Abstract
本发明提供的一种锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:步骤一,将金属氧化物3‑6份,高效复合分散剂1‑3份加入球磨机,球磨机的转速为100‑200转/min,研磨6h,得到干粉A;所述金属氧化物由以下组份和含量组成,含量按重量份数计算:氧化石墨烯1‑1.5份,氧化锌5‑10份,二氧化钛3‑5份;步骤二,将上述干粉A加入1‑3份高效复合分散剂的比例混合,将此混合物加入超声波中进行超声分散剥分3h,得到复合剂B;步骤三,配置复合油剂,将步骤二所得复合剂B加入复合油剂30‑50份中,在功率为800‑1200W,发射频率为20‑35 kHz条件下,水浴超声振荡2小时,得到锦纶FDY油剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及合成纤维加工技术中的助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种锦纶FDY 油剂的制备方法。
背景技术
合成纤维不具备天然纤维所具有的那种天然胶质和油膜,吸湿性差,不导电, 因此在纺丝过程中因不断摩擦而产生静电,必须使用助剂以防止或消除静电积累, 同时赋于纤维以柔软、平滑等特性,使其顺利通过后道工序,这种助剂统称为纤 维纺丝油剂。纤维纺丝油剂应具备以下的特性:平滑、抗静电、有集束或抱合等 作用;热稳定性好,挥发性低;对金属无腐蚀作用;可洗性好,不影响纤维色泽; 无臭无刺激性,在规定的贮藏条件下不分层、不腐败变质;调配与使用方便,原 料易得,成本适宜。
合成纤维油剂所用的原料,一般是润滑油和表面活性剂。润滑油有矿物油、 植物油、合成脂等;表面活性剂又分为阳离子型、阴离子型、两性型和非离子 型四类,都是用天然的动植物脂或合成脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯及其衍生物 经化学加工制得。合成纤维油剂依其组成和用途分为:①平滑剂:起平滑作用, 如各种粘度的白油、二羧酸酯、高级脂肪醇和高级脂肪酸酯、多元醇酯、高分 子聚醚等。②乳化剂:起乳化、抗静电、平滑、集束、润湿、可洗等作用,如 脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖蔴油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、 失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、高分子聚醚等。③抗静电剂:起消除静电的作用,如烷基磷酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、季胺盐等。④调整剂: 起调节乳化平衡作用,如高级脂肪醇、高级脂肪酸等。
作为合成纤维生产过程中必不可少的化学助剂——纺丝油剂应适应于合成 纤维的纺丝工艺。目前,其锦纶FDY高速纺丝速度已达到4500米/分以上。在这 样高速运转下,高剪切力、高摩擦力的作用必然会加大损伤合成纤维聚合物,进 而产生热量,形成结焦。现在国内的高速纺丝油剂的热稳定性、动摩擦系数等大 多数都达不到高速纺丝的要求。
石墨烯作为一种新型的二维纳米材料,是目前发现的唯一存在的二维自由态 原子晶体,石墨烯是由sp2杂化的碳原子蜂窝状六角结构紧密排列而成的二维 单原子层片状晶体材料,具有大π共轭体系和最薄单层原子厚度的结构,这使 得其拥有独特的光、电、磁、机械等物理性能和化学性质。自2004年发现以来, 石墨烯不仅在理论科学上受到了极大关注,在电子学、光学、磁学、生物医学、 催化、储能和传感器等诸多领域具体实际应用中也有很高的开发潜力和应用价 值。
经对现有技术的检索,中国发明专利201010284459.0(公开日2011年1月 19日)披露了一种锦纶FDY油剂及制备方法,其中油剂由以下成分组成:硬脂酸 异辛酯,精练剂,油酸,椰子油二乙醇胺,氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚 氧乙烯醚,油酸肌氨酸,次磷酸,氢氧化钾,湿润剂。这种油剂热稳定性好、 挥发少、不结焦。但是由于加入了很多植物油以及矿物质油,在使用过程中, 这些油脂很容易变质,产生细菌,会导致油剂腐败,影响油剂的使用性能。
中国发明专利201210237550.6(公开日:2012年11月14日)披露了一种非 乳液型锦纶6长丝高速纺丝纯油剂,其中平滑剂由三种聚醚型非离子表面活性 剂组成,分别是脂肪醇环氧乙烷环氧丙烷共聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙 烯烷基酚醚。集束剂是非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚酯,防静电剂是脂 肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、烷基磷酸酯胺(钾)盐,粘结添加剂是Ac,调整剂是水。 这种油剂发烟小、不凝胶、不集结、不沉淀、热稳定性和化学性能好,但是此 油剂只具有普通油剂的平滑性以及防静电性,并没有赋予化纤一些功能性质, 组分比较单一。
