本发明是一种以面粉为主要原料,加入适量的无机盐类作为助洗剂,在一定条件下,酵化处理得到的一种新型环保无公害洗衣粉,具有洗净度好,无泡沫、易漂洗的特点,洗涤衣物后的废水具有良好的沉降性,对水质的清澈度影响小,并且能够帮助人畜排泄物酵化分解,减少硫化氢气体产出,提高城市生活污水的可回收利用度,大量减少城市“黑水”的产生,减轻城市生活污水处理的负担,改善城市的水生态环境。

技术领域:本发明是一种以面粉为主要原料,加入适量的无机盐类作为助洗剂,在一定条件下酵化处理得到一种新型环保无公害洗衣粉,具有洗净度高,无泡沫、易漂洗的特点,洗涤衣物后的废水,能帮助人畜排泄物酵化分解,减少硫化氢气体产出的新型环保无公害洗衣粉。
背景技术:洗衣粉是我们日常应用最广的化工产品之一,目前又出现洗衣液,在使用方便,适合机洗方面,的确,为我们的生活带来许多便利,但是,目前市售的洗衣粉(洗衣液),洗涤衣物后的废水不能被微生物降解利用,并且对水生物具有一定毒性,大量使用,对自然水生态造成严重污染。
发明内容:本发明是一种以面粉为主要原料,加入适量的无机盐类作为助洗剂,在一定条件下,酵化处理得到的一种新型环保无公害洗衣粉,具有洗净度好,无泡沫、易漂洗的特点,洗涤衣物后的废水具有良好的沉降性,对水质的清澈度影响小,并且能够帮助人畜排泄物酵化分解,减少硫化氢气体产出,提高城市生活污水的可回收利用度,大量减少城市“黑水”的产生,减轻城市生活污水处理的负担,改善城市的水生态环境。
环保无公害洗衣粉配方组成如下:碳酸钠11% 氯化钠4% 面粉64% 酵母5‰硅酸钠2% 硫酸钠10% 过碳酸钠8% 香精适量。
实现方法:首先将配置总量6%的碳酸钠溶于水中,配成饱和水溶液,再加入占配置总量5%的氯化钠,酌加适量水,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入占配置总量64%的面粉,搅拌混合成浓浆,先将占配置总量5‰的酵母,加适量水溶解,加入配置好的面粉浓浆中,搅拌混合均匀,半封闭条件下,半封闭的目的是为遮挡灰尘,混合物应于空气接触,在温度19℃至29℃条件下,静置10日,静置过程中,应隔日搅拌一次,待面粉酵解,并失去部分水,成为淡粉色团块,实验室为自然干燥,完全干燥前,尽量将含水的淡粉色团块碾碎,完全干燥后,碾成粉状,再加入占配置总量5%的碳酸钠,加入占配置总量2%的硅酸钠,加入占配置总量10%的硫酸钠,再加入占配置总量8%的过碳酸钠作为漂白剂,搅拌混合均匀,最后加入香精适量,密闭条件下混和均匀,配置完成。
本发明环保无公害洗衣粉,外观为淡粉色粉状,PH值约为8.1,弱碱性,加水稀释,配成洗涤用水后,PH值约为7,接近中性,无刺激性,洗涤衣物后,衣物具有良好的柔顺度,无脱色现象,对衣物纤维的强度无影响,基本符合或优于国家对洗涤用品的要求。
本发明环保无公害洗衣粉,置于塑料容器中,自然条件下静置2年,无虫蛀,霉变,潮解,结块现象,并始终保持良好的洗净效果。
