本发明提供了一种电动清扫车,包括底盘驾驶室、风机、副发动机、排风口、设在底部的水箱,设在水箱上方的垃圾箱,设在底部的吸口、侧盘刷和水平柱刷,所述的副发动机、风机位于底盘驾驶室后方;所述的侧盘刷和水平柱刷的刷丝采用增强耐磨尼龙材料为原料制成;所述的增强耐磨尼龙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将干燥后的尼龙6与玻璃纤维、抗氧剂按一定比例在双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,得到玻纤增强尼龙粒料;2)将粒料经干燥后,在注塑机上注射成型,得到增强耐磨尼龙。本发明的电动清扫车,由于具有高强度耐磨的侧盘刷和水平柱刷,能够长久使用,不需要经常更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动清扫车,属于电动清扫技术领域。
背景技术
清扫车是集路面清扫、垃圾回收和运输为一体的新型高效清扫设备。是一种适合工厂、公路、公园、广场等路面全方位清扫工作的车型设备。这种全新的车型可一次完成地面清扫、马路道牙边清扫、马路道牙清洗及清扫后对地面的洒水等工作,适用于各种气候和不同干燥路面的清扫作业。
由于清扫车使用频繁,毛刷直接与地面接触,易磨损,更换麻烦,影响了扫地车的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电动清扫车。
本发明的电动清扫车,包括底盘驾驶室、风机、副发动机、排风口、设在底部的水箱,设在水箱上方的垃圾箱,设在底部的吸口、侧盘刷和水平柱刷,所述的副发动机、风机位于底盘驾驶室后方;
所述的侧盘刷和水平柱刷的刷丝采用增强耐磨尼龙材料为原料制成;
所述的增强耐磨尼龙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将干燥后的尼龙6与玻璃纤维、抗氧剂按一定比例在双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,得到玻纤增强尼龙粒料;
2)将粒料经干燥后,在注塑机上注射成型,得到增强耐磨尼龙。
优选地,
所述的步骤1)中的双螺杆挤出机转速为350rpm。
所述的步骤2)中的注塑温度为200-230℃。
本发明的电动清扫车,由于具有高强度耐磨的侧盘刷和水平柱刷,能够长久使用,不需要经常更换。

实施例1

1)将干燥后的尼龙6与玻璃纤维、抗氧剂按一定比例在双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,得到玻纤增强尼龙粒料;
2)将粒料经干燥后,在注塑机上注射成型,得到增强耐磨尼龙。
所述的步骤1)中的双螺杆挤出机转速为350rpm。
所述的步骤2)中的注塑温度为200-230℃。

所述的增强耐磨尼龙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

2)将粒料经干燥后,在注塑机上注射成型,得到增强耐磨尼龙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动清扫车,其特征在于,所述的步骤1)中的双螺杆挤出机转速为350rpm。
