The push-pull cylinder 10 is a cylinder or an oil cylinder.
Before machining, each workpiece to be machined is sequentially mounted on the corresponding jig main shaft 14, and the workpiece is clamped and positioned by the clamping jaws 15 by the elastic force of the springs 16.
When the machining is needed, the synchronous belt wheel 7 is driven to rotate by using external equipment to synchronously drive the clamp main shaft 14 to rotate, the workpiece is finally rotated, after the workpiece is rotated to a specified position, the push-pull cylinder 10 is started to pull the mandrel 13, the mandrel 13 moves to a limit position, the push-pull cylinder 10 is pulled reversely, and finally the end-toothed disc locking block 6 is matched with the end-toothed disc positioning block 3 and the end-toothed disc rotating block 4 to lock the clamp main shaft 14, so that the rotation freedom degree of the clamp main shaft 14 is limited, and the workpiece machining at the angle can be carried out.
After the angular positions of all the workpieces are machined, the push-pull cylinder 10 is started to push the mandrel 13, so that the end-toothed disc locking block 6 is separated from the end-toothed disc positioning block 3 and the end-toothed disc rotating block 4.
And (3) driving the clamp main shaft 14 to rotate to a new indexing angle by using external equipment again, and starting the push-pull cylinder 10 to realize locking and positioning by referring to the previous positioning and locking operation so as to process the angle.
