背景技术
JEEP是制造运动型多用途车辆和越野车辆的美国汽车品牌。在JEEP品牌下生产的一些车型包括使用软顶来覆盖车辆内部的选项。这样的软顶可以包括后窗，后窗是柔性的并被配置成在铰接连接处向上旋转以接近车辆的后存储区。然而，通常，用户必须在尝试接近后存储区的同时保持后窗向上。根据本公开的一个方面，提供支撑机构以维持软顶车辆的后窗处于打开位置。

图1是本公开的一个或多个方面可应用的车辆100的等距视图。车辆100包括通常被称为软顶102的顶部结构，因为该顶部结构通常由与通常供其他车辆使用的金属相比相对柔性的材料制成。软顶102包括也相对柔性的后窗104。通常，这样的柔性后窗104以及窗板(可包括软顶102的后窗104和周围部分)不能在用户没有保持其抬起的情况下被升起，以接近车辆100的后部区域。因此，本公开的一个或多个方面包括支撑件，该支撑件被配置成维持软顶102的后窗104处于打开位置。

第二支撑臂206可包括突起210，用以阻止第一支撑臂204相对于第二支撑臂206过度旋转。在其他实施方式中，可采用不同的机构作为阻止件，以便于第一支撑臂204相对于第二支撑臂206旋转直到一极限，然后抑制旋转超过此阻止机构。
根据本公开的一个方面，第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206被配置成在打开位置中枢转而超过中心，因此第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206不平行。相反，第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206在锁定位置中彼此稍微倾斜，使得两个臂204、206在它们相应的顶表面之间形成小于180°的角度，并且在它们相应的底表面之间形成大于180°的角度。例如，参照图2，当第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206定位在打开和锁定位置中时，角度A小于180°。以这种方式，后窗104的重量将不能通过向下按压支撑件202而闭合后窗。
当用户希望闭合后窗104时，用户可以向上推以致使第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206相对于彼此枢转。例如，用户可以大致在箭头方向212上推动。如图3所示，第一支撑臂204开始在箭头方向302上向上(逆时针)旋转，而第二支撑臂206开始在箭头方向304上向下(顺时针)旋转。随着相应支撑臂的旋转，后窗104可以向下闭合。
图4图示了处于闭合位置的第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206。在后窗104完全闭合的情况下，第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206靠近翻车保护杆208并且避开车辆中的用户。当后窗104处于闭合位置中时，杆通常被夹在车辆100上以将后窗104保持到位。在一些情况下，当此杆未被适当地夹紧到位时，杆可以在车辆100正移动(诸如在转弯期间)的同时滑出软顶102。本公开的另一方面包括第二支撑臂206，第二支撑臂206联接到软顶102使得第二支撑臂206可以在杆没有适当地夹紧到位时将杆保持在软顶102中。
如图4中描绘的，当第一支撑臂204和第二支撑臂206枢转到所描绘的闭合位置时，相应顶表面之间的角度‘A’远大于180°。
虽然所描绘的实施方式示出了用于支撑臂的具体配置，但是应当指出的是，支撑臂的特定配置可根据需要变化。例如，支撑臂可形成为矩形杆、柱形杆、管等。在不超过本公开的范围的情况下，其他配置也是可能的。

Claims (8)

2.根据权利要求1所述的支撑件，其中，所述第一支撑臂能枢转地联接到所述车辆的翻车保护杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的支撑件，其中，所述第一支撑臂能枢转地联接到定位在所述翻车保护杆周围的环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的支撑件，其中，所述第二支撑臂包括：
邻近所述第一支撑臂的突起，所述突起抑制所述第一支撑臂相对于所述第二支撑臂在所述打开位置旋转超过所述突起。
5.一种车辆，该车辆包括：
软顶结构，所述软顶结构联接到所述车辆，所述软顶结构包括后窗板；
第一支撑臂，所述第一支撑臂能枢转地联接到所述车辆的一部分；
第二支撑臂，所述第二支撑臂能枢转地联接到所述第一支撑臂并且能枢转地联接到所述后窗板；
其中，所述第一支撑臂和所述第二支撑臂相对于彼此枢转，以在打开位置形成小于180°的角度并且在闭合位置形成远大于180°的角度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆，所述车辆进一步包括连接器，所述连接器定位在所述后窗板的盒形部件中，其中，所述第二支撑臂能枢转地联接到所述连接器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车辆，其中，所述第一支撑臂能枢转地联接到所述车辆的翻车保护杆。
8.根据权利要求5所述的车辆，其中，所述第二支撑臂包括：
邻近所述第一支撑臂的突起，所述突起抑制所述第一支撑臂相对于所述第二支撑臂在所述打开位置旋转超过所述突起。
