本发明涉及板栅制造技术领域,公开了一种极板涂料方法,步骤一:制成石蜡沥青块,并装入分离箱内;步骤二:将正极板栅和负极板栅放置在传送带隔开形成一个间隔道,将分离箱对准间隔道;步骤三:通过传送带将板栅进行传送;步骤四:使用涂膏桶在正极板栅和负极板栅分别涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质;步骤五:启动烘干器,并且将烘干器的温度调节到100~200℃,对正极活性物质和负极活性物质烘干,烘干器将石蜡沥青块的沥青熔化并且沥青将正极板栅和负极板栅连接在一起;步骤六:传送带上的正极板栅和负极板栅传送完毕之后,对正极板栅和负极板栅进行裁剪,完成涂料。本发明方法简单,避免了正极活性物质和负极活性物质的混合。

极板涂料方法
技术领域
本发明涉及板栅制造技术领域,具体涉及一种极板涂料方法。
背景技术
水平碳合金电池与传统的铅酸蓄电池相比,由于优良的结构可在30C以上倍率大电流进行快速的充电和放电,且循环寿命长、性能好,耐振动性强,受到各国电动汽车研究机构的广泛关注,产品广泛应用于电动汽车、智能电网、清洁能源系统储能等领域。
在电池的制造过程中,需要对板栅进行淋锡、涂膏等多个步骤完成极板的制造。其中涂膏过程即分别对正极板栅和负极板栅涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质。在正极板栅和负极板栅上涂活性物质时,为了避免正极活性物质和负极活性物质混合在一起,在涂活性物质时,一般是先将正极板栅或负极板栅涂上正极活性物质或者负极活性物质,就算如此分隔开进行涂活性物质,在涂膏时,正极板栅或负极板栅上的活性物质过多,也无法避免两个不同的活性物质混合在一起,不同的活性物质混合在一起会导致制造好的极板短路。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种极板涂料方法,以解决对正极板栅和负极板栅分别进行涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质时,正极活性物和负极活性物质容易混合的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种极板涂料方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:使用石蜡将沥青表面包裹制成石蜡沥青块,将石蜡沥青块放置在分离箱内;
步骤二:将正极板栅和负极板栅放置在传送带上并且隔开形成一个间隔道,将分离箱对准间隔道;
步骤三:通过传送带对正极板栅和负极板栅进行传送,并且打开分离箱向间隔道内放置石蜡沥青块;
步骤四:传送带传送正极板栅和负极板栅到涂膏桶下方之后,使用涂膏桶在正极板栅和负极板栅分别涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质;
步骤五:启动烘干器,并且将烘干器的温度调节到100~200℃,正极板栅和负极板栅上涂好正极活性物质和负极活性物质之后,通过烘干器对正极板栅和负极板栅进行烘干挤压使得正极板栅和负极板栅上的正极活性物质和负极活性物质烘干,并且使用烘干器将石蜡沥青块熔化;
步骤六:传送带上的正极板栅和负极板栅传送完毕之后,将烘干器冷却使石蜡冷凝,石蜡冷凝之后进行收集,并通过制冷器对沥青冷却2~4min使正极板栅和负极板栅固定在一起,完成涂料。
