本发明涉及一种新能源汽车节能装置和工艺。
背景技术
新能源汽车越来越普及,但是新能源汽车制动时能量并不能有效利用,因此会造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源汽车飞轮储能系统。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新能源汽车节能装置和工艺,该装置包括飞轮和变速器,飞轮通过变速器与驱动轮轴连接,所述的飞轮和变速器上设有传感器;
一种新能源汽车节能工艺,包括电子控制系统,其工作步骤是:
1),在踩刹车时,根据电子信号及预设的程序,在保证汽车安全的情况下,通过变速器将飞轮接入驱动轮轴,将通过飞轮制动,从而吸收汽车刹车时的能量;刹车结束时,控制系统断开变速器与飞轮的连接,飞轮空转,减少能量损失以实现长时间储能;
2),在踩油门时,根据电子信号及预设的程序,在保证安全的情况下,通过变速器将飞轮接入驱动轮轴,此时飞轮将储存的能量外放,驱动汽车前进,实现节能的目标。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以有效地回收储存新能源汽车制动减速过程中的能量,在汽车需要加速、上坡的时候释放出来,从而减少能源的消耗,提高能源的使用率。

一种新能源汽车节能装置和工艺,该装置包括飞轮1和变速器2,飞轮1通过变速器2与驱动轮轴3连接,所述的飞轮1和变速器2上设有传感器;
一种新能源汽车节能工艺,包括电子控制系统,其工作步骤是:
1),在踩刹车时,根据电子信号及预设的程序,在保证汽车安全的情况下,通过变速器2将飞轮1接入驱动轮轴3,将通过飞轮1制动,从而吸收汽车刹车时的能量;
刹车结束时,控制系统断开变速器与飞轮的连接,飞轮空转,减少能量损失以实现长时间储能;
2),在踩油门时,根据电子信号及预设的程序,在保证安全的情况下,通过变速器2将飞轮1接入驱动轮轴3,此时飞轮1将储存的能量外放,驱动汽车前进,实现节能的目标。

一种新能源汽车节能工艺,包括电子控制系统,其工作步骤是:
1),在踩刹车时,根据电子信号及预设的程序,在保证汽车安全的情况下,通过变速器(2)将飞轮(1)接入驱动轮轴(3),将通过飞轮(1)制动,从而吸收汽车刹车时的能量;
刹车结束时,控制系统断开变速器与飞轮的连接,飞轮空转,减少能量损失以实现长时间储能;
