本发明公开了一种铂金麻墙布的制作工艺,包括第一纬线、第二纬线和经线,第一纬线由一根21支单股纯白涤纱、一根150D/48F有光全拉伸丝和一根150D/48F黄棕色染色拉伸变形丝以每1cm为一个网络点拼捻网络而成,第二纬线由一根150D/48F的浅黄棕色染色拉伸变形丝和一根150D银丝以每1cm一个网络点拼捻网络而成,经线采用75D有光全拉伸丝,第一纬线、第二纬线和经线再结合布面组织结构机织而成,本发明提供了一种具有抗磨擦,防水,防霉,色泽丰富,麻质感强烈的铂金麻墙布的制作工艺。

技术领域
本发明属于室内装饰材料技术领域,更具体涉及一种铂金麻墙布的制作工艺。
背景技术
随着社会发展,生活水平提高,人们对家居舒适度和健康生活的重视度提高,环境污染也成大家的关切点,事实上,由于人们在室内学习、工作和生活的时间占到了全天的80~90%,室内空气污染对人身体的不良影响远远高于室外。近年来媒体曝光多起业主入驻新房后产生抵抗力减弱、频繁生病、甚至致癌促癌等“新房病”,很多都是装修材料中使用化学产品挥发出有害人体健康的氧、甲醛、苯、氨等挥发性有机物引起的,室内空气污染已被越来越多的人们重视。
传统墙纸的制作原理是在纸面上印制画面,所采用的墨染技术除了对大环境产生污染,在家庭装修中也会由于墙纸上所用的油墨产生挥发物,对人体有害。墙布是由布制成,是在墙纸美化墙面的基础上,进行了环保升级的产物。特别是棉麻类因其材质天气、透气性佳,尤其受到高环保人士的喜爱。
但是传统棉麻类材质粗糙,在装修中也存在着防水、防霉性差的弊端,容易霉变滋生细菌。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有抗磨擦,防水,防霉,色泽丰富,麻质感强烈的铂金麻墙布的制作工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种铂金麻墙布的制作工艺,包括第一纬线、第二纬线和经线,第一纬线由一根21支单股纯白涤纱、一根150D/48F有光全拉伸丝和一根150D/48F黄棕色染色拉伸变形丝以每1cm为一个网络点拼捻网络而成,第二纬线由一根150D/48F的浅黄棕色染色拉伸变形丝和一根150D银丝以每1cm一个网络点拼捻网络而成,经线采用75D有光全拉伸丝,第一纬线、第二纬线和经线再结合布面组织结构机织而成。
进一步的所述布面组织结构为以第一纬线和第二纬线按1:1的比例,上机纬密32根/cm,高经密为105根/cm来机织。
进一步的所述布面组织结构为两个重纬组织和10枚7飞经缎组织结合而成。
综上所述,本发明通过选用第一纬线和第二纬线原料组合来并捻丝从原料颜色上来提升麻的色泽感,用一根21支单股纯白涤纱加上150D/48F有光的全拉伸丝的弹性和150D/48F黄棕的拉伸变形丝的卷曲功能来并捻和网络从原料的形态上更好的来体现麻的厚实粗犷感及质感,此组合的纬线原料从颜色上和形状上更好的展示麻的那种做旧色和麻的那种特有的麻感,同时使棉麻墙布在保持原麻产品原始的高透气性的上,改善了材质的抗水性,又不失麻的质感。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2对本发明一种铂金麻墙布的制作工艺的实施例作进一步说明。
一种铂金麻墙布的制作工艺,包括第一纬线、第二纬线和经线,第一纬线由一根21支单股纯白涤纱、一根150D/48F有光全拉伸丝和一根150D/48F黄棕色染色拉伸变形丝以每1cm为一个网络点拼捻网络而成,第二纬线由一根150D/48F的浅黄棕色染色拉伸变形丝和一根150D银丝以每1cm一个网络点拼捻网络而成,经线采用75D有光全拉伸丝,第一纬线、第二纬线和经线再结合布面组织结构机织而成。
通过选用新型的纬线原料组合来并捻丝从原料颜色上来提升麻的色泽感,用白的纯涤纱加上有光的全拉伸丝的弹性和黄棕的拉伸变形丝的卷曲功能来并捻和网络从原料的形态上更好的来体现麻的厚实粗犷感及质感,从而使第一纬线从颜色上和形状上更好的展示麻的那种做旧色和麻的那种特有的麻感,同时使棉麻墙布在保持原麻产品原始的高透气性的基础上,改善了材质的抗水性,又不失麻的质感,需要说明的是只有第一纬线、第二纬线和经线与特定的布面组织结构结合才是体现出麻的效果,单独的第一纬线、第二纬线和经线自由机织和单独的布面组织结构均无法得出棉麻的效果。
实施例1:所述布面组织结构为以第一纬线和第二纬线按1:1的比例,上机纬密32根/cm,高经密为105根/cm来编织, 通过上述技术方案,第一纬线和第二纬线来回提升交织就会显现出这种麻的效果,因为第一纬线看上去就像真麻纱线原料一样,通过案例中的重纬组织(指表组织为间丝,里组织为平纹)使第一纬线较长的浮长提出在织物表面,在织物表面显现出较大面积的第一纬线,把第一纬线黄棕色的拉伸变形丝的卷曲蓬松功能从颜色上和形态上把麻的效果发挥的淋漓致尽,从而做出了原麻的面料效果,如面料表层效果图1和图2所示的第一纬线织造法,从而发挥了此款铂金麻墙布的纬线的麻的色感和质感,展示了了麻面料的那种特有肌理感,第二纬线中的银丝原料很好的显示出了点状的隐约亮点,使铂金麻墙布更具有时尚感,不像旧的麻布那样生硬,如面料表层效果图1和图2中的第二纬线织造法。
实施例2:所述布面组织结构为两个重纬组织和10枚7飞经缎组织结合而成,本实施例中的重纬组织是指表组织为间丝,里组织为平纹,10枚7飞经缎主要是把经线多次交织提出在织物表面,高密度的交织来展现出棉线的做旧感觉,从而产生麻的视觉效果,利用组织把原有有光经线的亮度淡化了,就更具有麻的效果,如面料表层效果图1和图2中的经线织造法。
