The yarn tube head retaining device is characterized by comprising a fixing frame, a head retaining rotary table, a shearing clamp holder, a shearing clamp driving device and a yarn grabbing device; the fixing frame is provided with a fixing platform, the fixing platform is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the head-retaining rotary table is arranged on the fixing platform and is positioned below the first opening, the head-retaining rotary table is of an annular structure with an inner hole, the head-retaining rotary table is provided with a yarn through hole, the yarn through hole penetrates through the lower end face of the head-retaining rotary table and the side face of the inner hole, a bobbin to be retained can be simultaneously placed in the first opening and the inner hole of the head-retaining rotary table, the shearing clamp holder penetrates through the second opening and penetrates into the inner hole of the head-retaining rotary table, the shearing clamp driving device is connected with the upper end of the shearing clamp holder, the lower end of the shearing clamp holder is close to the yarn through hole, and the shearing clamp holder can shear and clamp yarns; the shearing clamp holder comprises an operating rod and a shearing clamp mechanism, one end of the operating rod is connected with the shearing clamp driving device, the shearing clamp mechanism is arranged at the other end of the operating rod, the shearing clamp mechanism is provided with a shearing clamp groove, a shearing clamp plate capable of controlling movement is arranged in the shearing clamp groove, the shearing clamp plate moves to a first groove wall and can clamp yarns, and the shearing clamp plate moves to a second groove wall opposite to the first groove wall and can shear yarns; the yarn grabbing device is used for grabbing a yarn tube with a to-be-left head and placing the grabbed yarn tube into an inner hole of the head-left rotary table and fixing the yarn tube.

The bobbin thread retaining device according to claim 7, wherein the shear clamping plate is provided with a first engagement portion on a side opposite to the second groove wall, the second groove wall being provided with a second engagement portion, the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion being engageable with each other when the shear clamping plate is moved to the second groove wall.
9. Yarn tube end retaining device according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising a yarn guide hook, wherein the end retaining yarn tube positioning mechanism is arranged on the fixing frame, and wherein the yarn guide hook is arranged above the end retaining yarn tube positioning mechanism.
10. A bobbin thread-retaining method, characterized in that a bobbin thread-retaining device according to any one of claims 7 to 9 is used, the bobbin thread-retaining method comprising the steps of:
the yarn retaining yarn passes through the yarn threading hole and is led into an inner hole of the yarn retaining rotary table, so that the shearing clamping driving device drives the shearing clamping device to clamp the yarn end of the yarn retaining yarn;
putting the bobbin to be left into the inner hole of the head-leaving rotary table through the first opening and fixing the position;
rotating the yarn-retaining rotary table to enable the yarn-retaining yarn to be wound on the yarn tube;
and driving the shearing clamping driving device to release the yarn end of the leftover yarn by the shearing clamping device and cutting off the leftover yarn between the yarn through hole and the yarn tube.
