Abstract
本发明公开了一种骨架渗透GM‑28级隔热耐火砖及其制备方法,包括内部骨架和外部浇筑层;所述的多个内部骨架呈同心环体分布;所述的内部骨架封装在外部浇筑层内部;将主料和辅料进行充分混合后包裹填充内部骨架进行烧制,制得本发明的耐火砖。本发明结构强度高,配合专门的制备方法,使得本发明的整个强度得到质的飞跃。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
耐火材料一般分为两种,即不定型耐火材料和定型耐火材料。不定型耐火材料也叫浇注料,是由多种骨料或集料和一种或多种粘和剂组成的混合粉状颗料,使用时必须和一种或多种液体配合搅拌均匀,具有较强的流动性。定型耐火材料一般指耐火砖,其形状有标准规则,也可以根据需要筑切时临时加工。对于GM-28级隔热耐火砖而言一般是通过三氧化二铝和二氧化硅配合辅料进行加热烧制而成,但是这样的耐火砖在实际作业一定时间之后会出现结构强度不高、易裂的弊端。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种结构强度高的GM-28级隔热耐火砖及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖,包括内部骨架和外部浇筑层;所述的内部骨架呈环体柱形结构;所述的内部骨架上均匀分布多个渗透孔;所述的内部骨架设置多个;所述的多个内部骨架的直径长度依次递减;所述的多个内部骨架呈同心环体分布;所述的内部骨架封装在外部浇筑层内部;所述的外部浇筑层包括主料和辅料;所述的主料包括三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼;所述的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼的重量比为2:2:1;所述的辅料包括膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂;所述的膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂的重量比为1:5:0.1;所述的主料和辅料的重量比为5:1。
进一步,所述的内部骨架由碳化硅材料制成;所述的内部骨架呈圆形环体结构。

