本发明属于菌菇类食品存放技术领域,公开了杏鲍菇储存箱,包括放料箱,放料箱上设有若干储存槽,储存槽内设有淀粉缓释球,淀粉缓释球内设有硝石;储气箱与储氮箱之间连接有使储氮箱与储存部连通的启动机构,还包括除湿机构,除湿机构包括设置在放料箱顶部的储气仓,储气仓内滑动连接滑板,储气仓侧壁上设有进气孔和出气孔,进气孔上设有进气单向阀,出气孔上设有出气单向阀,且进气孔与放料箱之间设有导管;还包括依次铰接的第一支杆、第二支杆和第三支杆;第一支杆远离第二支杆的一端固定在转轴上,第三支杆远离第二支杆的一端固定在滑板上。本发明解决了现有技术储藏新鲜杏鲍菇时发生厌氧呼吸,导致杏鲍菇的营养成分流失的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于菌菇类食品存放领域,具体涉及杏鲍菇储存箱。
背景技术
杏鲍菇,是一种生长于欧洲地中海区域、中东和北非,但也在亚洲部分地区生长的食用性菇类,因其具有杏仁的香味和菌肉肥厚如鲍鱼的口感而得名。具有降血脂、降胆固醇、促进胃肠消化、增强机体免疫能力、防止心血管病等功效,极受人们喜爱。
杏鲍菇的储藏是否合格,直接关系到杏鲍菇的口感。现目前的杏鲍菇储存,需要进行保鲜储存,主要是采用黑色塑料袋进行真空保鲜,能够对新鲜杏鲍菇进行防腐、防虫储藏,但是新鲜杏鲍菇长期处于真空状态会产生厌氧呼吸,导致新鲜杏鲍菇的营养成分流失,导致微生物侵袭,使新鲜杏鲍菇腐烂。
发明内容
本发明意在提供杏鲍菇储存箱,以解决现有技术储藏新鲜杏鲍菇时发生厌氧呼吸,导致杏鲍菇的营养成分流失的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,杏鲍菇储存箱,包括放料箱,放料箱包括储存部和位于储存部下方的送气部,储存部与送气部之间设有挡板,挡板上设有若干竖向的通孔,储存部的侧壁上设有若干储存槽,储存槽内设有淀粉缓释球,淀粉缓释球内设有硝石;送气部内设有干冰;储存部的侧壁上设有感应气孔,感应气孔位于储存部5/6处,储存部的顶部设有排气孔;储存部上设有感应气孔处安装有储气箱;储存部的顶端设有进气口,进气口上安装有提供氮气的储氮箱,储氮箱与储存部通过进气口连通;储气箱与储氮箱之间连接有使储氮箱与储存部连通的启动机构,启动机构包括位于检测箱内的活塞和活塞杆,活塞杆的顶端连接有压块,压块位于进气口处;储氮箱靠近检测箱的一侧为波纹形;所述放料箱的顶部转动连接有转轴,转轴上设有转动叶片;还包括除湿机构,除湿机构包括设置在放料箱顶部的储气仓,储气仓内滑动连接滑板,储气仓侧壁上设有进气孔和出气孔,进气孔上设有进气单向阀,出气孔上设有出气单向阀,且进气孔与放料箱之间设有导管;还包括依次铰接的第一支杆、第二支杆和第三支杆;第一支杆远离第二支杆的一端固定在转轴上,第三支杆远离第二支杆的一端固定在滑板上。
本方案技术特征的技术效果:
储存部用于放置新鲜的杏鲍菇;送气部用于放置干冰,干冰升华生成二氧化碳,为储存部提供二氧化碳,并且干冰升华的过程中会吸热,使得储存部内降温,便于杏鲍菇的保存。杏鲍菇在存放时会渗出水分,水分与淀粉缓释球接触后,将淀粉缓释球溶解,使得硝石与水接触,发生反应吸热,降低放料箱内的温度,便于杏鲍菇存放。
储存部内的二氧化碳和氧气的比例适合新鲜杏鲍菇的储存。通过启动机构能够启动储气箱内的氮气进入储存部,为新鲜杏鲍菇储存提供氮源,便于杏鲍菇保存并且氮源从上部向下流动,能够使得二氧化碳、氧气和氮气充分的混合。并且
淀粉缓释球是一种利用淀粉制成的中空的球体,能起到缓释的作用,避免硝石一致与杏鲍菇渗出的水分接触。
氮气进入放料箱后,吹撒在转动叶片上,带动转动叶片转动,实现转轴内的气流流通,将放料箱的水蒸气排出;同时转轴带动第一支杆转动,第一支杆。第二支杆和第三支杆组成以第一支杆为曲柄、第二支杆为滑块的曲柄滑块机构,调动滑板移动,滑板移动实现对放料箱抽气,将水蒸气抽走,避免水汽导致的杏鲍菇腐烂。
本方案的技术原理是:
首先,将新鲜杏鲍菇放入储存部,通过干冰吸热产生二氧化碳,通过通孔进入储存部,由于二氧化碳比氧气重,因此氧气位于上方,通过排气孔流出,二氧化碳持续上移;当二氧化碳移动至感应气孔处时,通过感应气孔流出,通过储气室储存,使得储气室内的压强增大,因此推动活塞向上移动,从而推动压块上移,使储气箱与储气部连通,使得储氮箱内的氮气进入储存部内,为新鲜杏鲍菇储存提供氮源。
本方案能产生的技术效果是:
1.通过在储存部的下方设置干冰,既能够提孔二氧化碳,又能够通过干冰吸热降低储存部温度,适合新鲜杏鲍菇的储存;
2.通过将感应气孔设置在相应为位置,能够使得储存部内的氧气、二氧化碳和氮气的比例适中,便于新鲜杏鲍菇的储存;
