In other words, when the onecut algorithm calculation is performed on the initial image, the initial contour feature value of the food and the type of the food can be obtained, and when the onecut algorithm calculation is performed on the current image acquired during the heating process, the contour feature value of the current food can be obtained so that the contour feature value of the current image can be compared with the contour feature value of the previous image.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 30 is further configured to determine that a state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking apparatus when a difference value between the RGB value of the current image and the RGB value of the previous image is greater than a corresponding RGB comparison threshold value.
That is to say, the RGB value of the current image is obtained, the difference value between the RGB value of the current image and the RGB value of the previous image is obtained, then it is determined whether the difference value between the RGB value of the current image and the RGB value of the previous image is greater than the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, if the RGB value is greater than the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, it is determined that a state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking device, the microwave generating unit is controlled to stop working, and if the RGB value is less than or equal to the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, the cooking is continued.
It should be understood that based on the comparison of the RGB values, various color changing status anomalies can be identified, including but not limited to, sparking, ignition, carbonization, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 30 is further configured to determine that a state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking apparatus when a difference between the profile feature value of the current image and the profile feature value of the previous image is greater than a corresponding profile comparison threshold.
That is to say, the contour characteristic value of the current image is obtained, the difference value between the contour characteristic value of the current image and the contour characteristic value of the previous image is obtained, whether the difference value between the contour characteristic value of the current image and the contour characteristic value of the previous image is larger than the corresponding contour characteristic value comparison threshold value or not is judged, if the contour characteristic value is larger than the corresponding contour characteristic comparison threshold value, the abnormal state in the microwave cooking equipment is judged, the microwave generating unit is controlled to stop working, and if the contour characteristic value is smaller than or equal to the corresponding contour characteristic comparison threshold value, the cooking is continued.
It should be understood that from the comparison of the profile feature values, a variety of profile-changing condition anomalies can be identified, including but not limited to explosions, smoking, liquid spills, etc.
Further, the RGB values of the current image may be compared first, and then the contour feature values may be compared.
That is, the RGB value of the current image is obtained and is subtracted from the RGB value of the previous image, the comparison result between the current RGB value and the RGB value of the previous image is obtained, then it is determined whether the comparison result between the RGB value is greater than the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, if the RGB value is greater than the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, it is determined that a state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking apparatus, and the microwave generating unit is controlled to stop working, if the RGB value is less than or equal to the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, the profile characteristic value of the current image is obtained and is subtracted from the profile characteristic value of the previous image, it is determined whether the comparison result between the profile characteristic value of the current image and the profile characteristic value of the previous image is greater than the corresponding profile characteristic value comparison threshold value, if the profile characteristic value is greater than the corresponding profile characteristic comparison threshold value, it is determined that a state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking apparatus, and controlling the microwave generating unit to stop working, and if the profile characteristic value is less than or equal to the corresponding profile characteristic comparison threshold value, continuing cooking.
In summary, according to the protection control device of the microwave cooking apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the current image of the food in the microwave cooking apparatus is collected by the collecting unit, the image processing unit performs image processing on the current image of the food to extract the feature information of the current image, the control unit obtains the type of the food in the microwave cooking apparatus, determines the comparison threshold corresponding to the type of the food according to the type of the food, compares the feature information of the current image with the feature information of the previous image to obtain the comparison result, and determines whether the state of the food is abnormal according to the comparison result and the corresponding comparison threshold. Therefore, the control device can accurately identify whether the state of the food is abnormal or not according to the image characteristic information, and can further improve the accuracy of state abnormity judgment and effectively improve the identification accuracy by identifying the type of the food.
The embodiment of the invention also provides microwave cooking equipment.

As shown in fig. 4, a microwave cooking apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a protection control device 100 of the microwave cooking apparatus.
According to the microwave cooking equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the state of the food is abnormal or not can be accurately identified through the control protection device of the microwave cooking equipment, and the accuracy of state abnormality judgment can be further improved and the identification accuracy can be effectively improved through identifying the type of the food.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory readable storage medium, on which a cooking program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements a protection control method of a microwave cooking apparatus.
According to the non-transitory readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the state of the food is abnormal or not can be accurately identified according to the image characteristic information, and the accuracy of state abnormality judgment can be further improved and the identification accuracy can be effectively improved by identifying the type of the food.

the characteristic information comprises RGB values, and the comparison threshold comprises an RGB comparison threshold corresponding to the type of the food;
judging whether the state of the food is abnormal or not according to the comparison result and the corresponding comparison threshold value;
the judging whether the state of the food in the microwave cooking equipment is abnormal according to the comparison result and the corresponding comparison threshold value comprises the following steps: if the difference value between the RGB value of the current image and the RGB value of the previous image is larger than the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value, judging that the state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking equipment;
the characteristic information further comprises a profile characteristic value, and the comparison threshold further comprises a profile comparison threshold corresponding to the type of the food;
and if the difference value between the contour characteristic value of the current image and the contour characteristic value of the previous image is greater than the corresponding contour comparison threshold value, judging that the state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking equipment.
2. The protection control method of a microwave cooking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising: and when the state of the food is abnormal, controlling a microwave generating unit of the microwave cooking equipment to stop working.
3. A protection control device of microwave cooking equipment is characterized by comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a current image of food in the microwave cooking equipment;
the image processing unit is connected with the acquisition unit and is used for carrying out image processing on the current image of the food so as to extract the characteristic information of the current image;
the control unit is connected with the image processing unit and used for acquiring the type of food in the microwave cooking equipment according to an initial image of the food in the microwave cooking equipment, determining a comparison threshold value corresponding to the type of the food according to the type of the food, comparing the characteristic information of the current image with the characteristic information of the previous image to acquire a comparison result, and judging whether the state of the food is abnormal or not according to the comparison result and the corresponding comparison threshold value;
the characteristic information comprises RGB values, and the comparison threshold comprises an RGB comparison threshold corresponding to the type of the food;
the control unit is also used for judging that the state of the microwave cooking equipment is abnormal when the difference value between the RGB value of the current image and the RGB value of the previous image is greater than the corresponding RGB comparison threshold value,
the characteristic information further includes a profile characteristic value, the comparison threshold further includes a profile comparison threshold corresponding to a type of the food,
the control unit is further used for judging that the state abnormality occurs in the microwave cooking equipment when the difference value between the contour characteristic value of the current image and the contour characteristic value of the previous image is larger than the corresponding contour comparison threshold value.
4. The protection control device of microwave cooking equipment according to claim 3, characterized in that the control unit is further configured to control the microwave generating unit of the microwave cooking equipment to stop working when the state of the food is abnormal.
5. Microwave cooking device, characterized in that it comprises protection control means of a microwave cooking device according to any of claims 3-4.
6. A non-transitory readable storage medium having a cooking program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements a protection control method of a microwave cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1-2.
