Abstract
The invention provides a reinforcing structure for a vehicle roof, which can restrain the deformation of a vehicle body when the vehicle roof receives a load from the upper part. A reinforcing structure (1) for a vehicle roof comprises: a roof (10) that forms a ceiling of a cab (S) of a vehicle; a roof pillar (11) that extends in the height direction of the vehicle at the side of the roof (10) in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; a center pillar (14) that extends in the height direction of the vehicle below the roof pillar (11); an outer panel (15) that is provided on the outer side of the center pillar (14) in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; and a reinforcing member (16) that is provided below the roof pillar (11) and between the center pillar (14) and the outer panel (15).

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure for a roof of a vehicle.
Background
In a vehicle, a roof reinforcement structure is provided. Patent document 1 discloses a structure in which a pillar reinforcement member is provided on a surface of a pillar located on a vehicle compartment side.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the conventional art, the pillar is 1 member extending in the height direction of the vehicle. However, when the pillars are divided into 2 in the height direction, if a load is applied from above the roof, there is a problem that the 2 pillars are displaced and the vehicle body is deformed.
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object thereof is to provide a reinforcing structure for a roof capable of suppressing deformation of a vehicle body when the roof receives a load from above.
Means for solving the problems
In one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a reinforcing structure for a vehicle roof, comprising: a roof that forms a ceiling of a cab of a vehicle; a roof pillar extending in a height direction of the vehicle at a side portion of the roof in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; a center pillar extending in a height direction of the vehicle below the roof pillar; an outer panel provided at an outer side of the center pillar in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; and a reinforcing member provided below the head pillar and between the center pillar and the outer panel.
Further, a lower end portion of the top pillar may be positioned above an upper end portion of the reinforcing member. Further, the reinforcing member may be positioned further outward than a position of the roof pillar on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. In the reinforcement member, a position of the reinforcement member on an outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle may be located on an outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle with respect to the center pillar.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, the vehicle body deformation when the roof receives a load from above can be suppressed.

Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a structure in which a reinforcing structure 1 for a roof of an embodiment 1 is installed in a vehicle. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing a structure of a reinforcing structure 1 for a vehicle roof according to embodiment 1. Fig. 2 is a view of the reinforcing structure 1 of the roof in fig. 1 viewed from the X direction (rear side of the cab S). Fig. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the reinforcing member 16 is separated in the reinforcing structure 1 of the roof. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the structure of the reinforcing member 16. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line X-X of fig. 2. Fig. 5 is a superimposed cross-sectional view of the head pillar 11, the center pillar 14, and the reinforcing member 16.
The vehicle has a cab S, a rear bracket 7, a front bracket 8, and side frames 9. The cab S shown in fig. 1 is, for example, a box-shaped portion of a truck in which a driver' S seat is provided. The cab S has a roof reinforcement structure 1. The reinforcing structure 1 for a vehicle roof includes a vehicle roof 10, a roof pillar 11, a roof outer panel 12, a base 13, a center pillar 14, an outer panel 15, a reinforcing member 16, and a bracket 17.
The roof 10 forms the ceiling of the cab S. The roof 10 has a rectangular shape. The roof pillar 11 is a member that extends in the height direction of the vehicle at a side portion of the roof 10 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The top pillar 11 has a cross section in the shape of, for example, "コ". The top pillar 11 has a 1 st plate portion 110, a 2 nd plate portion 111, and a 3 rd plate portion 112.
The 1 st plate portion 110 is a plate portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The 2 nd plate portion 111 is a plate portion that extends inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from an end portion of the 1 st plate portion 110 on the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction of the vehicle. The 3 rd plate portion 112 is a plate portion that extends inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from an end portion of the 1 st plate portion 110 on the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction.
The roof outer panel 12 is a panel provided on the outside of the roof pillar 11 in the vehicle width direction. The roof outer panel 12 is a panel that forms a side surface of the roof 10. The base 13 is a member provided on the lower end portion of the top pillar 11. The center pillar 14 is a member provided on a side portion of the cab S in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The roof outer 12 is joined to the roof pillar 11 and the base 13.
The center pillar 14 extends in the height direction of the vehicle below the roof pillar 11. As shown in fig. 3, with respect to the center pillar 14, the surface of the center pillar 14 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle is curved in the vicinity of the upper portion of the center pillar 14. The center pillar 14 has, for example, a substantially コ -shaped cross section. The center pillar 14 includes a 4 th plate portion 140, a 5 th plate portion 141, and a 6 th plate portion 142.
The 4 th plate portion 140 is a plate portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The 5 th plate portion 141 is a plate portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction from the end portion of the 4 th plate portion 140 on the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction. The 6 th plate portion 142 is a plate portion that extends inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from an end portion of the 4 th plate portion 140 on the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction.
The outer panel 15 is provided on the outer side of the center pillar 14 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The outer panel 15 is a panel forming a side surface of the cab S. The outer panel 15 is in contact with the outer surface of the center pillar 14 in the vehicle width direction, but a gap is formed between the center pillar 14 and the outer panel 15 in the vicinity of the upper portion of the center pillar 14 because the outer surface of the center pillar 14 is curved. The reinforcing member 16 is provided below the roof pillar 11 and between the center pillar 14 and the outer panel 15. The reinforcing member 16 is fixed to the center pillar 14.
The reinforcing member 16 has a 7 th plate portion 160, an 8 th plate portion 161, a 9 th plate portion 162, and a 10 th plate portion 163. The 7 th plate portion 160 is a plate portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The 8 th plate portion 161 is a plate portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from an end portion of the 7 th plate portion 160 on the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction. The 9 th plate portion 162 is a plate portion that extends forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction from the end portion of the 8 th plate portion 161 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction. The 10 th plate portion 163 is a plate portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from the end portion of the 7 th plate portion 160 on the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction.
The 9 th plate portion 162 of the reinforcing member 16 is welded to the 4 th plate portion 140 of the center pillar 14. The 10 th plate portion 163 of the reinforcing member 16 is welded to the 6 th plate portion 142 of the center pillar 14.
With respect to the reinforcement member 16, the position of the reinforcement member 16 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle is located on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle with respect to the center pillar 14. Specifically, the 7 th plate portion 160, the 8 th plate portion 161, and the 9 th plate portion 162 are positioned outside the 4 th plate portion 140 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The 10 th plate portion 163 is located outside the 6 th plate portion 142 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The reinforcing member 16 is attached to the center pillar 14 so as to be positioned on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, whereby the bent portion of the center pillar 14 is covered. As a result, the reinforcing member 16 can cover the gap existing between the lower end of the roof pillar 11 and the upper portion of the center pillar 14.
The lower end of the top pillar 11 is located above the upper end of the reinforcing member 16. Further, with respect to the reinforcement member 16, the position of the reinforcement member 16 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle is located on the outer side than the position of the roof pillar 11 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. Specifically, the 1 st plate portion 110 of the top pillar 11 is located above the 7 th plate portion 160 of the reinforcing member 16. Therefore, the vicinity of the outer ends of the 2 nd plate portion 111 and the 3 rd plate portion 112 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle is located above the 7 th plate portion 160 of the reinforcing member 16. Further, the vicinity of the inner ends of the 2 nd plate portion 111 and the 3 rd plate portion 112 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle is located above the 4 th plate portion 140 of the center pillar 14.
The bracket 17 connects the head pillar 11 and the center pillar 14. The bracket 17 is fixed to the center pillar 14 by inserting a bolt into a hole formed below the bracket 17 and a hole formed in the center pillar 14, and tightening a nut to the inserted bolt. The bracket 17 is fixed to the head post 11 by inserting a bolt into a hole formed above the bracket 17 and a hole formed in the head post 11, and tightening a nut to the inserted bolt.