本发明的原理及有益效果:将沥青包裹在石蜡里制成石蜡沥青块。在对正极板栅和负极板栅上涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质之前,将石蜡沥青块通过分离箱放置在间隔道内。传送带将正极板栅和负极板栅传送到涂膏桶下方,涂膏桶对正极板栅和负极板栅同时涂上活性物质时,石蜡可以阻挡正极板栅或负极板栅上的活性物质混合,避免了正极活性物质和负极活性物质混合在一起导致板栅不合格。涂有正极活性物质和负极活性物质的正极板栅和负极板栅会被传送到烘干器下方,启动烘干器并且将烘干器的温度调节到100~200℃,烘干器会对板栅上的活性物质进行烘干并且烘干器会对活性物质进行均匀的涂抹,板栅上均匀涂抹正极活性物质和负极活性物质,从而使得板栅制成极板时导电均匀,以保证板栅的质量。同时,烘干器会将石蜡沥青块进行加热,石蜡受到高温会挥发并且进入到烘干器内,沥青受热会发生熔化。熔化的沥青还会将正极板栅和负极板栅沾粘在一起,并通过制冷器对沥青冷却1~2min使正极板栅和负极板栅固定在一起,加快沥青的凝固速度。与现有的技术相比,在正极板栅和负极板栅涂上了活性物质之后,再对正极板栅和负极板栅上进行沥青浇筑,减少了沥青浇筑步骤,同时还能够提前对防止活性物质混合,提高了工作效率同时提高了正极板栅和负极板栅制造成极板的质量。最后对烘干器进行冷却使得挥发的石蜡冷却在烘干器内,进行收集,节约制造成本。
在以上基础方案上:
进一步优选:所述步骤一中的石蜡与沥青的质量份数比为1:10。石蜡与沥青的质量份数比为1:10,石蜡能够良好的将沥青包裹并且制成石蜡沥青块。
进一步优选:所述步骤一中的石蜡沥青块高于正极板栅和负极板栅3~6mm。石蜡沥青块低于3mm不能够良好的阻挡两种不同的活性物质的混合,石蜡沥青块高于6mm会造成石蜡沥青块的浪费。
进一步优选:所述步骤五的通过烘干器上设有的转动辊对正极板栅和负极板栅进行挤压并对极膏进行烘干。涂有正极活性物质和负极活性物质的正极板栅和负极板栅会在传送带的作用下经过转动辊,从而被转动辊挤压并且被转动辊挤压均匀。
进一步优化:所述转动辊与正极板栅和负极板栅的距离为1~3mm。转动辊与正极板栅和负极板栅的距离低于1mm容易造成板栅卡在转动辊处,距离高于3mm容易造成板栅上的活性物质过厚,影响极板的导电。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:正极涂膏桶1、机架2、传送带4、分离箱5、负极板栅6、石蜡沥青块7、正极板栅8、负极涂膏桶9、烘干箱10、导热杆11、加热器12、转动辊13。
实施例1:
如附图1、附图2、附图3和附图4所示,一种涂膏装置,包括机架2和用于传送正极板栅8和负极板栅6的传送带4,传送带4上设有间隔道将正极板栅8和负极板栅6分隔开。机架2上从左到右依次固定安装有分离箱5、涂膏桶和烘干器。分离箱5位于间隔道上方且分离箱5的出料口对准分隔道。涂膏桶为两个且分别为正极涂膏桶1和负极涂膏桶9。正极涂膏桶1位于传送带4上方且对准传送带4传送正极板栅8的一侧,负极涂膏桶9位于传送带4上方且对准传送带4传送负极板栅6的一侧。
烘干器包括烘干箱10和加热器12,加热器12固定安装在烘干箱10的底部,烘干箱10固定在机架上,烘干箱10的底部固定有两根导热杆11且导热杆11与烘干箱10构成一个朝向下方的扩口,扩口与间隔道对准。导热杆11的底部转动连接有转动辊13,转动辊13与板栅的上下距离为2mm。烘干箱10内侧壁上设有低温层,低温层为包裹有冰块的海绵。当石蜡加热达到沸点时容易挥发,并且会通过扩口进入到烘干箱10内,在烘干箱10内遇到低温层从而会冷凝,方便石蜡收集。
一种极板涂料方法,使用一种涂膏装置完成,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:使用石蜡将沥青包裹在沥青的表面制成石蜡沥青块7,且石蜡与沥青的质量份数比为1:10,以保证石蜡能够将沥青完全包裹,并且将制成的石蜡沥青块7放置在分离箱5内。
步骤二:将正极板栅8和负极板栅6分别放置在传送带4上,正极板栅8和负极板栅6隔开并且形成一个间隔道,将装有石蜡沥青块7的分离箱5对准间隔道。
步骤三:启动传送带4带动正极板栅8和负极板栅6,将正极板栅8和负极板栅6从传送带4的输入端传送到传送带4的输出端,并且经过分离箱5,当正极板栅8和负极板栅6传送到分隔箱下方时,打开分隔箱将石蜡沥青块7送入到间隔道内,石蜡沥青块比正极板栅8和负极板栅6高3mm。