3.氮气从上至下的流出,能够将氧气、氮气和二氧化碳混合均匀,使得新鲜杏鲍菇的储存效果更好;
4.本技术方案通过对储存部内的气体环境的调节,避免杏鲍菇产生厌氧反应,避免营养成分的流失。
以下是基于上述方案的优选方案:
优选方案一:基于基础方案,所述储存部的侧壁上设有若干泄压口,泄压口上安装有泄压阀。通过泄压口能够对储存部进行泄压,确保储存部内的压强保持不变;当储存部内的压强增大时,使得泄压阀打开,实现泄压。
优选方案二:基于优选方案一,所述储存部内壁上设有若干凹槽,凹槽内设有分子筛。分子筛能够吸水,将新鲜杏鲍菇表面的水分吸收,并且分子筛在吸水后还能将其内部的水分蒸干,继续使用。
优选方案三:基于优选方案二,所述储存部内设有若干储存隔间。多个储存隔间能够将新鲜杏鲍菇分隔开。
优选方案四:基于优选方案三,所述放料箱的侧壁由玻璃纤维制成。玻璃纤维具有隔热的效果,能够避免放料箱的内部和外部的气体发生热交换,使得放料箱内部保持适合新鲜杏鲍菇储藏的环境温度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:

如图1所示,杏鲍菇储存箱,包括由玻璃纤维组成的放料箱1,放料箱的顶部转动连接有转轴7,转轴7上设有转动叶片71。放料箱1通过横向设置的挡板13分为上方的储存部11和下方的送气部12,挡板13上设有多个竖向的通孔131;放料箱1内设有多个隔间,送气部12内放置有干冰。储存部11的侧壁设有若干凹槽114和泄压口115,凹槽114内均安装有分子筛2,泄压口115上安装有泄压阀。
储存部11的顶端设有排气孔112和进气口113,进气口113处设有储氮箱3,储氮箱3与储存部11通过进气口113连通,储氮箱3的左侧壁呈波纹状。储气箱4的上部设有启动机构,启动机构包括与储气箱4上部滑动连接的活塞5,活塞5上表面连接有贯穿储气箱4上表面的活塞5,活塞5的上表面连接有压块6,压块6贯穿储氮箱3的左侧壁位于进气口113上。
如图2所示,储存部的侧壁上设有若干储存槽,储存槽内设有淀粉缓释球,淀粉缓释球内设有硝石。储存部11的左侧壁上距离储存部11底部5/6处开设有感应气孔111,感应气孔111处安装储气箱4,储气箱4内注有石蕊溶液,石蕊溶液的水平面低于感应气孔111的下侧,储气箱4与储存部11通过感应气孔111连通。
还包括除湿机构,除湿机构包括设置在放料箱1顶部的储气仓8,储气仓8内滑动连接滑板81,储气仓8的左端设有进气孔和出气孔,进气孔上设有进气单向阀,出气孔上设有出气单向阀,且进气孔与放料箱1之间设有导管;还包括依次铰接的第一支杆72、第二支杆73和第三支杆74;第一支杆72的左端固定在转轴7上,第三支杆74的右端固定在滑板81上。
使用本实施例时,氮气进入放料箱1后,吹撒在转动叶片71上,带动转动叶片71转动,实现转轴7内的气流流通,将放料箱1的水蒸气排出;同时转轴7带动第一支杆72转动,第一支杆72。第二支杆73和第三支杆74组成以第一支杆72为曲柄、第二支杆73为滑块的曲柄滑块机构,调动滑板81移动,滑板81移动实现对放料箱1抽气,将水蒸气抽走,避免水汽导致的杏鲍菇腐烂。
杏鲍菇在存放时会渗出水分,水分与淀粉缓释球接触后,将淀粉缓释球溶解,使得硝石与水接触,发生反应吸热,降低放料箱1内的温度,便于杏鲍菇存放。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术方案的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.杏鲍菇储存箱,包括放料箱,其特征在于:放料箱包括储存部和位于储存部下方的送气部,储存部与送气部之间设有挡板,挡板上设有若干竖向的通孔,储存部的侧壁上设有若干储存槽,储存槽内设有淀粉缓释球,淀粉缓释球内设有硝石;送气部内设有干冰;储存部的侧壁上设有感应气孔,感应气孔位于储存部5/6处,储存部的顶部设有排气孔;储存部上设有感应气孔处安装有储气箱;储存部的顶端设有进气口,进气口上安装有提供氮气的储氮箱,储氮箱与储存部通过进气口连通;储气箱与储氮箱之间连接有使储氮箱与储存部连通的启动机构,启动机构包括位于检测箱内的活塞和活塞杆,活塞杆的顶端连接有压块,压块位于进气口处;储氮箱靠近检测箱的一侧为波纹形;放料箱的顶部转动连接有转轴,转轴上设有转动叶片;还包括除湿机构,除湿机构包括设置在放料箱顶部的储气仓,储气仓内滑动连接滑板,储气仓侧壁上设有进气孔和出气孔,进气孔上设有进气单向阀,出气孔上设有出气单向阀,且进气孔与放料箱之间设有导管;还包括依次铰接的第一支杆、第二支杆和第三支杆;第一支杆远离第二支杆的一端固定在转轴上,第三支杆远离第二支杆的一端固定在滑板上。
