Abstract
The invention relates to a device for automatically installing a C-shaped clamp spring, which comprises a clamp spring breaking mechanism (24) and a clamp spring pressing mechanism, wherein the clamp spring pressing mechanism comprises a clamp spring pressing cylinder (21), a linear bearing (13) and a guide pillar (23), the clamp spring breaking mechanism (24) is connected with the clamp spring pressing cylinder (21) through a floating joint, and the clamp spring breaking mechanism (24) moves up and down in a matched manner through the linear bearing (13) and the guide pillar (23); during processing, the snap spring mechanism (24) stretches out to break off the snap spring, and then the snap spring is pressed into a product by stretching out of the press-in cylinder (21). Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency, adjustable pressing depth, self-centering of the guide ring and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic clamp spring mounting device, in particular to a device for automatically mounting a C-shaped clamp spring.
Background
At present, the C-shaped clamp spring is mostly installed manually through clamp spring pliers, the method has low efficiency, high difficulty, uncontrollable installation quality, easy personal injury caused by improper operation and low safety; therefore, it is necessary to develop a simple, efficient and safe device for automatically installing the C-shaped clamp spring.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a device for automatically installing a C-shaped clamp spring, which is simple, high in efficiency, adjustable in pressing depth and self-centering in a guide ring.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
the device comprises a clamp spring breaking mechanism and a clamp spring pressing mechanism, wherein the clamp spring pressing mechanism comprises a clamp spring pressing cylinder, a linear bearing and a guide pillar, the clamp spring breaking mechanism is connected with the clamp spring pressing cylinder through a floating joint, and the clamp spring breaking mechanism moves up and down in a matched manner through the linear bearing and the guide pillar;
during processing, the clamp spring mechanism stretches out to break off the clamp spring, and then the clamp spring is pressed into a product by stretching out of the clamp spring pressing cylinder.
The descending position of the snap spring breaking mechanism is adjusted through a limiting rod.
The snap spring breaking mechanism comprises a snap spring breaking cylinder, a wedge block and a cam, wherein a cylinder limiter is arranged at the tail of the snap spring breaking cylinder and used for adjusting the relative movement of the wedge block and the cam and controlling the opening degree of the snap spring.
The snap spring mechanism also comprises a spring, a guide rail, a needle blocking fixing seat and a cam fixing seat, wherein the cam is connected with the cam fixing seat, the cam fixing seat is connected with the needle blocking fixing seat and horizontally moves through the guide rail, and the cam fixing seat is reset through the spring.
The clamp spring breaking mechanism further comprises a clamp pin pressing block and a clamp pin, the clamp pin fixing seat and the clamp pin pressing block are provided with semicircular grooves, the clamp pin is locked by screws and used for fixing the clamp pin, and the clamp pin is contacted with the C-shaped clamp spring and used for opening the clamp spring.
The bottom of the snap spring breaking mechanism is provided with an adjusting rod positioned at the right center of the gear needle fixing seat, the adjusting rod is fixed on the adjusting rod mounting seat, and the adjusting rod is in contact limit with the top surface of the product and used for adjusting the relative depth of the snap spring after being pressed in with the top surface of the product.
The bottom of the snap spring breaking mechanism is provided with a guide ring for centering and guiding before the snap spring is pressed in.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) The automation is high: the device can completely replace manual operation, avoids artificial uncontrollable factors and improves the product quality.
2) The safety is high: the device avoids personal injury caused by improper manual operation.
3) The universality is wide: the device can adapt to clamping springs with various specifications, the opening degree and the pressing depth of the clamping springs are randomly adjustable, the universality is wide, and the device can be widely applied to related industries and equipment.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a device for automatically installing a C-shaped clamp spring comprises a clamp spring breaking mechanism 24 and a clamp spring pressing mechanism, wherein the clamp spring pressing mechanism comprises a clamp spring pressing cylinder 21, the clamp spring breaking mechanism 24 is connected with the clamp spring pressing cylinder 21 through a floating joint, and the clamp spring breaking mechanism 24 moves up and down in a matched manner through a linear bearing 13 and a guide post 23;
during processing, the snap spring mechanism 24 is extended to break off the snap spring, and then the snap spring pressing-in cylinder 21 is extended to press the snap spring into a product.
The falling position of the snap spring breaking mechanism 24 is adjusted through the limiting rod 14.
The snap spring breaking mechanism 24 comprises a snap spring breaking cylinder 16, a wedge 11 and a cam 5, wherein a cylinder limiter 15 is arranged at the tail of the snap spring breaking cylinder 16, and the cylinder limiter 15 is used for adjusting the relative movement of the wedge 11 and the cam 5 and controlling the opening degree of the snap spring.
The snap spring mechanism 24 further comprises a spring 3, a guide rail 4, a needle blocking fixing seat 9 and a cam fixing seat 10, the cam 5 is connected with the cam fixing seat 10, the cam fixing seat 10 is connected with the needle blocking fixing seat 9 and horizontally moves through the guide rail 4, and the cam fixing seat 10 is reset through the spring 3.
The snap spring breaking mechanism 24 further comprises a stop pin pressing block 18 and a stop pin 19, the stop pin fixing seat 9 and the stop pin pressing block 18 are provided with semicircular grooves, the stop pin pressing block is locked by screws and used for fixing the stop pin 19, and the stop pin 19 is contacted with the C-shaped snap spring 20 and used for opening the snap spring. The bottom of the snap spring breaking mechanism 24 is provided with an adjusting rod 7 positioned at the center of the stop needle fixing seat 9, the adjusting rod 7 is fixed on the adjusting rod mounting seat 8, and the adjusting rod 7 is in contact limit with the top surface of a product and used for adjusting the relative depth of the snap spring after being pressed in with the top surface of the product.
The bottom of the snap spring breaking mechanism 24 is provided with a guide ring 6 for centering and guiding before the snap spring is pressed in.

the snap spring breaking mechanism (24) comprises a snap spring breaking cylinder (16), a wedge block (11) and a cam (5), wherein the tail part of the snap spring breaking cylinder (16) is provided with a cylinder limiter (15), and the cylinder limiter (15) is used for adjusting the relative movement of the wedge block (11) and the cam (5) and controlling the opening degree of the snap spring;
the snap spring mechanism (24) further comprises a spring (3), a guide rail (4), a needle blocking fixing seat (9) and a cam fixing seat (10), the cam (5) is connected with the cam fixing seat (10), the cam fixing seat (10) is connected with the needle blocking fixing seat (9) and moves horizontally through the guide rail (4), and the cam fixing seat (10) is reset through the spring (3);
the clamp spring breaking mechanism (24) further comprises a clamp spring blocking block (18) and a clamp spring (19), the clamp spring blocking fixing seat (9) and the clamp spring blocking block (18) are provided with semicircular grooves, the clamp spring blocking block is locked by screws and used for fixing the clamp spring blocking (19), and the clamp spring blocking (19) is contacted with the C-shaped clamp spring (20) and used for opening the clamp spring;
the bottom of the snap spring breaking mechanism (24) is provided with an adjusting rod (7) positioned at the center of the stop needle fixing seat (9), the adjusting rod (7) is fixed on the adjusting rod mounting seat (8), and the adjusting rod (7) is in contact limit with the top surface of a product and used for adjusting the relative depth of the snap spring after being pressed in with the top surface of the product.
