For saving the labor cost, improving the degree of automation, the feed inlet 25 of the first cleaning baffle 21 of each cleaning rack 2 is provided with the belt feeding mechanism 4, and the discharge outlet 23 is provided with the telescopic pushing mechanism 5, one end of the belt feeding mechanism 4 is close to the feed inlet 25 of the first cleaning baffle 21, the other end is close to the discharge outlet 23 of the second cleaning baffle 22 of the last cleaning rack 2, and one end of the belt feeding mechanism 4 is higher than the other end, so that the height difference is formed between the discharge outlet 23 and the lower end of the belt feeding mechanism 4, a product piece can conveniently fall to the lower end of the belt feeding mechanism 4 after being discharged from the discharge outlet 23, and when the product piece is conveyed to the higher end of the belt feeding mechanism 4, the product piece can automatically fall into the feed inlet 25 under the cooperation of self gravity and belt pushing force, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the cleaning procedure.
The belt feeding mechanism 4 is fixed on the side wall of the cleaning tank 1 through a mounting bracket 45, the belt feeding mechanism 4 comprises a transmission belt 41, a belt pulley 42, a driving motor 43 and a plurality of driving rollers 44, the transmission belt 41 is arranged on the belt pulley 42 and the driving rollers 44, the driving motor 43 is arranged on the outer side of the belt pulley 42, the driving rollers are fixed on the side wall of the cleaning tank 1 through a supporting frame 46, and feeding baffles 47 are arranged on two sides of the transmission belt 41, so that products can be prevented from falling to other places from the transmission belt 41.
