table, the anti-sublimation water-resistant decorative films prepared in examples 1 to 3 all have soft hand feeling, good dry-cleaning resistance and water-cleaning resistance, and can effectively prevent the sublimation and migration of the color of the textile fabric; however, sublimation color points appear in the commercially available decorative film in a water washing resistance test, a damp-heat aging sublimation resistance test and a high-temperature heat aging sublimation resistance test, which seriously affects the appearance quality of the product and the decorative film effect of the clothes. Therefore, the sublimation-proof water-resistant decorative film has excellent comprehensive performance and good application prospect.
Claims (10)
1. The sublimation-proof washable decorative film for the textile is characterized by comprising a matte PET release film and a glue coating layer coated on the matte surface of the matte PET release film, wherein the glue coating layer sequentially comprises a sublimation-proof layer, an intermediate treatment layer and a glue layer from inside to outside; wherein,
the anti-sublimation layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the intermediate treatment layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
80-95 parts of polyurethane glue with the solid content of 35 percent,
1-5 parts of a coupling agent,
55-70 parts of nylon glue with the solid content of 40 percent,
the glue layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
80-95 parts of polyurethane glue with the solid content of 35 percent,
0.5-3 parts of polycarbodiimide.
2. The anti-sublimation and washing-resistant decorative film for textiles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid silicone rubber comprises one or a mixture of at least two of polydimethylsiloxane liquid silicone rubber, polymethylsiloxane liquid silicone rubber, α, omega-dihydroxy polysiloxane liquid silicone rubber, polymethylvinyl rubber liquid silicone rubber, polymethylphenyl liquid silicone rubber.
3. The anti-sublimation water-washing-resistant decorative film for textiles as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the viscosity of the liquid silicone rubber is 30000-70000 mpa.s.

The anti-sublimation washable decorative film for textiles according to claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent or an oligomer of a silane coupling agent, and comprises one or a mixture of at least two of gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-560), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH-550), gamma-aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-792), vinyltrimethoxysilane (A-171), a hydroxysilane oligomer (6650), and a fluorocarbon silane oligomer (6656F).

The anti-sublimation and washing-resistant decorative film for textiles according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is one or a mixture of at least two of a platinum complex catalyst, an organotin catalyst, an amine catalyst and a titanate catalyst; the cross-linking agent comprises a mixture of at least two of a polyalkoxysilane cross-linking agent, a polybutanone oxime silane cross-linking agent, a polyacetyloxy silane cross-linking agent, a polyamine silane cross-linking agent, a polyamido silane cross-linking agent, a polyisopropenyloxy silane cross-linking agent and a hydrogen-containing silicone oil cross-linking agent.

The anti-sublimation water-washing-resistant decorative film for textile use according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane glue with a solid content of 35% comprises one or a mixture of at least two of polyester polyurethane glue, polycaprolactone polyurethane glue, polycarbonate polyurethane glue, polyether polyurethane glue, and copolyether polyurethane glue; the nylon glue with the solid content of 40% comprises one or a mixture of at least two of nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 1010 and nylon 1013.
7. The sublimation-proof water-fast decorative film according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the sublimation-proof layer is 0.08-0.2mm, the thickness of the intermediate treatment layer is 0.01-0.03mm, and the thickness of the glue layer is not less than 0.07 mm.
8. The method for preparing the sublimation-proof water-fast decorative film for the textile according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an anti-sublimation layer: uniformly stirring liquid silicon rubber, titanium dioxide pigment paste with solid content of 45%, a coupling agent, a catalyst and a crosslinking agent, and vacuumizing;
(2) preparing an intermediate treatment layer: uniformly stirring polyurethane glue with the solid content of 35%, a coupling agent and nylon glue with the solid content of 40%, and vacuumizing;
(3) preparing a glue layer: uniformly stirring polyurethane glue with the solid content of 35% and polycarbodiimide, and vacuumizing;
(4) coating an anti-sublimation layer on the matte surface of the matte PET release film, and drying;
(5) coating an intermediate treatment layer on the surface of the anti-sublimation layer, and drying;
(6) and coating a glue layer on the surface of the intermediate treatment layer, and drying to obtain the sublimation-proof water-washing-resistant decorative film for the textile.
9. The method for preparing a sublimation-proof washable decorative film for textiles according to claim 8, wherein the sublimation-proof layer prepared in step (1) is coated within 1 hour.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the coating steps (4), (5) and (6) are performed using a knife coater with a circular knife coater, wherein the knife coater is configured as follows:
and (4): the temperature of the drying tunnel is 120-;
and (5): baking at 90-120 deg.C for 5-10 min;
and (6): the baking tunnel temperature is 90-140 deg.C, and the baking time is 10-15 min.
