In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a server 600 is provided that includes a processor 601, an internal memory 602, a non-volatile storage medium 603, and a network interface 604 connected by a system bus. The non-volatile storage medium 603 of the server stores an operating system 6031 and a vehicle insurance claim settlement device 6032, and the vehicle insurance claim settlement device 6032 is used for effectively reducing time consumed by vehicle insurance claim settlement and improving claim settlement efficiency. The processor 601 of the server 600 is configured to provide computing and control capabilities and is configured to perform a vehicle insurance claims settlement method. The internal memory 602 of the server 600 provides an environment for the operation of the vehicle insurance claim settlement apparatus 6032 in a non-volatile storage medium, and computer readable instructions can be stored in the internal memory 602, and when executed by a processor, the computer readable instructions can cause the processor to execute a vehicle insurance claim settlement method. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a vehicle insurance claims settlement apparatus, including: a first receiving module 702, a positioning module 704, an operating module 706, an obtaining module 708, and a first sending module 710, wherein:
the first receiving module 702 is configured to receive a vehicle insurance survey task, where the vehicle insurance survey task carries an insurance location.
And a positioning module 704 for capturing the position information of the survey terminal.
And an operation module 706, configured to allow an input operation of the surveyor to be accepted when the position information corresponds to the place of the risk.
An obtaining module 708 for obtaining survey information input by a surveyor, the survey information including survey projects and corresponding survey quotations.
The first sending module 710 is configured to upload the survey information to the server, so that the server compares the survey information according to the preset rule, and if the survey information conforms to the preset rule and the survey offer is less than or equal to the preset value, record the survey item and the survey offer as a loss assessment item and a loss assessment amount corresponding to the vehicle insurance claim.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided a vehicle insurance claims settlement apparatus, including: a second receiving module 802, a task generating module 804, a second sending module 806, and a comparing module 808, wherein:
a second receiving module 802, configured to receive the vehicle insurance reporting information uploaded by the client terminal.
And the task generating module 804 is used for generating the vehicle insurance survey task according to the vehicle insurance report information.
A second sending module 806, configured to send the vehicle insurance survey task to a survey terminal; the vehicle insurance survey task carries the place of the accident.
The second receiving module 802 is further configured to receive survey information uploaded by the survey terminal at the insurance site, where the survey information includes survey projects and survey quotations.
And the comparison module 808 is configured to compare the survey information according to the preset rule, and record the survey item and the survey offer as the loss assessment item and the loss assessment amount corresponding to the vehicle insurance claim if the survey information conforms to the preset rule and the survey offer is less than or equal to the preset value.
In one embodiment, the second receiving module 802 is further configured to receive location information uploaded by the survey terminal in real time; the device also includes: a recording module 810 and an information generating module 812, wherein:

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (8)