因此,研究开发一种应用于锦纶纺丝,具有较好的耐热性、平滑性和抗静电 性,且耐酸的多功能锦纶FDY油剂具有重要意义,也符合目前市场需求。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明提供一种热稳定性好、挥发少、锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法, 该产品制造工艺简便,可赋予锦纶FDY丝良好的成型,耐热性、平滑性和超强的 抗静电性。
技术方案:本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
本发明提供的一种锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法,所述制备方法由以下步骤组成:
步骤一,将金属氧化物3-6份,高效复合分散剂1-3份加入球磨机,球磨机 的转速为100-200转/min,研磨6h,得到干粉A;所述金属氧化物由以下组份 和含量组成,所述的含量按重量份数计算:氧化石墨烯1-1.5份,氧化锌5-10 份,二氧化钛3-5份;
步骤二,将上述干粉A加入1-3份高效复合分散剂的比例混合,将此混合物 加入超声波中进行超声分散剥分3h,得到复合剂B;
步骤三,配置复合油剂,将步骤二所得复合剂B加入复合油剂30-50份中, 在功率为800-1200W,发射频率为20-35kHz条件下,水浴超声振荡2小时,得 到锦纶FDY油剂;所述复合油剂由以下组份和含量组成,所述的含量按重量份数 计算:乳化剂30~50份,平滑剂10~30份,集束剂10~35份,水分9~11份。
优选地,所述的高效复合分散剂为清净分散剂,包括单烯基丁二酰亚胺 (T151)、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺(T154)、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺(T155) 和高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T161)中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述氧化锌粒径大小为10-100nm;所述二氧化钛的粒径大小为 50-100nm;所述氧化石墨烯的粒径大小为5-150μm。
优选地,所述氧化石墨烯为双亲性的氧化石墨烯,氧化石墨烯中碳氧原子比 例为2:1-6:1。
优选地,所述的集束剂为高分子量聚氧丙烯醚与聚乙二醇400双油酸酯、聚 乙二醇或聚丙二醇的烷基磷酸酯、聚失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或二种的混合 物,所述高分子量聚氧丙烯醚的分子量为1500~2000。
优选地,所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、失水山梨 醇单油酸酯中的一种以上物质和高分子量无规聚醚组成的混合物,所述的高分子 量无规聚醚为脂肪醇无规聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚,其PO/EO=0.8~1.2,分子量为 300~1000。
优选地,所述的平滑剂是基础油、植物油、脂肪酸酯或脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚中 的至少一种。
优选地,所述基础油是60N~250N基础油,植物油是菜籽油、蓖麻油或卫生 油中的至少一种;脂肪酸酯是C8~C18脂肪酸酯,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚是C8~C12 脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述氧化石墨烯为双亲性的氧化石墨烯,氧化石墨烯中碳氧原子比 例为2:1-6:1。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明解决了锦纶油剂功能较为单一的问题。本发明制备油剂具有良 好的分散性,增加了油剂的防菌性,防紫外和阻燃等性能。
(2)本发明制备的油剂的表面张力低,渗透性好,能均匀地上油,易控制 上油率;集束性好;平滑性好,油膜强度高,能减少纤维与接触部位的摩擦,有 效防止纤维在加工过程中产生毛丝和断头,有利于纤维后道加工;抗静电性能优 良,纤维在退绕和织造过程中不会因静电而引起缠辊与断丝现象;乳化性好;油 剂挥发性小,防腐性能好,抗氧化性能好,在室内保存不容易发生黄变,不易分 层,有利于成品丝较长时间储存,对环境无污染、无毒性。
(3)本发明的关键在于油剂制备过程中只加了9~11份的水,形成了介于 O/W和W/O之间的稳定的双连续相结构的乳液,乳化性好。油剂配方中使用了氧 化石墨烯、氧化锌、二氧化钛、高效复合分散剂,从而提高了油剂的耐热、耐酸、 导电性能,耐热残留质量分数比现有技术提高35%以上,取得了较好的技术效 果。
