Abstract

本发明提供了一种气化器,它是以液化石油气或 者天然气为燃料的汽车发动机使用的气化器。该气 化器除包括壳体1、调压腔体2、换热室3、调压阀腔6 以及一级减压室4和二级减压室5等部分外,它还包 括供气量调节装置。本发明以在发动机停止工作时 能使气化器自身关闭,防止气体泄漏,以及采用电磁 式的阀门来控制气流的通断等为技术特征所构成。 与已有技术相比,本发明具有通用性强,能实时控制 和工作时安全可靠性高的优点。

Description

本发明涉及一种可以液化石油气或者天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机使用的气化器。
目前已处于实用阶段的以液化石油气或天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机,其气化器装置还有如下的缺点。首先是通用性差,由于不同类型的汽车发动机其所需的燃气流量不同,而现在的汽化器制造出来后其气流量却是不能调整的,因此,一种型号的气化器一般只能适应一种类型的汽车发动机使用。其次是实时控制较差。已有的气化器,气流流通与截止的控制,靠得是气动阀门,一般说来,这类阀门的动作滞后时间较大,它影响了燃气流的实时控制。第三是安全可靠性程度不够高。汽车发动机停止工作后,气化器应不允许气体泄漏,已有的产品虽然也能在发动机工作停止时将供气的主要管道关闭,但是残留在气化器中的气体还是会有泄漏,尽管这种情况下气体流出的量较少,但这也是不安全的。
本发明的目的是提供一种通用性强,动作反应更快速和安全可靠性更高的有诸多优点的以液化石油气或者天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机气化器。
附图是本发明的结构示意图。
参照附图。本发明提供的以液化石油气或者天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机使用的气化器与已有技术相比,相同的是它也包括壳体1,壳体1内包括有调压腔体2,带热水进、出口A、B的换热室3,一级减压室4,带燃气出口C和通气口D的二级减压室5,调压阀腔6以及液态燃气进气阀7和起动、怠速阀8,一级减压室4与调压腔体2、二级减压室5和调压阀腔6之间,分别有孔E、F、G相通。与已有技术不同的是:
a,调压腔体2内设置有一个调压阀,所说的调压阀是由上面有许多小孔的套9、装在套9内的复位弹簧10和复位弹簧10一端相连的阀门11构成的,
b,调压阀腔6内设置有一调压阀片12,所说的该调压阀片12将调压阀腔6隔为常压室P1和变压室P2两部份,所说的调压阀片12通过一连杆13与调压阀内的阀门11相连,
c,二级减压室5内,设置有一阀片14,和在与一级减压室4相通的孔F上设置有一阀门H,所说的阀片14将二级减压室5隔为常压室P3和储气室P4两部份,常压室P3与通气口D相通,储气室P4与燃气出口C相通,所说的二级减压室5内的储气室P4内有杠杆传动机构L,该杠杆传动机构L的一端与阀门H相连其另一端与阀片14相连,另外,杠杆传动机构L上还设置有一个由簧15和调节螺丝16组成的调节装置。
d,所说的液态燃气进气阀7和所说的起动、怠速阀8为电磁式的。
本发明的工作原理为:1,汽车发动机工作于汽车起动或怠速时,电磁式的液态燃气进气阀7和起动、怠速阀8迅速打开,这时,燃气通过电磁式的液态燃气进气阀7进入到调压腔体2内进而又通过由套9、复位弹簧10和阀门11组成的调压阀进入到一级减压室4内。这时,由于二级减压室5与一级减压室4相通的孔F是被阀门H关闭着的,因此,一级减压室4内只有少量的气体通过电磁式的起动、怠速阀8送到二级减压室5内供给汽车发动机起动或者怠速使用。2,当汽车发动机工作在汽车运行状态,其燃气的需要量增大时,二级减压室5内的储气室P4的气压将小于常压室P3的气压,这时,阀片14将通过杠杆传动机构L把阀门H打得更开,随之,一级减压室4内的更多的燃气将通过孔F进入到二级减压室5内;由于一级减压室4内的气体增流,该现象将通过孔G对调压阀腔6内的变压室P2产生虹吸作用使其气压小于常压室P1内的气压,这时阀片12又通过连杆13将调压阀中的阀门11顶得更开,让更多的液态燃料通过孔E送入到一级减少室4内进行气化。如果汽车发动机的燃气需要量减少,则以上情况反之。3,当汽车发动机停止工作时,电磁式的液态燃气进气阀7和起动、怠速阀8迅速关闭,同时,由于二级减压室内的储气室P4与常压室P3的气压相等,阀片14复位,阀门H将孔F封闭,这时,液态燃料源停止供气,而气化器内的残留气体则被封闭在一级减压室内。4,当不同类型的汽车发动机其燃气需求量不同时,人们可通过由弹簧15和调节螺丝16组成的供气量调节装置调节杠杆传动机构L的松紧来控制阀门H的开启度,这样,能使气化器的供气量适应不同类型的汽车发动机。
根据上述的本发明的技术特征和工作原理可以看到,由于本气化器有供气量调节装置,有汽车发动机工作停止后,它能自我封闭气室的措施,以及采用了电磁式的阀门来控制供气,因而与已有技术相比,本发明具有通用性强、可靠性高和实时控制性能好的优点。
以下再结合附图叙述本发明实施时所进一步解决的几个问题。
1,调压阀腔6内的阀片12通过连杆13控制调压阀中的阀门11时,所受到的燃气压力是较大的,为使其动作能更灵敏,最好在阀片12上设置一复位弹簧17以助其力,
2,气体从一级减压室4通过孔F注入二级减压室5的过程中,通过孔G,将对调压阀腔6内的变压室P2产生虹吸作用,为使调压阀腔6内的阀片12能迅速准确的动作,孔G离孔F越近越好,因为这样采样准确。
3,本发明所说的二级减压室5内的杠杆传动机构L在本附图中是一连杆副,其实也可采用单杠杆,不过,前者动作灵敏,后者结构简单。

Claims (2)

1、一种可以液化石油气或者天然气为燃料的汽车发动机使用的气化器,包括壳体1,壳体1内包括有调压腔体2,带热水进、出口A、B的换热室3,一级减压室4,带燃气出口C和通气口D的二级减压室5,调压阀腔6以及液态燃气进气阀7和起动、怠速阀8,一级减压室4与调压腔体2、二级减压室5和调压阀腔6之间,分别有孔E、F、G相通,其特征是:
a,调压腔体2内设置有一个调压阀,所说的调压阀是由上面有许多小孔的套9、装在套9内的复位弹簧10和复位弹簧10一端相连的阀门11构成的,
b,调压阀腔6内设置有一调压阀片12,所说的该调压阀片12将调压阀腔6隔为常压室P1和变压室P2两部份,所说的调压阀片12通过一连杆13与调压阀内的阀门11相连,
c,二级减压室5内,设置有一阀片14,和在与一级减压室5相通的孔F上设置有一阀门H,所说的阀片14将二级减压室5隔为常压室P3和储气室P4两部份,常压室P3与通气口D相通,储气室P4与燃气出口C相通,所说的二级减压室5内的储气室P4内有杠杆传动机构L,该杠杆传动机构L的一端与阀门H相连其另一端与阀片14相连,另外,杠杆传动机构L上还设置有一个由簧15和调节螺丝16组成的调节装置。
d,所说的液态燃气进气阀7和所说的起动、怠速阀8为电磁式的。
2、根据权利要求1所说的气化器,其特征是调压阀片12上设置了一复位弹簧17。
