Abstract

本发明公开了一种乳液型皮革清洁护理剂。主要成分为以天然油脂衍生的两性表面活性剂α‑羧基长链烷基氧化胺与甘油、中性油加脂剂、蜡上光剂、硬脂酸、少量香精、去离子水形成的乳液。该乳液具有强的附着力,形成的薄膜柔曲性好,不腻不粘,延伸性大,能彻底清洁皮革表层;该乳液使用了极具温和性的两性表面活性剂α‑羧基长链烷基氧化胺作为乳化剂,与中性加脂剂形成全面覆盖皮内纤维表面的油膜,对皮革具有保湿、光亮滋润的作用,兼具清洁与护理的双重功效。本品也适用于人造皮、塑料或橡胶制品、瓷器表面、金属等表面及木制品漆面的清洁、护理。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学领域,具体涉及一种乳液型皮革清洁护理剂。
背景技术
随着近年来生活水平的提高,皮革制品越来越受到广大消费者的喜爱,市场对皮革清洁护理剂的需求逐年增加。由于真皮表面有毛孔,容易受到污染而不易彻底清洁,油脂不能充分渗透保护表层纤维,使其松散而相互粘结,进而板硬、变形,目前的皮革清洁剂可分为膏霜类、气雾剂类和乳液类三种类型。其中乳液类产品安全环保,方便有效,因而得到了迅猛的发展。市面上高质量的乳液类皮革清洁剂有聚氧乙烯类非离子表面活性剂为主要成分的乳液和类硅油聚合物乳液两大类。类硅油聚合物乳液价格昂贵,而聚氧乙烯类表面活性剂的合成过程需要使用催化剂,且在高压条件下制备,使得生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有皮革护理乳液价格昂贵的不足,以成本经济、生产工艺简单、温和性极高的两性表面活性剂α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺表面活性剂做清洁护理成分,制得附着力强、柔曲性好的乳液,深度清洁皮革表层,并使得加脂剂渗透到皮革胶原纤维之间,形成非极性隔离膜,对皮革起到长期保养的作用。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明采用由天然油脂衍生的两性表面活性剂α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺表面活性剂做清洁护理成分,温和性极高,因分子间氢键作用较强而获得附着力强的乳液,形成的薄膜柔曲性好。可以满足清洁与保养护理的双重效果。
(2)α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单,成本经济。
具体实施方式
本发明一种乳液型皮革清洁护理剂,各成分的质量百分配比为:α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺1~10%;甘油1~10%;中性油加脂剂0.5~5%、蜡上光剂0.5~10;硬脂酸1~5%;高碳醇1~5%;少量香精;总固含量20~40%,余量为去离子水。将原料混合搅拌并加热到50℃制备得到乳液。该乳液具有强的附着力,在皮革上形成一层薄膜,用柔软的毛巾擦拭后皮革柔软光洁,光亮滋润。

Claims (6)

1.一种乳液型皮革清洁护理剂。将天然油脂衍生的两性表面活性剂α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺与甘油、中性油加脂剂、蜡上光剂、硬脂酸、高碳醇、少量香精、去离子水混合形成乳液制备得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳液型皮革清洁护理剂,其特征在于,所述组分中乳化剂为α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺表面活性剂,碳链长C12~C18
式中R为C12~C18的饱和或不饱和、直链或支链、单碳或混合碳的烃基;R1,R2为饱和或不饱和、直链或支链的烃基或醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的要求,其特征在于,α-羧基长链烷基氧化胺添加质量百分比在1~10%范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的要求,其特征在于,中性油加脂剂包括硫酸化加脂剂、亚硫酸化加脂剂、磺化加脂剂和磷酸化加脂剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的要求,其特征在于,所述乳液成分中蜡为生物蜡、矿物蜡、合成蜡及其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的要求,其特征在于,所述乳液成分中高碳醇碳链长度为C6~C24