步骤四:传送带4将正极板栅8和负极板栅6带到涂膏桶的下方,正极板栅8和负极板栅6正好分别位于正极涂膏桶1和负极涂膏桶9下方,打开正极涂膏桶1和负极涂膏桶9分别对正极板栅8和负极板栅6涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质。通过正极涂膏桶1和负极涂膏桶9同时对正极板栅8和负极板栅6进行活性物质涂抹,并且通过石蜡沥青块7对两种不同的活性物质进行阻挡,避免了两种活性物质的混合。
步骤五:启动烘干器,并且将加热器12的温度调节为150℃,正极板栅8和负极板栅6经过涂膏桶涂好活性物质之后,在传送带4的作用下会经过烘干器。烘干器的加热器12会对间隔道内的石蜡沥青块7进行加热,石蜡受到150℃的高温会挥发并且通过扩口进入到烘干箱10内进行收集,进入到烘干箱10内的石蜡气体会遇到低温层从而冷凝收集,加热器12加热石蜡沥青块7时会将沥青熔化,沥青熔化会将正极板栅8和负极板栅6连接在一起,减少了正极板栅8和负极板栅6连接在一起的工作步骤,提高了工作效率。同时,加热器12加热的高温会通过导热杆11传递给转动辊13,当涂有正极活性的正极板栅8和涂有负极活性物质的负极板栅6经过转动辊13时会带动转动辊13转动,从而转动辊13会转动挤压涂有正极活性物质和负极活性物质的正极板栅8和负极板栅6,使得板栅上的活性物质均匀,同时加热器12传递给转动辊13的高温会将活性物质烘干。
步骤六:传送带4上的正极板栅8和负极板栅6传送完毕之后。将烘干器冷却进一步使石蜡冷凝,石蜡冷凝之后进行收集,并通过制冷器对沥青冷却2min使正极板栅和负极板栅固定在一起,完成涂料。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。本发明所省略描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

Claims (5)

1.一种极板涂料方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:使用石蜡将沥青表面包裹制成石蜡沥青块,将石蜡沥青块放置在分离箱内;
步骤二:将正极板栅和负极板栅放置在传送带上并且隔开形成一个间隔道,将分离箱对准间隔道;
步骤三:通过传送带对正极板栅和负极板栅进行传送,并且打开分离箱向间隔道内放置石蜡沥青块;
步骤四:传送带传送正极板栅和负极板栅到涂膏桶下方之后,使用涂膏桶在正极板栅和负极板栅分别涂上正极活性物质和负极活性物质;
步骤五:启动烘干器,并且将烘干器的温度调节到100~200℃,正极板栅和负极板栅上涂好正极活性物质和负极活性物质之后,通过烘干器对正极板栅和负极板栅进行烘干挤压使得正极板栅和负极板栅上的正极活性物质和负极活性物质烘干,并且使用烘干器将石蜡沥青块熔化;
步骤六:传送带上的正极板栅和负极板栅传送完毕之后,将烘干器冷却使石蜡冷凝,石蜡冷凝之后进行收集,并通过制冷器对沥青冷却2~4min使正极板栅和负极板栅固定在一起,完成涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的极板涂料方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中的石蜡与沥青的质量份数比为1:10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的极板涂料方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中的石蜡沥青块高于正极板栅和负极板栅3~6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的极板涂料方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五的通过烘干器上设有的转动辊对正极板栅和负极板栅进行挤压并对极膏进行烘干。
5.根据权利要求4所述的极板涂料方法,其特征在于,所述转动辊与正极板栅和负极板栅的距离为1~3mm。