一种骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将主料中的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼粉料按照比例进行混合,然后在混合后的主料中加入水充分搅拌,得到糊状主料;
S2、将辅料中的膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂按照比例进行混合,然后在辅料中加入水搅拌,之后送入到发泡剂中发泡,制得带有泡沫的糊状辅料;
S3、将糊状主料和糊状辅料进行充分搅拌混合,得到外部浇筑料;
S4、首先在耐火砖模具底部铺设一层底部浇注料,然后将铺设在耐火砖模具底部的一层底部浇注料送入窑炉中进行一次加热,加热完成后取出耐火砖模具,将内部骨架垂直安置在底部浇注料的上端中间,再向耐火砖模具内倒入外部浇筑料,使得外部浇筑料从渗透孔渗透包裹填充内部骨架,最后将耐火砖模具送入到窑炉中进行二次加热,加热完成后冷却出窑,制成耐火砖。
进一步,所述步骤S4中一次加热的温度为100至110℃,一次加热时间为20至30min;所述的步骤S4中二次加热温度为1400至1600℃,二次加热时间为5至6h。
进一步,所述的步骤S4中首先安置直径小的内部骨架,然后依次向外安置直径大的内部骨架,最终形成多个内部骨架同心环体结构。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的耐火砖改变了传统一体烧制成型的结构,本发明在外部浇筑层内设置了内部骨架,而且多个内部骨架呈同心环体结构分布以及内部骨架上均匀分布多个渗透孔,使得外部浇筑料可以通过内部骨架的渗透孔进行渗透,进而使得外部浇筑料渗透包裹内部骨架,整个结构强度得到质的提升。本发明在主料中加入了六方氮化硼,通过六方氮化硼的六面晶体的特性使得三氧化二铝和二氧化硅快速聚合烧制,整个结构更加稳固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1至3所示,一种骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖,包括内部骨架2和外部浇筑层1。内部骨架2呈环体柱形结构。内部骨架2可由碳化硅材料制成。内部骨架2可具体呈圆形环体结构,当然也可以呈矩形环体结构,本领域技术人员可以自行选择。所述的内部骨架2上均匀分布多个渗透孔24,渗透孔24用于外部浇筑层1的渗透。所述的内部骨架2设置多个。所述的多个内部骨架2的直径长度依次递减,内部骨架2设置2至4个,本发明可优选3个内部骨架2。如图2所示,内部骨架2包括外侧骨架23、中间骨架22、内侧骨架21,这三个内部骨架依次套接呈同心环体分布的结构。所述的内部骨架2封装在外部浇筑层1内部。述的外部浇筑层1包括主料和辅料。所述的主料包括三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼;所述的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼的重量比为2:2:1;所述的辅料包括膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂。膨胀剂为蓝晶石、硅线石、红柱石中的一种或几种。粘结剂为高岭土或者骨胶液。发泡剂为松香树脂类发泡剂。所述的膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂的重量比为1:5:0.1;所述的主料和辅料的重量比为5:1。
本发明的一种骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将主料中的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼粉料按照比例进行混合,然后在混合后的主料中加入水充分搅拌,得到糊状主料。
S2、将辅料中的膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂按照比例进行混合,然后在辅料中加入水搅拌,之后送入到发泡剂中发泡,制得带有泡沫的糊状辅料。
S3、将糊状主料和糊状辅料进行充分搅拌混合,得到外部浇筑料。
S4、首先在耐火砖模具底部铺设一层底部浇注料11,然后将铺设在耐火砖模具底部的一层底部浇注料11送入窑炉中进行一次加热,一次加热的温度为100至110℃,一次加热时间为20至30min,如此可以使底部浇注料11由糊状形态变为质地稍硬的形态,便于安置内部骨架,使内部骨架不至于陷入层底部浇注料11内,要注意的是不能使底部浇注料11完全干燥变硬,如此会导致底部浇注料11和整个结构脱节的风险,所以要合理控制一次加热时间和温度,本实施例可以合理控制在一次加热的温度为105℃,一次加热时间为25min。一次加热完成后取出耐火砖模具,将内部骨架垂直安置在底部浇注料的上端中间,具体可首先安置直径小的内部骨架,然后依次向外安置直径大的内部骨架,最终形成多个内部骨架同心环体结构。再向耐火砖模具内倒入外部浇筑料,使得外部浇筑料从渗透孔渗透包裹填充内部骨架,最后将耐火砖模具送入到窑炉中进行二次加热,二次加热温度为1400至1600℃,二次加热时间为5至6h,加热完成后冷却出窑,制成耐火砖。
本发明的耐火砖改变了传统一体烧制成型的结构,本发明在外部浇筑层内设置了内部骨架,而且多个内部骨架呈同心环体结构分布以及内部骨架上均匀分布多个渗透孔,使得外部浇筑料可以通过内部骨架的渗透孔进行渗透,进而使得外部浇筑料渗透包裹内部骨架,整个结构强度得到质的提升。本发明在主料中加入了六方氮化硼,通过六方氮化硼的六面晶体的特性使得三氧化二铝和二氧化硅快速聚合烧制,整个结构更加稳固。

1.一种骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括内部骨架和外部浇筑层;所述的内部骨架呈环体柱形结构;所述的内部骨架上均匀分布多个渗透孔;所述的内部骨架设置多个;所述的多个内部骨架的直径长度依次递减;所述的多个内部骨架呈同心环体分布;所述的内部骨架封装在外部浇筑层内部;所述的外部浇筑层包括主料和辅料;所述的主料包括三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼;所述的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、六方氮化硼的重量比为2:2:1;所述的辅料包括膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂;所述的膨胀剂、粘结剂、发泡剂的重量比为1:5:0.1;所述的主料和辅料的重量比为5:1;步骤如下:

S4、首先在耐火砖模具底部铺设一层底部浇注料,然后将铺设在耐火砖模具底部的一层底部浇注料送入窑炉中进行一次加热,加热完成后取出耐火砖模具,将内部骨架垂直安置在底部浇注料的上端中间,再向耐火砖模具内倒入外部浇筑料,使得外部浇筑料从渗透孔渗透包裹填充内部骨架,最后将耐火砖模具送入到窑炉中进行二次加热,加热完成后冷却出窑,制成耐火砖;所述步骤S4中一次加热的温度为100至110℃,一次加热时间为20至30min;所述的步骤S4中二次加热温度为1400至1600℃,二次加热时间为5至6h。

7.根据权利要求1所述的骨架渗透GM-28级隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S4中首先安置直径小的内部骨架,然后依次向外安置直径大的内部骨架,最终形成多个内部骨架同心环体结构。
