本发明公开了一种燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能高效利用系统,包括依次连通的除尘器、低温烟气余热回收换热器、引风机、湿式脱硫塔、深度冷凝换热器、收水器、烟气再热器、烟囱,烟气降温换热器通过循环媒介水与烟气再热器连通,还包括与收水器连通的水处理回用系统以及与深度冷凝换热器连通的热泵供热系统,及回收冷凝水显热的第三换热器。本发明利用回收的烟气水做为工艺用水,节约发电水耗,利用回收湿电除尘器出来的烟气余热用于再热尾部烟气,提升排烟温度;通过回收烟气水和提高排烟温度,达到消除白烟和石膏雨的目的;回收的烟气水经过水处理系统处理后回用至工艺补水系统;通过优化对烟气水余能资源的利用,提高了机组整体能效水平和节水率。
Description
一种燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及燃煤发电厂节能环保领域,特别涉及一种以回收锅炉烟气水及其潜 热,消除白烟及石膏雨现象,提高发电能效和降低机组发电水耗的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及 余能闻效利用系统。
背景技术
[0002] 目前我国燃煤电厂发电水耗仍然与国外先进水平存在差距,而燃煤烟气的排放携 带了大量的烟气水(水蒸气容积份额一般为8%〜15%),以一台600MW机组为例,烟气携水 量为120〜230t/h。另一方面,湿法脱硫在我国燃煤电厂中占比在90%以上,湿法脱硫加大 了燃煤电厂的发电水耗(一台600MW机组水耗在60〜80t/h),出脱硫塔烟气中含水率增加, 以饱和甚至过饱和烟气的形式排出。烟气携带大量的水分排放,不仅造成了水资源的浪费 和发电水耗偏高等问题;而且,还由于烟气水未能得到合理回收,烟气中夹带含脱硫浆液的 水蒸汽排放,造成电厂冒白烟和“石膏雨”现象,给周边环境带来伤害,尤其在北方地区,因 为环境气候的原因,这一问题更为突出。我国是个水资源比较紧缺的国家,节水问题更为紧 迫,烟气水的回收用于电厂工艺用水,将大大降低发电水耗,缓解电厂用水压力。
[0003] 为了消除白烟,目前的做法普遍是利用MGGH技术回收千式除尘器出口烟气的余热 用于脱硫塔出口烟气再热升温,将烟温从50°C左右提高到75°C以上再进入烟囱排放,这种 做法仅仅是通过提高排烟温度增加烟气扩散面和降低烟气相对湿度避免冒白烟,一方面耗 费了干式电除尘出口的烟气余热;另一方面,进脱硫塔烟气温度仍有85°C左右,而脱硫塔的 运行需要的烟气温度是55°C左右,过高的烟气温度不仅增加了脱硫塔的工艺水蒸发损耗, 而且因尾部烟气中水蒸气份额的提高(13%〜16%),为了避免白烟现象,需要更高的排烟 温度(一般要求高于环境温度40〜80°C),要求尾部再热器承担再热负荷较大,换热器也做 得较大,烟气阻力增加较多,第二引风机增加电耗较多;更为重要的是,烟气水未能得到有 效回收回用,烟气潜热也未能得到回收利用,存在水资源和低品位能源双重浪费。

[0005]本发明的目的在于提供一种从燃煤电厂回收烟气水及余能高效利用的方法和系 统,通过增设深度冷凝换热器和收水器回收脱硫塔出口烟气水及其潜热,通过进一步降低 湿式脱硫塔入口烟气温度,回收脱硫前烟气余热用于尾部烟气再热,并进一步降低脱硫塔 的水耗(对于采用较高含水率的褐煤燃料锅炉烟气脱硫,甚至达到零水耗),达到消除白烟 现象的同时提高机组整体能效水平和节水效果的目的。
[0006]为实现以上目的,本发明提出了以下的技术方案:
