本发明公开了一种霍山石斛护肤精华液及其制备方法,涉及护肤品技术领域,本发明以马鞭石斛提取物作为主要成分,并协以多种辅料和功能助剂制得护肤精华液,该精华液的制备实现了霍山石斛在护肤品领域的实际应用,充分利用霍山石斛所含护肤成分,提升其经济价值;并且所制精华液的护肤效果显著,能有效改善人体皮肤问题,美白效果好;同时温和无刺激,未出现不良反应,使用安全性高。

本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种霍山石斛护肤精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术:
霍山石斛,俗称米斛,是兰科石斛属的草本植物,主产于大别山区的安徽省霍山县,大多生长在云雾缭绕的悬崖峭壁崖石缝隙间和参天古树上,生于山地林中树干上和山谷岩石上。霍山石斛能大幅度提高人体内SOD(延缓衰老的主要物质)水平,对经常熬夜、用脑、烟酒过度,体虚乏力的人群,经常饮用非常适宜。此外,霍山石斛有明目作用,也能调和阴阳、壮阳补肾、养颜驻容,从而达到保健益寿的功效。
鉴于霍山石斛所具有的养颜驻容功效,本公司以霍山石斛作为主要成分,经提取制得石斛提取物,并协以多种辅料和功能助剂开发出一种护肤精华液。该精华液的制取实现了霍山石斛在护肤品领域的新应用,并且所制精华液的护肤效果显著,能有效改善人体皮肤问题,并且温和无刺激,使用安全性高。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用安全性高、美白效果好且制备方法简单易操作的霍山石斛护肤精华液及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种霍山石斛护肤精华液,由如下质量百分比的原料组成:
甘露醇0.5-3%、神经酰胺2 0.1-0.3%、神经酰胺3 0.1-0.3%、神经酰胺6II0.1-0.3%、磷脂质0.5-3%、胆固醇0.2-0.5%、米糠醇0.2-0.5%、肌肽0.2-0.5%、马鞭石斛提取物1-5%、乳酸菌/绿豆籽提取物发酵产物滤液0.5-3%、生育酚0.2-0.5%、氨基丁酸0.2-0.5%、二胜肽0.2-0.5%、三胜肽0.2-0.5%、四胜肽0.2-0.5%、尿囊素0.2-0.5%、高分子玻尿酸0.2-0.5%、低分子玻尿酸0.2-0.5%、维生素原B5 0.2-0.5%、甘油0.5-3%、溶菌酶β-葡聚糖0.2-0.5%、普鲁兰多糖0.2-0.5%、厚朴树皮提取物0.2-0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3%、植物鞘氨醇0.1-0.3%、咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3%、羟苯甲酯0.1-0.3%、去离子水余量。
上述霍山石斛护肤精华液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)油相制备:将油、脂、蜡、乳化剂和其他油溶性成分加入夹套溶解锅内,开启蒸汽加热,在不断搅拌的条件下加热至70-75℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
(2)水相制备:将去离子水和水溶性成分加入夹套溶解锅中,搅拌下加热至90-100℃,维持20min灭菌,然后冷却至70-80℃待用;
(3)乳化和冷却:将上述油相和水相通过过滤器后加入乳化锅内,并在70-80℃下搅拌乳化5-10min,乳化后体系自然冷却至室温,再加入热敏性成分,充分搅拌均匀。
所述马鞭石斛提取物在水提取液纯化时使用脱色剂进行脱色处理。
所述脱色剂选用200目的活性炭粉。
所述脱色剂由食品级多聚谷氨酸和鲸蜡醇经酯化反应制得,其制备方法为:于20-25℃下将食品级多聚谷氨酸溶于去离子水中配成饱和溶液,再加入鲸蜡醇,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌,并补加无水乙醇使鲸蜡醇完全溶解,然后滴加浓硫酸调节体系pH值至4-5,继续加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将反应液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经制粒机制成200目的颗粒,即得脱色剂。
所述食品级多聚谷氨酸、鲸蜡醇的质量比为5-10:1。
自制脱色剂具有与活性炭相比拟的脱色效果,且相比活性炭能显著减少马鞭石斛提取物所含有效成分在脱色过程中因过度吸附而造成的损失量。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以马鞭石斛提取物作为主要成分,并协以多种辅料和功能助剂制得护肤精华液,该精华液的制备实现了霍山石斛在护肤品领域的实际应用,充分利用霍山石斛所含护肤成分,提升其经济价值;并且所制精华液的护肤效果显著,能有效改善人体皮肤问题,美白效果好;同时温和无刺激,未出现不良反应,使用安全性高。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
按照表1所述质量百分比称取各组分。