(4)本发明方法将金属氧化物通过超声分散的方法加入油剂中,通过降低 金属氧化物的沉降和团聚问题,发挥金属氧化物在油剂中的减摩抗磨性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详述:
实施例一:
本实施例中的锦纶FDY油剂的制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将氧化石墨烯1份,氧化锌5份,二氧化钛3份加入球磨机,球磨 机的转速为100转/min,研磨6h,得到干粉A;
步骤二,将上述干粉A加入1份单烯基丁二酰亚胺(T151)的比例混合,将 此混合物加入超声波中进行超声分散剥分3h,得到复合剂B;
步骤三,配置复合油剂,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份,C8~C18脂肪酸酯30 份,高分子量聚氧丙烯醚10份混合,加入9份水分中,一边加入一边搅拌,得 到复合油剂;将步骤二所得复合剂B加入复合油剂中,在功率为800W,发射频 率为20kHz条件下,水浴超声振荡2小时,得到锦纶FDY油剂。
实施例二:
本实施例中的锦纶FDY油剂的制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将氧化石墨烯1.5份,氧化锌10份,二氧化钛5份加入球磨机, 球磨机的转速为200转/min,研磨6h,得到干粉A;
步骤二,将上述干粉A加入3份单烯基丁二酰亚胺(T151)的比例混合,将 此混合物加入超声波中进行超声分散剥分3h,得到复合剂B;
步骤三,配置复合油剂,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚50份,C8~C18脂肪酸酯30 份,高分子量聚氧丙烯醚30份混合,加入8份水分中,一边加入一边搅拌,得 到复合油剂;将步骤二所得复合剂B加入复合油剂中,在功率为1200W,发射频 率为35kHz条件下,水浴超声振荡2小时,得到锦纶FDY油剂。
通过本发明方法制备的锦纶FDY油剂可以达到以下质量指标:

从表1看出,通过本发明方法制备的锦纶FDY油剂的乳液稳定性能及导电率 要明显优于其余两个公司的产品,乳液稳定性好易于后道加工中油剂的清洗。

从表2可以看出从动摩擦系数和抗静电性及抗氧化性能等方面都明显好于 其他两个样品,本发明的关键在于油剂制备过程中只加了9~11份的水,形成了 介于O/W和W/O之间的稳定的双连续相结构的乳液。油剂配方中使用了氧化石 墨烯、氧化锌、二氧化钛、高效复合分散剂,在高效复合分散剂的作用下,氧化 石墨烯、氧化锌、二氧化钛与油剂发生协同作用,从而提高了油剂的耐热、耐酸、 导电性能,耐热残留质量分数比现有技术提高35%以上,取得了较好的技术效 果。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术方案作任何形 式上的限制。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改, 等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法由以下步骤组成:
步骤一,将金属氧化物3-6份,高效复合分散剂1-3份加入球磨机,球磨机的转速为100-200转/min,研磨6h,得到干粉A;所述金属氧化物由以下组份和含量组成,所述的含量按重量份数计算:氧化石墨烯1-1.5份,氧化锌5-10份,二氧化钛3-5份;
步骤二,将上述干粉A加入1-3份高效复合分散剂的比例混合,将此混合物加入超声波中进行超声分散剥分3h,得到复合剂B;
步骤三,配置复合油剂,将步骤二所得复合剂B加入复合油剂30-50份中,在功率为800-1200W,发射频率为20-35 kHz条件下,水浴超声振荡2小时,得到锦纶FDY油剂;所述复合油剂由以下组份和含量组成,所述的含量按重量份数计算:乳化剂30~50份,平滑剂10~30份,集束剂10~35份,水分9~11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的高效复合分散剂为清净分散剂,包括单烯基丁二酰亚胺(T151)、聚异丁烯双丁二 酰亚胺(T154)、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺(T155)和高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T161)中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化锌粒径大小为10-100nm;所述二氧化钛的粒径大小为50-100nm;所述氧化石墨烯的粒径大小为5-150μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶FDY油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯为双亲性的氧化石墨烯,氧化石墨烯中碳氧原子比例为2:1-6:1。