[0007] —种燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,包括依次连接的除尘器、低温烟 气余热回收换热器、引风机、脱硫塔、深度冷凝换热器及烟囱,所述深度冷凝换热器与所述 烟囱之间依次设置有收水器与烟气再热器,所述烟气再热器出口连接烟肉入口,所述低温 烟气余热回收换热器的进水口与出水口通过水管与所述烟气再热器连通,形成余热回收闭 循环,所述余热回收闭循环水管上设置有循环水泵;所述收水器的出水口与所述深度冷凝 换热器的出水口均通过水管连接集水池,所述集水池出水口通过水管与水处理回用系统连 接,所述集水池的出水管上设置有输水泵;还包括热泵供热系统,及连接深度冷凝换热器与 热泵供热系统的冷却水输送系统,所述冷却水输送系统水管上设置有输水栗,所述冷却水 系统吸收烟气水凝结潜热后为所述热栗供热系统提供低品位热源。
[0008] 进一步地,还包括有与所述烟气再热器并行连接于所述低温烟气余热回收换热器 的低温余热利用装置,所述低温烟气余热回收换热器回收的余热供所述低温余热利用装置 使用。
[0009] 进一步地,所述集水池与所述水处理回用系统之间还设置有第三换热器,所述第 三换热器分别与所述深度冷凝换热器、集水池、水处理回用系统连通。
[0010] 进一步地,所述低温烟气余热回收换热器、深度冷凝换热器和烟气再热器采用经 过了表面处理的耐磨耐酸腐蚀复合管(如搪瓷-碳钢复合管)/ND双相不锈钢材料/氟塑料等 耐酸腐蚀材料。
[0011] 进一步地,当所述低温烟气余热回收换热器、深度冷凝式烟气水回收换热器和烟 气再热器采用的是复合管或ND双相不锈钢时,优先采用高比表面强化换热管,可以降低换 热器投资、缩小换热器体积。
[0012] 进一步地,所述低温烟气余热回收换热器可以将烟温降低到脱硫塔需要的烟气温 度(55-6(TC),减少脱硫塔工艺用水消耗和蒸发损失,以及减少烟气再热器的负荷;热量回 收可采用水作为媒介,采用闭式循环,回收的热量一部分用于烟气再热器再热,另一部分用 于低温余热利用装置,如加热汽机冷凝水或加热暖风器。
[0013] 进一步地,所述深度冷凝换热器以冷却水作为载热媒介,将脱硫塔出口烟气温度 进一步降至烟气水露点温度以下3-7°C,回收凝结水和凝结水潜热,回收的凝结水经过水处 理工艺处理后回用到工艺用水系统;回收的热量由冷却水载走,用于热栗供热系统的低位 热源。
[0014] 进一步地,所述烟气再热器将烟气再热至50〜55°C (夏季取高值)再进入烟囱排 放,避免烟囱冒白烟现象。
[0015] 进一步地,所述深度冷凝式烟气水回收换热器底部设置集水槽,出口接收水器,收 水器和集水槽收集烟气水进入集水池,再经过换热器释放部分显热后泵入水处理回用系统 进行处理和回用。
[0016] 进一步地,所述收水器的收水方式可以采用膜式分离捕水方式或PVC惯性分离方 式,相对地,选用膜式分离捕水方式可以获得更高的收水率。
[0017] 进一步地,所述深度冷凝换热器5采用的冷却水进水温度26〜32°C,出水温度35〜 39°C,冷却水同时作为热栗供热系统的低温热源水;热栗系统可以为厂区生活和生产提供 热水。
[0018] 进一步地,所述低温烟气余热回收换热器和深度冷凝换热器,当采用复合管或ND 双相不锈钢管时,需要增加在线清灰装置或系统,考虑到低温烟气换热器的灰垢特点,优先 采用水力清灰方式;烟气再热器则优先采用物理接触式清灰方式:如钢刷清灰或落丸清灰。