按照以下步骤制备实施例1-3的精华液:
(1)油相制备:将油、脂、蜡、乳化剂和其他油溶性成分加入夹套溶解锅内,开启蒸汽加热,在不断搅拌的条件下加热至70-75℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
(2)水相制备:将去离子水和水溶性成分加入夹套溶解锅中,搅拌下加热至90-100℃,维持20min灭菌,然后冷却至70-80℃待用;
(3)乳化和冷却:将上述油相和水相通过过滤器后加入乳化锅内,并在70-80℃下搅拌乳化5-10min,乳化后体系自然冷却至室温,再加入热敏性成分,充分搅拌均匀。
实施例4刺激性评估(人体皮肤斑贴试验)
受试物:实施例1-3精华液;
阴性对照:空白对照;
受试者:共50人,其中男25人,女25人,年龄18-30岁;
斑试方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法将0.02-0.025ml受试物涂于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者前臂曲侧,24h后取出受试物,于去除受试物斑试器后30min,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。

实施例5美白效果评估
受试物:实施例1-3精华液;
阴性对照:空白对照;
受试者:健康豚鼠50只,雌雄各半,体重375±20g;
测试方法:用剪刀剪除豚鼠背部面积6cm×10cm的长毛,剃须刀剃净短毛。选用UVB光源照射,照射总量为2500mJ/cm,共照射出6个面积相等的区域,照射后色素沉着稳定后开始涂抹等量受试物,每天两次剃毛涂抹受试物,并分别于照射前、照射后、受试物涂抹1周、2周、3周、4周后用色度测量仪测量豚鼠背部皮肤各区域的颜色变化,结果如表4所示。

对实施例1-3所用马鞭石斛提取物在水提取液纯化时使用脱色剂进行脱色处理,脱色剂的制备:于20-25℃下将5g食品级多聚谷氨酸溶于去离子水中配成饱和溶液,再加入1g鲸蜡醇,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌,并补加无水乙醇使鲸蜡醇完全溶解,然后滴加浓硫酸调节体系pH值至4-5,继续加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将反应液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经制粒机制成200目的颗粒,即得脱色剂。
实施例8
分别利用等量实施例6、实施例7所述脱色剂对等量同批制备的马鞭石斛水提取液进行脱色处理,并测定脱色效果,如表5所示。

1.一种霍山石斛护肤精华液,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的原料组成:
甘露醇0.5-3%、神经酰胺2 0.1-0.3%、神经酰胺3 0.1-0.3%、神经酰胺6II0.1-0.3%、磷脂质0.5-3%、胆固醇0.2-0.5%、米糠醇0.2-0.5%、肌肽0.2-0.5%、马鞭石斛提取物1-5%、乳酸菌/绿豆籽提取物发酵产物滤液0.5-3%、生育酚0.2-0.5%、氨基丁酸0.2-0.5%、二胜肽0.2-0.5%、三胜肽0.2-0.5%、四胜肽0.2-0.5%、尿囊素0.2-0.5%、高分子玻尿酸0.2-0.5%、低分子玻尿酸0.2-0.5%、维生素原B5 0.2-0.5%、甘油0.5-3%、溶菌酶β-葡聚糖0.2-0.5%、普鲁兰多糖0.2-0.5%、厚朴树皮提取物0.2-0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3%、植物鞘氨醇0.1-0.3%、咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3%、羟苯甲酯0.1-0.3%、去离子水余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的霍山石斛护肤精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)油相制备:将油、脂、蜡、乳化剂和其他油溶性成分加入夹套溶解锅内,开启蒸汽加热,在不断搅拌的条件下加热至70-75℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
(2)水相制备:将去离子水和水溶性成分加入夹套溶解锅中,搅拌下加热至90-100℃,维持20min灭菌,然后冷却至70-80℃待用;
(3)乳化和冷却:将上述油相和水相通过过滤器后加入乳化锅内,并在70-80℃下搅拌乳化5-10min,乳化后体系自然冷却至室温,再加入热敏性成分,充分搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的霍山石斛护肤精华液,其特征在于:所述马鞭石斛提取物在水提取液纯化时使用脱色剂进行脱色处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的霍山石斛护肤精华液,其特征在于:所述脱色剂选用200目的活性炭粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的霍山石斛护肤精华液,其特征在于:所述脱色剂由食品级多聚谷氨酸和鲸蜡醇经酯化反应制得,其制备方法为:于20-25℃下将食品级多聚谷氨酸溶于去离子水中配成饱和溶液,再加入鲸蜡醇,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌,并补加无水乙醇使鲸蜡醇完全溶解,然后滴加浓硫酸调节体系pH值至4-5,继续加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将反应液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经制粒机制成200目的颗粒,即得脱色剂。
