复合型墙纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于墙纸技术领域,特别是涉及一种复合型墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸,是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。因为墙纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。中国专利CN 103899067 B公布了“一种变色塑料墙纸”,包括塑料基层、塑料装饰层以及塑料联接层,塑料装饰层的外表面还涂覆有一层变色层,变色层的表面设置有斜划线的凹槽结构,变色层内含有光感变色颗粒,使墙纸具有感光变色的功能,能够增加墙纸的装饰美感。
然而,现市面上销售的墙纸不具备安全环保的特点,装修后墙纸存留的味道会影响人体健康,长时间使用后不仅会出现墙纸开裂的现象,也易沾染灰尘,影响室内装饰的美观度。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合型墙纸及其制备方法,所用材料绿色环保,墙纸的拉伸强度佳,且集防水、防火、吸音和防尘的功能为一体,是室内装饰优选的复合型墙纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种复合型墙纸,包括基底层,所述基底层的任一面设有加强层,所述基底层的另一面设有防水层,所述加强层的另一面设有防火层,所述防火层的另一面设有吸音层,所述吸音层的另一面设有装饰层,所述装饰层的另一面设有防护层;
所述防水层、基底层、加强层、防火层、吸音层、装饰层和防护层的总厚度为0.30-0.50mm,其中,所述防水层的厚度为0.02-0.04mm,所述基底层的厚度为0.04-0.07mm,所述加强层的厚度为0.01-0.04mm,所述防火层的厚度为0.02-0.04mm,所述吸音层的厚度为0.05-0.09mm,所述装饰层的厚度为0.12-0.14mm,所述防护层的厚度为0.04-0.08mm;
所述防水层包括以下重量组份的原料:动物脂肪酸10-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物14-27份和聚氨基甲酸酯10-20份,动物脂肪酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和聚氨基甲酸酯的重量份数的添加比例为1:2:1;
所述防火层包括以下重量组份的原料:丙烯酸树脂4-8份、三聚氰胺10-20份和硅酸钠4-8份,丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺和硅酸钠的重量份数的添加比例为1:3:1;
所述加强层为聚芳酯纤维层;
所述吸音层为活性炭层;
所述防护层为聚乙烯树脂层。
进一步地说,所述聚乙烯树脂层为低密度聚乙烯树脂层、线性低密度聚乙烯树脂层或低压聚乙烯树脂层。
进一步地说,所述丙烯酸树脂的型号为BS-104,粘度为120-140(S)mPas,固体含量为40%,酸值为12mgKOH/g。
进一步地说,所述基底层为纤维布基底层、金属基底层或塑料薄膜层。
进一步地说,所述防水层包括以下重量组份的原料:动物脂肪酸10份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20份和聚氨基甲酸酯10份。
进一步地说,所述防火层包括以下重量组份的原料:丙烯酸树脂4份、三聚氰胺12份和硅酸钠4份。
进一步地说,所述防水层、基底层、加强层、防火层、吸音层、装饰层和防护层的总厚度为0.40mm,其中,所述防水层的厚度为0.03mm,所述基底层的厚度为0.05mm,所述加强层的厚度为0.03mm,所述防火层的厚度为0.03mm,所述吸音层的厚度为0.07mm,所述装饰层的厚度为0.13mm,所述防护层的厚度为0.06mm。
所述的复合型墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将动物脂肪酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物份和聚氨基甲酸酯按重量份数混合熔融后,得到防水层涂料;将丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺和硅酸钠按重量份数混合熔融后,得到防火层涂料;
步骤二:在基底层的一面涂覆一层防水层,并在另一面涂覆一层加强层,在加强层的另一面涂覆防火层,在防火层的另一面涂覆一层吸音层,在吸音层的另一面压制装饰层,在装饰层的另一面涂覆一层防护层;
步骤三:压制至指定厚度后,烘干,收卷。
本发明的有益效果至少具有以下几点:
1、本发明的复合型墙纸具有防水层、基底层、加强层、防火层、吸音层、装饰层和防护层,其总厚度为0.30-0.50mm,墙纸的厚度较薄,便于铺设,提高墙纸与墙面的贴合度;
2、本发明的加强层为聚芳酯纤维层,可以提高墙纸的抗拉伸强度,减少墙纸开裂的几率,提高墙纸的使用寿命;
3、本发明的防护层为聚乙烯树脂层,可以避免空气中的小颗粒在墙纸表面聚集,提高墙纸表面的清洁度,减少屋主对室内墙面的日常维护;
4、本发明选用的材料绿色环保,不会对室内环境造成污染,铺设后可翌日入住,减少了屋主通风散味的工作;
5、本发明的多层结构的墙纸,其制备方法简单,适合各工厂加工生产,可广泛推广。

所述防水层、基底层、加强层、防火层、吸音层、装饰层和防护层的总厚度为0.30-0.50mm,其中,所述防水层1的厚度为0.02-0.04mm,所述基底层2的厚度为0.04-0.07mm,所述加强层3的厚度为0.01-0.04mm,所述防火层4的厚度为0.02-0.04mm,所述吸音层5的厚度为0.05-0.09mm,所述装饰层6的厚度为0.12-0.14mm,所述防护层7的厚度为0.04-0.08mm;

步骤二:在基底层的一面涂覆一层防水层,并在另一面涂覆一层加强层,在加强层的另一面涂覆防火层,在防火层的另一面涂覆一层吸音层,在吸音层的另一面压制装饰层,在装饰层的另一面涂覆一层防护层;
步骤三:压制至指定厚度后,烘干,收卷。

所述防水层包括以下重量组份的原料:动物脂肪酸10-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物14-27份和聚氨基甲酸酯10-20份,动物脂肪酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和聚氨基甲酸酯的重量份数的添加比例为1:2:1;
所述防火层包括以下重量组份的原料:丙烯酸树脂4-8份、三聚氰胺10-20份和硅酸钠4-8份,丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺和硅酸钠的重量份数的添加比例为1:3:1;
所述加强层为聚芳酯纤维层;
所述吸音层为活性炭层;
所述防护层为聚乙烯树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯树脂层为低密度聚乙烯树脂层、线性低密度聚乙烯树脂层或低压聚乙烯树脂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸树脂的型号为BS-104,粘度为120-140(S)mPas,固体含量为40%,酸值为12mgKOH/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸,其特征在于:所述基底层为纤维布基底层、金属基底层或塑料薄膜层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸,其特征在于:所述防水层包括以下重量组份的原料:动物脂肪酸10份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20份和聚氨基甲酸酯10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸,其特征在于:所述防火层包括以下重量组份的原料:丙烯酸树脂4份、三聚氰胺12份和硅酸钠4份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸,其特征在于:所述防水层、基底层、加强层、防火层、吸音层、装饰层和防护层的总厚度为0.40mm,其中,所述防水层的厚度为0.03mm,所述基底层的厚度为0.05mm,所述加强层的厚度为0.03mm,所述防火层的厚度为0.03mm,所述吸音层的厚度为0.07mm,所述装饰层的厚度为0.13mm,所述防护层的厚度为0.06mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将动物脂肪酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物份和聚氨基甲酸酯按重量份数混合熔融后,得到防水层涂料;将丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺和硅酸钠按重量份数混合熔融后,得到防火层涂料;
步骤二:在基底层的一面涂覆一层防水层,并在另一面涂覆一层加强层,在加强层的另一面涂覆防火层,在防火层的另一面涂覆一层吸音层,在吸音层的另一面压制装饰层,在装饰层的另一面涂覆一层防护层;
步骤三:压制至指定厚度后,烘干,收卷。
