Abstract
The invention discloses a detection mechanism for a soft board reinforcing sheet, which is used for detecting a soft board conveyed by a conveying device along the Y-axis direction; the detection mechanism comprises a rack, a detection assembly arranged on the rack and a driving mechanism which is connected with the rack and can drive the detection assembly to move along the X-axis direction. The detection assembly comprises a connecting plate, a detection head and a rolling pressing mechanism, wherein the connecting plate is arranged on the rack and connected with the driving mechanism, the detection head is connected to the connecting plate, and the rolling pressing mechanism is used for rolling and pressing a soft board to be detected. The detection mechanism is high in detection efficiency and accurate in detection result.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of circuit board manufacturing, in particular to a detection mechanism for a reinforcing sheet attached to a soft board.
Background
In the manufacturing process of the circuit board, reinforcing sheets are usually adhered to the flexible board of the circuit board. Since the sticking may be missed or too much, the flexible board to which the reinforcing sheet is attached needs to be detected by a detection device.
When the existing detection device is used for detection, a soft board is usually placed on a workbench, the height of a position to be detected is measured through a detection head, and whether leakage sticking or sticking of a plurality of positions exists or not is judged according to the height. However, due to the characteristics of the flexible board, even if the periphery of the flexible board is pressed by the hollowed-out pressing plate, the position to be detected of the flexible board cannot be completely attached to the working table, so that the detection result is inaccurate.

As shown in fig. 1, a detection mechanism for a soft board reinforcing sheet is used for detecting a soft board 60 conveyed by a conveying device 50 along a Y-axis direction; the detection mechanism comprises a frame 10, a detection assembly arranged on the frame 10 and a driving mechanism which is connected with the frame 10 and can drive the detection assembly to move along the X-axis direction. The detection assembly comprises a connecting plate 22 arranged on the frame 10, a detection head 21 connected to the connecting plate 22, and a rolling pressing mechanism for rolling and pressing the soft board 60 to be detected. The connecting plate 22 is connected to a drive mechanism. According to the detection mechanism for the reinforcing sheet attached to the soft board, the rolling pressing mechanism is used for rolling and pressing the soft board 60 to be detected, so that the position to be detected of the soft board 60 is completely attached to the detection table top, the detection accuracy is greatly improved, and the detection efficiency is high.
Specifically, the rolling pressing mechanism includes two rolling pressing components respectively disposed on two sides of the detection head 21 and slidably connected to the connection plate 22, and a driving device 44 connected to the connection plate 22 and driving the two rolling pressing components to move along the Z-axis direction together. Further, each of the two rolling pressing components comprises a connecting rod 42 connected with the connecting plate 22 in a sliding manner and a roller 41 rotatably connected to the bottom end of the connecting rod 42. The drive means 44 is a pneumatic cylinder. The two rolling pressing assemblies are driven by the air cylinder to move up and down together, so that the distance between the two rollers 41 and the detection table board is adjusted, and the detection table board is suitable for detecting the soft boards 60 with different thicknesses.
In order to realize the stable sliding of the two rolling pressing components, two sliding rails 221 can be arranged on the connecting plate 22 along the Z-axis direction; the two connecting rods 42 are respectively connected with a sliding block 43, and the two sliding blocks 43 are respectively connected with the two sliding rails 221 in a sliding manner; both sliders 43 are connected with the movable end of the cylinder.
In the invention, the driving mechanism comprises a driving wheel 31 and a driven wheel 32 which are rotationally connected with the frame 10, a belt 33 connected with the driving wheel 31 and the driven wheel 32, and a motor connected with the frame 10 and driving the driving wheel 31 to rotate; the connecting plate 22 is connected to the belt 33. The driving wheel 31 is driven by the motor to rotate, so as to drive the connecting plate 22, the detection head 21 connected to the connecting plate 22 and the rolling holding mechanism to move together along the X-axis direction. In addition, since the conveyor 50 conveys the flexible board 60 in the Y-axis direction, the detection mechanism is used in cooperation with the conveyor 50, thereby enabling the flexible board 60 to be detected in all directions. When detecting, the soft board 60 without the patch strong sheet is placed on the conveying device 50 for calibration, no additional calibration device is needed, the structure is simplified, and the use is more convenient.

the rolling pressure holding mechanism includes: the two rolling pressing components are respectively arranged on two sides of the detection head and are in sliding connection with the connecting plate; the driving device is connected with the connecting plate and drives the two rolling pressing components to move along the Z-axis direction together;
both of the rolling pressure holding assemblies include: the connecting rod is connected with the connecting plate in a sliding manner; the roller is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the connecting rod;
two sliding rails are arranged on the connecting plate along the Z-axis direction; the two connecting rods are respectively connected with a sliding block, and the two sliding blocks are respectively connected with the two sliding rails in a sliding manner; the two sliding blocks are connected with the driving device;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are rotationally connected to the rack, a belt connected with the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and a motor connected with the rack and driving the driving wheel to rotate; the connecting plate is connected to the belt.
