一种多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置,包括设置在用户安装板上的阳头双通道界面,阳头双通道界面在用户安装板上间隔布置有多组,阳头双通道界面连接双阴转接器,与双阴转接器之间设有径向浮动间隙。阳头双通道界面与双阴转接器之间设有防泄漏卡圈。阳头双通道界面采用一体加工成型的有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面。本发明多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置能够满足集成度较高的多组双通道产品板对板之间的信号传输,双阴转接器与阳头双通道界面之间设有径向浮动间隙,使得装置能够径向浮动,确保多通道头座对插时实现对插到位,在工作频率范围内具有优良的射频性能,能实现SMP间距3.6mm、SSMP间距2.6mm、CSMP间距2mm等。

技术领域
本发明涉及射频同轴产品连接装置,具体涉及一种多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置及其应用,适用于集成度要求高、间距超小、双通道阴头出口无法实现一体加工的场合。
背景技术
SMP、SSMP、CSMP等产品因其盲插结构的特殊性,其阴头端通常为劈槽涨口结构,以确保与阳头对插时的接触可靠,与此同时,由于接触头劈槽加工的特殊性以及射频同轴产品阻抗匹配的必要性,该类型产品安装最小间距受接触头外径尺寸以及同轴匹配段内外导体及介质的安装结构限制,常规两个阴头产品最小安装间距为:SMP不小于4.2mm,SSMP不小于3.1mm,CSMP不小于2.5mm。由于SMP、SSMP、CSMP等产品具有外形尺寸小,频率高(毫米波频段),安装间距小等特点,使得这些产品成为微波设备中被大规模使用的元器件,经常被集成于一小块安装板,实现板对板的连接。随着小型化设备的安装密度越来越高,小于常规产品安装间距应用的需求也越来越多,高集成度、超小间距是未来的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术中的问题,提供一种多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置,满足双通道以及多通道小间距对板连接产品阴头出口的需求,位置精度高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置,包括设置在用户安装板上的阳头双通道界面,阳头双通道界面在用户安装板上间隔布置有多组,阳头双通道界面连接双阴转接器,双阴转接器之间设有径向浮动间隙。
所述的双通道界面与双阴转接器之间设置有防泄漏卡圈。
所述的阳头双通道界面采用有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面。
所述阳头双通道界面共用同一个外壳,两通道临近处壁厚≤0.3mm,采用一体加工成型。
所述的双阴转接器的最大外径小于两通道间距,例如SMP两通道间距为3.6mm、SSMP两通道间距2.6mm、CSMP两通道间距2mm,等等。
本发明多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置能够应用于SMP、SSMP、CSMP等相似结构产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置能够满足集成度较高的多组双通道产品板对板之间的信号传输,双阴转接器连接时设有径向浮动间隙,使得装置能够径向浮动,确保多通道头座对插时实现对插到位,在工作频率范围内具有优良的射频性能。以往双通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口很难在集成式连接器上实现,本发明能够实现SMP间距3.6mm、SSMP间距2.6mm、CSMP间距2mm等等,满足小型化集成设计安装的发展趋势。
进一步的,本发明阳头双通道界面采用有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面一体加工成型,阳头双通道界面与双阴转接器之间设置有防泄漏卡圈,带卡圈端与有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面对插,确保多通道头座对插时能够对插到位,不会脱落,防泄漏卡圈有助于减小信号的泄漏,保证高频性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置能够在SMP、SSMP、CSMP等多种盲插类结构产品中进行应用,以SMP进行说明。
参见图1-2,本发明多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置,包括设置在用户安装板4上的阳头双通道界面1,阳头双通道界面1在用户安装板4上间隔布置有多组,阳头双通道界面1连接双阴转接器2,阳头双通道界面1与双阴转接器2连接端双阴转接器设置有防泄漏卡圈3。参见图3,阳头双通道界面1采用有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面。本发明防泄漏卡圈3的卡圈端与有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面对插,阳头双通道界面1共用同一个外壳,两通道临近处壁厚≤0.3mm,采用加工中心一体加工成型。防泄漏卡圈3在对插时有一定的扶正作用,保证产品准确对插,
参见图4,双阴转接器2与阳头双通道界面1之间设有径向浮动间隙,使得装置能够径向浮动,确保多通道头座对插时对插到位,转接器一端装防泄漏卡圈3,减小与阳头双通道界面1对插时的信号泄漏,满足高频性能要求。双阴转接器2的最大外径小于两通道间距,两通道间距为3.6mm。
以SMP为例,双通道孔距3.6mm,做成集成式连接器阴头出口很难实现,而且同时实现多对双通道SMP-K出口的信号连接,产品必须具有径向浮动性,此外要在工作频率范围内具有优良的射频性能,做起来存在很大的难度。首先,由于两相邻通道孔距只有3.6mm,不可能做成单路有轴向浮动的产品,必须做双胞胎类的产品,即两个通道做到一只产品上,即两通道产品共用一个外导体;其次,由于加工工艺所限,双胞胎类的产品外壳不能同时加工出两个SMP阴头接触头;由于尺寸过小,接触头零件也出无法通过压配收铆等方式装上去,所以双胞胎类的产品只能做成阳头双通道界面的产品,另外再装入双阴转接器的产品。
本发明能够实现板对板之间双通道以及多对双通道产品集成,结构小巧,集成化程度高。

1.一种多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置,其特征在于:包括设置在用户安装板(4)上的阳头双通道界面(1),阳头双通道界面(1)在用户安装板(4)上间隔布置有多组,阳头双通道界面(1)连接双阴转接器(2),与双阴转接器(2)之间设有径向浮动间隙;
阳头双通道界面(1)的两通道临近处壁厚≤0.3mm;
所述的阳头双通道界面(1)与双阴转接器(2)之间设置有防泄漏卡圈(3);
所述的双阴转接器(2)的最大外径小于两通道间距;
所述的阳头双通道界面(1)采用有限擒纵或者全擒纵界面;
所述的阳头双通道界面(1)共用同一个外壳,采用一体加工成型。
2.一种如权利要求1所述多通道超小间距板间连接阴头出口装置在SMP、SSMP、CSMP盲插结构产品中的应用。