[0019] 本发明燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能高效利用系统,采用烟气余热深度回收和烟气 水回收技术对燃煤电厂烟气水余能资源的利用进行了优化,在干/湿式电除尘器后脱硫塔 前增设低温烟气余热回收换热器对低温烟气余热进行余热回收,一是可以降低进脱硫塔的 烟气温度,减少脱硫塔的用水消耗;二是将回收的热量用于再热末端排放烟气,消除冒白烟 现象;三是减少消除白烟的再热器再热负荷。增设深度冷凝式烟气水回收换热器回收脱硫 塔出口的饱和烟气的烟气水凝结潜热,一方面可以将所回收的烟气水用于生产工艺,减少 发电用水消耗;另一方面回收了烟气水潜热,可用于热泵式供热系统,为厂区生活或生产提 供热水;此外,增设深度冷凝换热器深度冷凝换热器还可以进一步降低排烟中的S〇3等有害 成份的含量,进一步净化烟气。设置收水器对烟气携带的水分进行深度回收,进一步降低烟 气中的水分子容积占比,提高并经过烟气再热器进一步提高烟气干度,且设置收水器可以 降低消除白烟需要的烟气温度20°C左右,从而降低了再热器投资,也有利于再热器的表面 除尘(烟气更干燥),有利于保证换热器传热效率。

[0025]请参阅图1,一种燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,包括设置于锅炉出风 口的干/湿电除尘器1和低温烟气余热回收换热器2、引风机3和脱硫塔4、与脱硫塔4烟气出 口连通的深度冷凝换热器5、与深度冷凝换热器5烟气出口连通的收水器6、与收水器6烟气 出口连通的烟气再热器7、与烟气再热器7烟气出口相连的烟囱8,通过冷凝水回收管路与深 度冷凝换热器5和收水器6相连的集水池9,与集水池9相连的水处理回用系统10,以及余热 回收闭循环的热媒水输水杲11 _ 1和冷凝水回收至水处理系统处理回用的输水泵11 _ 2及用 于冷凝水回收的冷却水输水栗11-3;还包括连通以上设备的烟道和水管、阀门及控制系统 等。
[0026] 在本实施例中,回收烟气水采用的循环冷媒为工业冷却水,回收低温烟气显热用 于末端排烟再热的循环热媒为软化水。
[0027] 余热回收闭循环系统,根据除尘器出口烟温和可回收低温余热资源情况决定是否 增设至暖风器或低温加热器等低温余热利用装置的循环管路;烟气经过深度冷凝换热器5 和收水器6回收烟气水,烟气水汇集到集水池后统一泵入水处理系统进行处理合格后回用, 为了进一步降低进入水处理的烟气冷凝水温度,设置第三换热器12,由冷却水回收冷凝水 的显热,用于热泵供热系统;深度冷凝换热器采用冷却水作为冷媒,回收的烟气水凝结热作 为低位热源用于热泵供热系统;回收冷凝水后的烟气经过收水器6进一步降低含水容积率 后,再经过再热器进一步提高烟气干度后进入烟囱6进行合格排放。
[0028] 低温烟气余热回收换热器2、深度冷凝换热器5和烟气再热器7可采用经过了表面 处理的耐磨耐酸腐蚀复合管(如搪瓷—碳钢复合管)或ND双相不锈钢材料或氟塑料等耐酸腐 蚀材料制造。
[0029] 当低温烟气余热回收换热器、深度冷凝换热器和烟气再热器采用复合管或ND双相 不锈钢时,优先采用高比表面强化换热管,高比表面强化换热管为由多个螺旋扭曲扁管捆 绑连接的管束,如图2所示,可以降低换热器投资、缩小换热器体积。
[0030] 低温烟气余热回收换热器可以将烟温降低到脱硫塔需要的烟气温度(55-60°C), 减少脱硫塔工艺用水消耗和蒸发损失;热量回收可采用水作为媒介,采用闭式循环,回收的 热量一部分用于烟气再热器再热,另一部分用于加热汽机冷凝水或暖风器加热。
[0031] 深度冷凝式烟气水回收换热器以冷却水作为载热媒介,将脱硫塔出口烟气温度进 一步降至烟气水露点温度以下3-7°C,回收凝结水和凝结水潜热,回收的凝结水经过水处理 工艺处理后回用到工艺用水系统;回收的热量由冷却水载走,用于热泵供热系统的低位热 源。

