技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承生产设备,具体是一种散热轴承。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件,轴承(Bearing)是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承已经标准化、系列化,但与滑动轴承相比它的径向尺寸、振动和噪声较大,价格也较高。滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,严格的说是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、密封、润滑油 六大件组成。主要具备外圈、内圈、滚动体就可定意为滚动轴承。按滚动体的形状,滚动轴承分为球轴承和滚子轴承两大类。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩察系数,并保证其回转精度,但是现在市场上的一般都不容易注油且漏油,大都是单珠的,并且噪声极大。
在目前的轴承行业,轴承的散热性能差,容易老化磨损。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单,散热性能好,轴承使用寿命长,使用牢固稳定的散热轴承。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种散热轴承,包括轴承外圈,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈的内壁上设有内圈,所述外圈与内圈之间设有滚子槽,所述滚子槽内设有滚子,所述滚子槽的侧壁上设有密封盖板,所述轴承外圈内设有多个散热通道,所述散热通道分别连接冷却介质接头,所述接头的侧壁上分别设有连接嘴。
所述轴承内圈的侧壁上设有限位花键,所述连接嘴连接储液槽和泵。
本发明在轴承外圈的内壁上设有内圈,在外圈与内圈之间设有滚子,在轴承的外圈内设有多个散热通道,且各个散热通道互相连通,在散热通道的端部连接冷却介质接头,在接头的侧壁上设有连接嘴,便于与外界的散热泵进行连通,达到对轴承进行散热效果 。

参见附图,一种散热轴承,包括轴承外圈1,所述轴承外圈1的内壁上设有内圈2,所述外圈1与内圈2之间设有滚子槽3,所述滚子槽3内设有滚子4,所述滚子槽3的侧壁上设有密封盖板5,所述轴承外圈1内设有多个散热通道6,所述散热通道6分别连接冷却介质接头7,所述接头7的侧壁上分别设有连接嘴8。
所述轴承内圈2的侧壁上设有限位花键9,所述连接嘴8连接储液槽10和泵11。

1.一种散热轴承,包括轴承外圈,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈的内壁上设有内圈,所述外圈与内圈之间设有滚子槽,所述滚子槽内设有滚子,所述滚子槽的侧壁上设有密封盖板,所述轴承外圈内设有多个散热通道,所述散热通道分别连接冷却介质接头,所述接头的侧壁上分别设有连接嘴。
2.根据权利要求1所述散热轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈的侧壁上设有限位花键,所述连接嘴连接储液槽和泵。