1. A vehicle insurance claim settlement method is applied to an exploration terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving a vehicle insurance survey task, wherein the vehicle insurance survey task carries an insurance place;
capturing position information of the surveying terminal, and allowing input operation of a surveying staff to be accepted when the position information is consistent with the insurance place;
acquiring survey information input by a surveyor, wherein the survey information comprises survey projects and corresponding survey quotations, the survey projects comprise accessory projects and working hour projects, the survey projects have corresponding quantities and quotations, the working hour projects have corresponding quotations, the quotations have corresponding local quotations, and the sum of the total quotation amount of the accessory projects and the total quotation amount of the working hour projects is the survey quotation;
uploading the survey information to a server so that the server compares the survey information according to a preset rule, and if the survey information conforms to the preset rule and the survey quotation is less than or equal to a preset value, recording the survey items and the survey quotation as the loss assessment items and the loss assessment amount corresponding to the vehicle insurance claims; if the contents which do not accord with the preset rules exist in the survey information or the survey quotation is higher than the preset value, the server sends the survey information to a auditing terminal for manual auditing;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring an accessory item input by a surveyor, and performing matching verification on the accessory item;
if the operation passes the verification, generating prompt information and refusing to accept the next operation of the surveyor;
the step of performing matching verification on the accessory item includes:
when the accessory item is an assembly accessory or an inclusionary accessory, if the name of the next accessory is the accessory of the assembly accessory or the accessory of the inclusionary accessory, or the name of the next accessory is the total accessory of the assembly accessory or the total accessory of the inclusionary accessory, the verification is failed;
when the accessory item is repair-on-demand and accessory replacement, if the accessory name is currently input as an accessory to be repaired and the accessory name is input as an accessory to be replaced in the next operation, the verification fails;
when the accessory item is repair-on-demand and accessory replacement, if the accessory name is currently input as an accessory to be replaced and the accessory name is input as an accessory to be repaired in the next operation, the verification fails;
if the name of the next accessory is the same as the name of the previous accessory, the verification is failed.
2. A vehicle insurance claim settlement method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving the vehicle insurance report information uploaded by the client terminal;
generating a vehicle insurance investigation task according to the vehicle insurance report information, and sending the vehicle insurance investigation task to an investigation terminal; the vehicle insurance survey task carries an insurance place;
receiving survey information uploaded by a survey terminal at the work-out place, wherein the survey information comprises survey projects and survey quotations, the survey projects comprise accessory projects and working hour projects, the survey projects have corresponding quantities and quotations, the working hour projects have corresponding quotations, the quotations have corresponding local quotations, and the sum of the total quotation amount of the accessory projects and the total quotation amount of the working hour projects is the survey quotation;
comparing the survey information according to a preset rule, and if the survey information conforms to the preset rule and the survey quotation is less than or equal to a preset value, recording the survey items and the survey quotation as the loss assessment items and the loss assessment amount corresponding to the vehicle insurance claims; if the contents which do not accord with the preset rules exist in the survey information or the survey quotation is higher than the preset value, the survey information is sent to a auditing terminal for manual auditing;
the method comprises the steps that an accessory item input by a surveyor is obtained by a surveying terminal, and matching verification is conducted on the accessory item; if the operation passes the verification, generating prompt information and refusing to accept the next operation of the surveyor;
wherein, survey terminal the accessory project matches the check-up, include:
when the accessory item is an assembly accessory or an inclusionary accessory, if the name of the next accessory is the accessory of the assembly accessory or the accessory of the inclusionary accessory, or the name of the next accessory is the total accessory of the assembly accessory or the total accessory of the inclusionary accessory, the verification is failed;
when the accessory item is repair-on-demand and accessory replacement, if the accessory name is currently input as an accessory to be repaired and the accessory name is input as an accessory to be replaced in the next operation, the verification fails;
when the accessory item is the repair-on-demand and accessory replacement, if the accessory name is currently input as the accessory to be replaced and the accessory name is input as the accessory to be repaired in the next operation, the verification fails;
if the name of the next accessory is the same as the name of the previous accessory, the verification is failed.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, after the step of sending the vehicle insurance survey task to a survey terminal:
receiving position information uploaded by the survey terminal in real time;
marking the position information in an electronic map;
acquiring surveyor information corresponding to a survey terminal and a link of an electronic map, generating feedback information according to the surveyor information and the link, and sending the feedback information to a client terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising, after said step of recording said survey terms and survey quotes as a damage fix term and a damage fix amount corresponding to a vehicle insurance claim:
obtaining the name and the corresponding address of a maintenance manufacturer;
generating recommendation information by using the name of the maintenance manufacturer and the corresponding address, and sending the recommendation information to a client terminal;
and when the client sends the repair to the vehicle in danger according to the recommended information, receiving the maintenance record uploaded by the maintenance terminal.
5. A vehicle insurance claim settlement apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a third receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a vehicle insurance survey task, and the vehicle insurance survey task carries an insurance place;
the positioning module is used for capturing the position information of the survey terminal;
the operation module is used for allowing input operation of a surveyor to be accepted when the position information is consistent with the insurance place;

the acquisition module is further configured to acquire an accessory item input by a surveyor, the apparatus further comprising:
the checking module is used for carrying out matching checking on the accessory items;
the operation module is also used for generating prompt information and refusing to accept the next operation of the surveyor if the operation module does not pass the verification;
the checking module is also used for judging whether the checking is passed if the name of the next accessory is the accessory of the assembly accessory or the accessory of the inclusive accessory or the name of the next accessory is the total accessory of the assembly accessory or the total accessory of the inclusive accessory when the accessory item is the assembly accessory or the inclusive accessory; when the accessory item is repair and the accessory is replaced, if the name of the accessory is currently input as the accessory to be repaired, and the name of the accessory is input as the accessory to be replaced in the next operation, the verification is failed; if the name of the next accessory is the same as the name of the previous accessory, the verification is failed.
