the cutting mechanism consists of a first two-dimensional module and a laser cutting head arranged on the first two-dimensional module, and the first two-dimensional module is used for driving the laser cutting head to move along the feeding direction and the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction so as to realize the fixed-length cutting and punching of the metal wire raw material;
the bending and forming mechanism comprises a clothes hanger forming fixing plate, an end profiling assembly, a hook profiling assembly and a bending assembly; the clothes hanger forming fixing plate is vertically fixed on the working table surface of the machine table along the feeding direction, and a wire clamping groove for fixing metal wire raw materials is formed in the vertical surface of one side of the clothes hanger forming fixing plate; the number of the end profiling assemblies is two, the end profiling assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vertical face of the clothes hanger forming fixing plate, and stamping is adopted to profiling and bending the two ends of the metal wire raw material; the hook profiling assembly is arranged on the outer side of the profiling assembly, and stamping is adopted to bend one end of the metal wire raw material out of the hook; the bending assembly comprises a pair of bending pieces which are positioned between the end profiling assemblies and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the wire clamping groove, and the bending pieces are symmetrically rotated to curl and bend the metal wire raw material, so that the two ends of the profiling bending are gathered together to obtain a semi-finished clothes hanger;
the top of the bending forming mechanism is also provided with a welding mechanism or a riveting mechanism, and the two ends of the semi-finished clothes hanger which are gathered are welded or riveted by the welding mechanism or the riveting mechanism to obtain the finished clothes hanger;
the clothes hanger forming fixing plate is provided with a discharging assembly, and the discharging assembly is used for separating a finished clothes hanger from the clothes hanger forming fixing plate.

The full-automatic forming machine of the aluminum alloy clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a conveying groove and a plurality of groups of conveying rollers, the mounting plate is vertically fixed on a working table surface of a machine table along the feeding direction, the conveying groove and the plurality of groups of conveying rollers are sequentially arranged on the mounting plate along the feeding direction and in the same straight line, each group of conveying rollers consists of a concave wheel positioned below and a cam positioned above, and a rotating shaft of at least one concave wheel is connected with a first motor for providing power.

The fully automatic aluminum alloy hanger forming machine according to claim 2, wherein each end profiling assembly consists of a first linear single-shaft module, a first pressing block and a first seat table, the first pressing block is connected to a movable shaft of the first linear single-shaft module, the first seat table is fixed on the machine table, and the first linear single-shaft module drives the first pressing block to move and is matched with the first pressing block to punch metal wire raw materials located on the first seat table.

The full-automatic forming machine of the aluminum alloy clothes hanger according to claim 3, wherein the hook profiling assembly is composed of a second linear single-shaft module, a second pressing block and a second seat table, the second pressing block is connected to a movable shaft of the first linear single-shaft module, the second seat table is fixed on the machine table, and the second linear single-shaft module drives the second pressing block to move and is matched with the second pressing block to punch metal wire raw materials located on the second seat table.

The fully automatic aluminum alloy hanger forming machine of claim 6, wherein the riveting mechanism comprises a bi-directional clamping assembly, a milling riveting assembly and a rivet conveying assembly; the two-way clamping assembly comprises a second two-dimensional module and clamping jaws arranged on the second two-dimensional module, wherein the second two-dimensional module is used for driving the clamping jaws to move along the feeding direction and the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction and driving the clamping jaws to clamp or unclamp so as to clamp the two ends of the semi-finished clothes hanger in a pressurizing manner; the milling hole riveting assembly comprises a fourth linear single-shaft module and a fifth linear single-shaft module, the fourth linear single-shaft module is vertically arranged at the top of the clothes hanger forming fixing plate in the feeding direction, the fifth linear single-shaft module is arranged on a movable shaft of the fourth linear single-shaft module along the feeding direction, a first milling head along the feeding direction is arranged at the end part of the fourth linear single-shaft module, a second milling head and a milling cutter head are parallelly arranged on the movable shaft of the fifth linear single-shaft module along the feeding direction, a third motor for driving the first milling head to rotate is further arranged on the fourth linear single-shaft module, and a fourth motor and a fifth motor for respectively driving the second milling head and the milling cutter head to rotate are further arranged on the fifth linear single-shaft module; the rivet conveying assembly is arranged at the top of the milling and riveting assembly and is used for providing rivets for the milling and riveting assembly.
8. The fully automatic forming machine for aluminum alloy clothes hangers according to claim 7, wherein driving parts of the first linear single-shaft module, the second linear single-shaft module, the third linear single-shaft module and the fifth linear single-shaft module are all servo motors.
9. The full-automatic forming machine of the aluminum alloy clothes hangers according to claim 8, wherein the output shafts of the second motor and the servo motors are connected with speed reducers.

The fully automatic aluminum alloy hanger forming machine according to claim 9, wherein the unloading assembly comprises a pair of positioning pins capable of moving oppositely and relatively, the positioning pins are arranged on the hanger forming fixing plate and are located right above the wire clamping grooves, so that the positioning pins can be used for supporting the hanger frame body when the semi-finished hanger is welded or riveted.
