Management control method for warehousing and ex-warehouse of semi-finished products
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of office management, in particular to a management method for warehousing and ex-warehouse of semi-finished products.
Background
The semi-finished product refers to an intermediate product which is subjected to a certain production process, is inspected to be qualified, delivered to a semi-finished product warehouse for storage, is not manufactured completely to become a finished product, and still needs to be further processed.
In the production and daily management of enterprises, the production management of semi-finished products is relatively complex, because semi-finished products are not finished products and can be finished products only by subsequent further processing, many production management systems do not accurately define the semi-finished products, most of the semi-finished products still use the semi-finished products as parts for definition, but the semi-finished products are not the parts, and most of the semi-finished products can be finished products only by simple subsequent processing under the current production environment, and the management mode of blindly defining the semi-finished products as the parts is not suitable for the semi-finished products, which easily causes confusion and causes inconvenience of material management.
For example, patent application 200410034778.0 discloses an automatic storing and warehousing-in/out system for pallets loaded with green tires, which automatically stores and warehouses pallets loaded with green tires in a storage place for storage when green tires, each of which is completed after a molding machine in a molding process is assembled with semi-finished products, are put into a vulcanizing machine in a subsequent process in a tire manufacturing process. The system comprises: a warehouse entry conveying device (3) for warehousing pallets (2) loaded with green tires (1) of which the molding process is finished; a tower robot device (5) which moves the warehoused pallet (2) to a loading and storing position and moves the warehoused pallet (2) to the warehouse-out conveying equipment (4) when the warehouse is out; and a delivery transport facility (4) for delivering the pallet delivered by the tower robot device (5) to the delivery site. The tower robot (5) is movable in the directions of an X-axis (6), a Y-axis (7), a Z-axis (8) to selectively move and manipulate the pallet (2). In the patent application, the semi-finished products are regarded as being out of stock when entering the subsequent processing, and the finished products after the processing are recorded as being in stock, which is practically consistent with the existing part management, so that the problems cannot be solved, and the extra workload is brought to the stock management.
Still another example is patent application 201710083424.2, which discloses a method for quality management in a production plant, comprising the steps of: writing a bed cutting list instruction, RFID (radio frequency identification) or bar code information of each piece of cloth and related data set by a process into an intermediate library, generating the bed cutting list instruction list by the intermediate library and capturing a key process in the process setting; automatically generating cutting spreading details after scanning each piece of cloth to be cut by the RFID or the bar code label; then, bundling the cut pieces, and sticking the bar code labels and the RFID cards; sub-packaging the cut pieces subjected to the bundling management, scanning and warehousing the cut pieces into a semi-finished cut piece supermarket, and scanning and delivering the cut pieces out of the warehouse; sewing, swiping a card, scanning and reading the semi-finished cut pieces which are scanned out of the warehouse, and displaying data through a workshop electronic billboard; meanwhile, key processes are subjected to process production progress card swiping scanning and reading and then are sent to a quality management APP for quality management. The application also has the problems, and therefore, improvement is needed to cooperate with the management relationship between semi-finished products and parts and finished products, so as to improve the management efficiency and accuracy.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the technology, the invention provides a management control method for warehousing and ex-warehouse of semi-finished products, which distinguishes the semi-finished products from raw materials, parts and finished products through effective management of the semi-finished products and improves the accuracy and reliability of inventory management.
To achieve the above object, the present invention is achieved as described above.
A management control method for the delivery and storage of semi-finished products is characterized in that the method performs delivery treatment on raw materials and parts for manufacturing the semi-finished products while the semi-finished products are delivered, and delivers the semi-finished products as the parts while the semi-finished products are delivered, namely, the semi-finished products are delivered while the semi-finished products are delivered, so that the accuracy and the reliability of the system for the management of the semi-finished products are improved.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
101. establishing a semi-finished product database;
102. associating the semi-finished product with raw materials and parts used for production;
the association is to set corresponding identification codes for the semi-finished product and the raw materials and parts used by the semi-finished product so as to facilitate data extraction.
103. Generating a batching sheet according to raw materials and parts used by the semi-finished product;
the batching sheet is extracted according to the semi-finished product and the related raw materials and parts, and corresponding suppliers and quantities are selected to generate the batching sheet for production.
104. Producing to produce a semi-finished product;
105. and warehousing the semi-finished products, and taking the raw materials and the parts out of the warehouse.
And when the semi-finished products are put in storage, corresponding raw materials and parts are taken out of the storage according to the batching list, so that batching storage is reduced.
The method also comprises the following steps:
106. extracting semi-finished products and producing finished products;
107. and warehousing the finished products, and warehousing the corresponding semi-finished products.
When finished products are put in storage, corresponding semi-finished products are deducted to be taken out of the storage, so that the storage is reduced.
According to the invention, through independent management of the semi-finished products and combination of the semi-finished products with the raw materials and the parts, the raw materials, the parts and the semi-finished products can be accurately delivered and stored in the warehouse in the production management, and the semi-finished products are accurately distinguished from the raw materials and the parts, so that the accuracy and the reliability of inventory management are improved.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The management control method for warehousing and ex-warehouse of the semi-finished products is characterized in that the method is used for warehousing the semi-finished products and ex-warehouse processing of raw materials and parts for manufacturing the semi-finished products, and ex-warehouse is carried out on the semi-finished products as the parts when the semi-finished products are warehoused, namely, when the semi-finished products are warehoused, so that the accuracy and the reliability of the system for managing the semi-finished products are improved.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
101. establishing a semi-finished product database;
102. associating the semi-finished product with raw materials and parts used for production;
the association is to set corresponding identification codes for the semi-finished product and the raw materials and parts used by the semi-finished product so as to facilitate data extraction.
103. Generating a batching sheet according to raw materials and parts used by the semi-finished product;
the batching sheet is extracted according to the semi-finished product and the related raw materials and parts, and corresponding suppliers and quantities are selected to generate the batching sheet for production.
104. Producing to produce a semi-finished product;
105. and warehousing the semi-finished products, and taking the raw materials and the parts out of the warehouse.
