Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects that the assembly house on-site dismounting mode and the wall plate connection are not perfect enough in the prior art, so that the overall performance of the house is still relatively poor, provide a folding house with few on-site assembly procedures and small friction loss of house plates in the transportation process and with connectivity maintained between the plates, provide a folding method of the folding house and a hinge device for connecting the house plates.

Preferably, the movable roof, the fixed roof and the upper external wall panel are hinged, the movable floor, the fixed floor and the lower external wall panel are hinged, and the movable gable and the fixed gable are hinged.
Preferably, the top of the lower external wall panel is provided with a convex plate, a fixing hole is formed in the convex plate, a slot is formed in the bottom of the upper external wall panel corresponding to the convex plate, and the convex plate can be clamped and fixed in the slot. The hinge device suitable for the folding house is characterized by comprising a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, at least two hinge fixing hole plates, at least one hinge pin shaft and at least one hinge movable hole plate, wherein the hinge pin shaft penetrates through the hinge fixing hole plates and the hinge movable hole plates, the hinge movable hole plates rotate by taking the hinge pin shaft as an axle center, and the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are in relative contact and are respectively arranged in two different wall plates.

In addition, all hinge structures and fixing parts of the house are arranged inside the wall body, so that the house is attractive in appearance and cold bridge phenomenon is avoided.

The folding house comprises a fixed room 1 and a movable room 2, wherein the fixed room 1 is a fixed room in which decoration procedures are finished in a factory assembly line, and the movable room 2 is a folding room convenient to transport. Wherein, preferably, the top of the lower external wall panel is provided with a protruding plate, and referring to fig. 10, the protruding plate is provided with a fixing hole, the bottom of the upper external wall panel is provided with a slot corresponding to the protruding plate, and the protruding plate can be fastened in the slot. The protruding plate is not only beneficial to the fixed connection of the upper external wall plate and the lower external wall plate, but also beneficial to the use as a hanging point when the house is folded and hoisted.
Preferably, the connection part between the fixed bottom plate 14 and the movable bottom plate 24 is provided with a hanging trunnion 3, and as can be seen in fig. 9, the hanging trunnion 3 protrudes from the movable bottom plate 24 when the movable bottom plate 24 is folded and transported, and the hanging trunnion 3 is hidden at the bottom of the movable bottom plate 24 when the movable bottom plate 24 is unfolded. The structural design of the hanging trunnion is not only beneficial to the hanging of houses by matching with hanging straps, but also can increase the supporting strength of the bottom plate, and meanwhile, the whole appearance of the houses is not affected due to the hiding effect during the use.
Preferably, the connection parts of the movable bottom plate 24 and the lower external wall plate 23 are all provided with lugs, and the movable bottom plate 24 and the lower external wall plate 23 can be fixedly connected through the lugs matched with fixing pieces when being unfolded and installed. The folding house is not limited to folding connection between 1 fixed room and 1 movable room, the movable room can be set to be 2, the movable rooms are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed room, the connection modes of the two movable rooms and the fixed room are consistent, only the rotation directions of wall boards between the two movable rooms are opposite, and the principle of the folding method is the same.

With reference to fig. 2-3, the folding house of the present invention provides a hinge device suitable for the folding house, specifically a hinge device suitable for a movable gable board 21 and a fixed gable board 11, which comprises a first connecting plate 41, a second connecting plate 42, two hinge fixing hole plates 43, a hinge pin 44 and a hinge movable hole plate 45, wherein the hinge pin 44 passes through the hinge fixing hole plates 43 and the hinge movable hole plate 45, and the hinge movable hole plate 45 rotates with the hinge pin 44 as an axis.
The hinge fixed orifice plate 43 is fixed on the first connecting plate 41, the hinge movable orifice plate 45 is fixed on the second connecting plate 42, and a lining plate 451 is arranged at the joint of the hinge movable orifice plate 45 and the second connecting plate 42 so as to adjust the balance between the wall boards. The mounting surfaces of the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are parallel, the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are in opposite contact and are respectively arranged in two different wall boards, and in order to increase the tightness of the wall boards, rubber gaskets can be arranged between the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 for further sealing.

The joints of the inner wall body and the outer wall body are sealed through the decorative sealing strips after the wall body is unfolded, and corresponding sealing strips can be installed according to the installation requirements of actual plates, so that site construction is saved, and the wall is rapid and attractive.

The hinge device of the present embodiment, which is suitable for the above-mentioned folding house, specifically is suitable for the hinge device of the movable floor 24 and the lower outer wall 23, referring to fig. 4, includes a first connecting plate 41, a second connecting plate 42, two hinge fixing hole plates 43, a hinge pin 44 and a hinge movable hole plate 45, the hinge pin 44 passes through the hinge fixing hole plates 43 and the hinge movable hole plate 45, and the hinge movable hole plate 45 rotates with the hinge pin 44 as the axis.
The hinge fixed pore plates 43 are fixed on the first connecting plate 41, the hinge movable pore plates 45 are fixed on the second connecting plate 42, and rib plates 431 are connected between the hinge fixed pore plates 43 so as to improve the bearing capacity of the hinge and ensure the use effect of the hinge applied to the bottom plate. The second connecting plate 42 is in an L-shaped structure, the mounting surfaces of the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are perpendicular to each other, and the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are in opposite contact and are respectively arranged in two different wall boards.

The first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are square structures, the mounting surfaces of the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are located on the same horizontal plane, the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are in relative contact and are respectively arranged in two different wall boards, and a spacing block is arranged between two hinge pins 44 so as to ensure the rotation space between the two wall boards and ensure that the wall boards rotate fast and conveniently.