[0037]与常规燃煤电厂与传统的MGGH低温烟气余热回收再热消除白烟系统相比,本发明 增设了深度冷凝换热器深度深度冷凝换热器5和收水器6,以及利用烟气水的水处理回用系 统和吸收冷凝潜热的热栗供热低位热源利用系统,由此带来四大好处:一是进一步降低了 脱硫塔出口烟气温度和水分体积分数,继而降低了消除白烟为目的的末端烟气再热器再热 负荷;二是回收烟气水用于生产工艺,减少了烟气水损失,降低了单位发电量水耗,烟气水 冷凝回收率可达35%以上;三是回收的烟气水潜热和部分显热用于热泵供热系统低位热 源,余热资源得以合理有效利用;四是本发明设置的低温烟气余热回收换热器2,要求对进 脱硫塔前的烟气温度降至脱硫塔工艺合适的烟气温度(55〜60°C)或迫近烟气水露点,比传 统低温烟气余热回收换热器要求的排烟温度更低(传统低温烟气换热器一般为了避开烟气 酸露点,一般仅将烟温降至90〜95°C甚至更高)。
[0038]与单纯的膜式回收烟气水系统相比,本发明将烟气水回收与烟气潜热回收利用相 结合,尽可能的提高烟气水回收率,实现电厂节水和近零耗水的同时,更好地利用了烟气水 余热能资源。
[0039]本发明的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能高效利用系统,可以实现烟气水回收率35% 〜55%,降低早位友电星水粍〇_12〜〇.25kg/kWh,降低单位发电量标煤耗1^^^7~~

Claims (7)
1. 一种燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特征在于:包括依次连接的除尘 器、低温烟气余热回收换热器、引风机、脱硫塔、深度冷凝换热器及烟囱,所述深度冷凝换热 器与所述烟囱之间依次设置有收水器与烟气再热器,所述烟气再热器出口连接烟囱入口, 所述低温烟气余热回收换热器的进水口与出水口通过水管与所述烟气再热器连通,形成余 热回收闭循环,所述余热回收闭循环水管上设置有循环水栗;所述收水器的出水口与所述 深度冷凝换热器的出水口均通过水管连接集水池,所述集水池出水口通过水管与水处理回 用系统连接,所述集水池的出水管上设置有输水泵;还包括热栗供热系统,及连接深度冷凝 换热器与热泵供热系统的冷却水输送系统,所述冷却水输送系统水管上设置有输水泵,所 述冷却水系统吸收烟气水凝结潜热后为所述热泵供热系统提供低品位热源。
2. 权利要求1所述的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特征在于:还包括有 与所述烟气再热器并行连接于所述低温烟气余热回收换热器的低温余热利用装置,所述低 温烟气余热回收换热器回收的余热供所述低温余热利用装置使用。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特征在于:所述 集水池与所述水处理回用系统之间还设置有第三换热器,所述第三换热器分别与所述深度 冷凝换热器、集水池、水处理回用系统连通。
4. 根据权利要求1_3所述的任意一种燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特 征在于:所述低温烟气余热回收换热器、深度冷凝换热器和烟气再热器采用经过了表面处 理的耐磨耐酸腐蚀复合管/ND双相不锈钢材料/氟塑料制成。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特征在于:当所 述低温烟气余热回收换热器、深度冷凝换热器和烟气再热器,采用复合管或ND双相不锈钢 时,采用无翅片的高比表面强化换热管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特征在于:所述 高比表面强化换热管为由多个螺旋扭曲扁管捆绑连接的管束。
7.根据权利要求1所述的燃煤电厂烟气水回收及余能综合利用系统,其特征在于:所述 深度冷凝换热器以冷却水作为载热媒介。