The reinforcing structure 1 of the roof of embodiment 1 includes: a roof 10 forming a ceiling of a cab S of the vehicle; a roof pillar 11 extending in the height direction of the vehicle at a side portion of the roof 10 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; and a center pillar 14 extending in the height direction of the vehicle below the roof pillar 11. Further, the reinforcing structure 1 of the roof includes: an outer panel 15 provided on the outer side of the center pillar 14 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; and a reinforcing member 16 provided below the roof pillar 11 and between the center pillar 14 and the outer panel 15.
The reinforcing structure 1 of the roof of embodiment 1 includes the reinforcing member 16, and the reinforcing member 16 is provided below the roof pillar 11 and between the center pillar 14 and the outer panel 15. As a result, even if a load is applied to the roof 10 from above, the roof pillar 11 is supported by the reinforcement member 16, so that deformation of the vehicle body due to downward movement of the roof pillar 11 can be suppressed.

Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a structure of a reinforcing member 16a in a reinforcing structure 1a of a roof of embodiment 2.
The reinforcing structure 1a of the roof of embodiment 2 differs from the reinforcing structure 1 of the roof of embodiment 1 in the following points: the reinforcing member 16a has an 11 th plate portion 164 a.
The reinforcing member 16a has a 7 th plate portion 160a, an 8 th plate portion 161a, a 9 th plate portion 162a, a 10 th plate portion 163a, and an 11 th plate portion 164 a. The 7 th plate portion 160a is a plate portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, similarly to the 7 th plate portion 160. Like the 8 th plate portion 161, the 8 th plate portion 161a is a plate portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from the end portion of the 7 th plate portion 160a on the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction. The 9 th plate portion 162a is a plate portion that extends forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction from the end portion of the 8 th plate portion 161a on the inner side in the vehicle width direction, as in the 9 th plate portion 162.
Like the 10 th plate portion 163, the 10 th plate portion 163a is a plate portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle from the end portion of the 7 th plate portion 160a on the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction. The 11 th plate portion 164a is a plate portion formed at the upper end in the longitudinal direction of the 7 th plate portion 160a, the 8 th plate portion 161a, the 9 th plate portion 162a, and the 10 th plate portion 163a so as to be orthogonal to the 7 th plate portion 160a, the 8 th plate portion 161a, the 9 th plate portion 162a, and the 10 th plate portion 163 a.
In the reinforcing structure 1a of the roof of embodiment 2, the lower end portion of the roof pillar 11 is positioned above the 11 th plate portion 164 a. In this way, the reinforcing member 16a of the reinforcing structure 1a for a roof of embodiment 2 includes the 11 th plate portion 164 a. As a result, in the roof reinforcement structure 1a, even if a load is applied to the roof 10 from above, the roof pillar 11 is supported by the reinforcement member 16a, so that deformation of the vehicle body due to downward movement of the roof pillar 11 can be suppressed.
